After a short fever, I realized one thing that no matter how fussy our parents were, they were still worried about us. Their love remains intact.

"Good morning," I greeted Ria and Langit who were sitting, I don't know what to say. Looks like we're talking about something serious. The reason is, these two friends of mine never get along when they are together.

"Amira," said Ria. "Have you recovered?"

"I did," I replied. "What are you guys talking about?

"This is discussing Sarah's birthday. She invited a school," explained Ria. "Did you get the invite?"

"Not yet, I just told you." I said shrugging my shoulders. Sky took an invitation card from his pocket and gave it to me.

"Here, he already gave it to me." he said.

"Oh, it's the same with the sky, it turns out." Ria chirps.

"Thank you, Ngit. But I can't come with you tonight." The look at the cards became sad.

"Why?" Ria asked with a sad face.

"I'm afraid Mom won't allow it," I whispered with a sad face.

"Well, come on, that's what you have a problem with, Mir. I'm the one who told your mother. You have to believe me, okay?" Ria coaxed.

"Okay, I trust you." I said.

"Eh, wait - wait . Is it okay?" The sky doubts me and Ria.

"Hahaha, calm down." Ria said while doing a wink.

"It's the business of the two of you, I don't interfere. Oh yeah, wait a minute if Amira joins us in a car?"

"Yes, so when you go home you have to clean your car." Ria said.

"Okay, ready." Sky gave a thumbs up.

It was 13.12 WIB when I, Bulan and Ria got home. Bulan asked why Ria came to the house this afternoon. However, I didn't tell him.

"You go in first," said Ria when we were standing in front of the door.

"Yeah, let's come here," I whispered as I pulled Ria's hand.

Arriving at the house, Ria also spoke to my mother. 

"Auntie, Amira may not stay at my house one night. You see, Mom and Dad are out." Obviously.

Hearing what Ria said deviating from our agreement, I stepped on Ria's feet. Ria stepped back.

"Are you okay auntie?" added Ria.

"Yes, but tomorrow I'll go straight home? So, do you want to pick up Amira this afternoon?" Mother asked.

"Adu, what if you are caught lying? How can you trust Ria." I muttered.

"Yes, auntie will be home tomorrow," said Ria.

"Sure, you guys are fine." Mother said calmly.

"Okay, aunty thank you." Ria said. 

"Thank you, ma'am." I added.

Ria and I entered the room. In the room, I scolded Ria.

"Ria... why are you lying. What if you get caught?" I said frantically.

"Let it be allowed? I'm afraid your mother won't allow it if you say you want to go to a birthday party. Yes, for some reason suddenly that thought just popped up when I saw your mother." Obviously Ria.

"I am disappointed in you." I said with a frown on my face.

"Then what are you going to do? I already told your mother." Ria said.

"Yes, I'm ready first." I said with an angry face to Ria.

"I'm sorry," Ria begged while holding my hand but I just kept quiet while taking out clothes from the closet.

"I'm sorry," he repeated.

"Yes yes." I said.

After preparing clothes, Ria and I went to his house. At Ria's house, Ria's father and mother wondered why suddenly I wanted to spend the night at their house. Ria gave an excuse that tonight there would be a birthday party for our friend. So, Sky and I and Ria will ride the car together. Ria's parents gladly accepted me. In fact, they told me to stay the night longer so that I could accompany Ria.

"Later, often - often just spend the night here," said Ria's father. I and Ria's parents were sitting in the living room. I was waiting for Ria who was still dressed in the room.

"Patience, Amira. Ria when she dresses up, it takes a long time, hehehe." Ria's mother jokes.

"It's okay, auntie. You see, he will also bring the car later." I said politely.

"Oh, yes, you guys don't come home late at night. Then, Amira, please pay attention to Ria. Because she's already dating. Auntie believes in you." Said Ibu Ria while touching my shoulder.

"Yes, auntie. I will definitely take care of Ria." I said while bowing slightly as a sign of respect.

"Ria's mother is very kind. Other people believe in me. Why don't you believe me? You are always suspicious." I muttered in my heart.

Tap, tap, tap,  the sound of Ria's shoes when she came out of the room.

"Come on, Mir I'm ready." He said as he approached me.

Ria and I said goodbye to his parents. Before heading to the party house, we first picked up Langit.

"Eh, won't you use my car?" Sky asked when we appeared in front of his house in the car.

"Alright, let's hurry up!" Ria exclaimed.

"Be patient, I'll take a present in the car first.

The three of us went to the party house. sky menggantikan Ria mengemudi.

Sesampainya, di pesta kami merayakan ulang tahun teman kami sebagaimana harusnya. Di tengah pesta, entah mengapa batinku tidak merasa tenang. Iya, karena aku masih memikirkan bahwa aku sedang membohongi Ibu. Takut - takut akan ada ketahuan.

"Amira, kamu kenapa nggak enjoy partynya?" Tanya Ria ketika melihatku hanya diam sedangkan yang lainnya sedang bersenang - senang.

"Aku nggak tenang Ri. Pikiran aku ke Ibu terus," ujarku.

"Udah, kamu minum aja ini dulu. Everything will be ok." Ujar Ria sambil memberikan segelas minuman.

"Okey," ucapku sambil mengembuskan napas pelan.

Menjadi seseorang yang selalu jujur selama ini, membuatku batinku tidak tenang ketika berbohong. Sekali pun itu untuk keuntungan diriku sendiri. Dari kecil, orang tuaku selalu mengajarkanku untuk selalu jujur. Apalagi membohongi orang tua sendiri. Aku merasa sudah tidak tenang berada di pesta itu. Aku pun mengajak Ria dan Langit untuk segera pulang.

"Langit, tolong bilangin Ria dong, aku mau pulang." Ujarku kepada Langit yang sedang duduk minum bersamaku.

"Ini masih jam 8 Mir. Buru - buru amat." Ucap Langit.

"Langit, please." Bujukku.

Langit yang tidak tega melihat wajah kasihanku merayu, akhirnya memanggil Ria yang sedang asik joget bersama teman - teman.

"Ria, ayo pulang." Ujarnya sambil menarik Ria dari kumpulan tamu - tamu yang sedang bergoyang.
