I absolutely love this anime. It takes place in futuristic Japan, but all dirty jokes are illegal. Even talking about specific anatomy parts can get you arrested. There is a "terrorist" named blue snow who wants to educate people on what dirty jokes are and how sex works. She recruits this boi who just wants to impress another girl by joining her school, and they start an operation called SOX.
