When Hee Rin got home, she hurriedly changes her clothes and headed to the kitchen.
She found her husband busy talking into his phone and she knew too well who he is talking to. Probably that Ji Eun. She doesn't mind Luhan talking to her 'girlfriend' but at least give some respect to Hee Rin. She is his wife and this is their house, is right to show her how he wanted to talk to his girlfriend everyday? He didn't even think of respecting his wife. She has feelings too for goodness sake!
Hee Rin stared at the little bottle that she bought a while ago and pouted. Is she going to pour it all? It's not like she's too desperate to have Luhan by herself. But she's also curious about this potion. She always watches some fairytales and would always wonder if love potion does exist and if it did, is it really effective then? She wants to know.
"yeobo... here's your juice" She smiled nervously and handed him a glass of juice (with drops of potion)
Luhan took it right away and drank it all in one go which surprises Hee Rin.
She stared at him, waiting for any reaction. Did it work? What is he feeling? She would thought and fiddled with her fingers while trying to read Luhan's face. He licked his lips and stared at the glass for a minute or two before slowly looking up to lock eyes with his wife.
Hee Rin almost stumbled back when she got a better sight of his big doe eyes and wondered what is her husband thinking right now?
"Hee Rin.." He called softly and Hee Rin almost fainted. His voice was so warm. "y-yes?" she stuttered.
"what have you done to me?" He muttered and tucked a loose strand of her hair behind her ear that makes the electricity go down her spine. She shivered at his touch. What is he doing?
"w-what?"
"I love you Hee rin-aah~" he smiled.. And Hee Rin couldn't ask for more.. Everything is worth it just by hearing those words coming out of his mouth. She knew she's stupid and selfish to have done such thing but she is just Hee Rin who wanted to feel something like this.. Something that would make her happy even for once.
She never felt so happy before in her whole life. She always dreams about this kind of scene and she never realizes that this day will ever come. She set aside the thought of this thing was just a result of love potion. She wants to think and remember this as a memory that she will keep and will treasure.. But her daydreaming was interrupted when Luhan spoke again.
"Is that what you're expecting me to say huh?" he suddenly said raising his eyebrow.. Hee Rin's shoulders deflated and her face fell.
"yah.. Hee Rin. You're stupid!" he scoffed and laughed afterwards as if it was his last day. Hee Rin blinked at him and was trying to process her mind. Wait, so he just tricked her?
"b-but you said you love me.." She managed to croak. She's being so stupid.
"tch.. I was just kidding.." he grinned. Hee Rin knew that she has no right to be mad since it's her fault afterall. Duh, doing love potion? Psh. But she was mad because he was making fun of her. Does he really have to laugh at her and tease her like she's the most stupid person in the whole wide world? Yes, maybe she is. But she has feelings too. He could've think of her emotions before laughing and making fun of her like that. It's not even funny.
"oh.. And anyway... I think it takes forever for me before I would love you" he dryly laughed. *He's actually laughing? He's laughing?! When I am actually holding my breath here. Hoping that any moment I will just collapse and won't see him anymore because of embarrassment and hurt* Hee Rin angrily thought and clenches her fist. He is so evil!
And... Forever? Is it really that hard to love her? She wonders and her heart sink. She felt like the most unattractive person in the world.

Luhan actually knew and saw Hee Rin putting something on his drink when he checks out what his wife is doing. When he realizes that it's a love potion, he was appalled. His jaw drops and he wants to laugh so loud but he doesn't want to ruin the mood. Then he came up to this bright idea of his that he will trick her.
He can't explain how he feels when he saw how hoping his wife looks when she was staring at him while he drank the juice. He kind of felt guilty and was thinking whether he will continue this trick or not. But he did anyway. His heart clutches when he saw her dejected face and he feels so bad. But he also had to admit that she looks so funny. *Is she that desperate?* he would ask himself.

The next day when Luhan and Lay were walking to the hallways after their class, they stopped on their tracks when they saw Tao leaning against the door of a classroom. It's kind of suspicious since it's not their classroom.
Lay almost call Tao's name and wave him over when Luhan stops him. They saw Hee Rin stepping out of the room and she beamed at Tao. They were laughing to each other and Luhan caught Tao flicking his wife's forehead playfully.
Luhan can't explain how empty he felt when he sees that scene. Somehow, his heart hammers against his chest and was like screaming for something that he doesn't know what to do. He feels like a part of his life was snatched away.
"hyung.. What a lucky day" Lay blurted out.
"What?"
"Look.. Your wife is into Tao.. So no need to worry about Ji eun" he grinned. And Luhan almost punch him right on the face. What is he saying his wife is into Tao?! That was impossible! And why does he care anyways? Is this what he really wants from the very start? But why does he feel like this day sucks! It's not a lucky day!
When Luhan and Lay drove to their hang out place, he lifelessly sat on the couch with heavy heart. His mind was blank and he feels so down. A pat on his shoulder made him snap out of the reality and he looks up to see D.O staring at him worriedly, "hyung..I think you should answer your phone.." he said..
He saw that his phone has already 12 missed calls and he didn't even realize that it's been ringing all along. Ji Eun was calling yet he doesn't feel like talking to her. Why is he being like this all of a sudden?
"what's the matter hyung?" Chanyeol asked.
"what?"
"well.. You seem like your mind is not here "His dongsaeng shrugs and Luhan sighed. Asking himself the same question.
"do you love her?" Kai suddenly asked and Luhan gawked at him. *Why is he asking me that?!*
"wha--who? huh?" He confusedly asked with his voice almost shouting. As if he was defending himself. The other boys glanced at each other and shook their head at the same time with knowing look. He raised his brow at them and they all squinted their eyes at him.
"hyung...you like Hee Rin now eh?" Baekhyun asked, looking straight into his eyes and he almost choked.
"h-huh? what?!! no!"
"tsk tsk tsk.. You're on your denial stage.." Kris mockingly said.
"You know lulu.. You're not like that before when we ask you if you love 'her', even if we're not specifically say ji eun's name you always give us a sure and honest answer 'yes', but now, you didn't even know who we're pertaining to." Xiumin explained and everyone nodded while Luhan massages his temple.
Maybe they were right. Maybe this is the right time that he would admit to himself that he was falling to his wife. He never really wants this to happen. He even hates her! But he never realizes that she's been there all along and was making him happy secretly. He would sometimes catch himself smiling on his own before sleeping when he sees the flowers withering in the vase that his wife would place every morning, it makes him feel warm and somehow protected. Hee Rin was a very good woman when you find time knowing her. She isn't a spoiled bratt. She even cares more about you than herself. And Luhan realizes that one by one as day's passes, but he was afraid to admit.
"but Tao is making his move" Lay stated with innocent face and Kris whacked his head. He ruins the mood.
"What?! I'm not joking.. Tao would always find excuses to dump us but the real reason is.. He is actually spending time with Hee Rin" He blurted and rubbed the sore part of his head before glaring at Kris.
Luhan stared at him with bewilderment and was convincing his mind that this ain't true. Hee Rin only loves him and it's impossible that she'll fall in love to someone except him. But what if Lay was true? What is Tao is making a move? *no way* he thought furiously.
