I would never leave you

This is an alternate universe where oda is still alive and joins the ADA alongside with Dazai. You also joined cuz you didn't want to be separated from your lover.

It was a tranquil morning at the ADA office and you were quickly typing your report on your computer. As you were typing you could hear someone yelling from across your office and you immediately could tell that Dazai was up to no good since it was Kunikida who was yelling. You stood up from your desk and went to find Kunikida who was in the other office. Your hunch was right when you saw both Dazai and your boyfriend Odasaku just standing in front of Kunikida with a mischievous look on Dazai's face while your boyfriend had a "I'm innocent" face plastered on his.

"Ok what did you both do now to anger Kunikida-senpai like this?" you asked with both of your arms crossed over your chest. All the three men looked at you and Oda was the first one to speak up. "Oh (y/n) it's just that both Dazai and I went to the bar to drink." Oda answered you without a hint of knowing that what he and Dazai did was wrong.

Oda trying to look as innocent as possible

"You both drank during working hours? Not to mention it's still morning?" You asked them quizzically. "Yup." Both Dazai and Oda answered.

You felt like your head was gonna explode because you could expect Dazai to act like that, but for your boyfriend to just follow along with what Dazai was doing... you really want to smack Dazai in the face. "DAZAI YOU SUICIDAL BANDAGE WASTE! ONE MORE TIME YOU DRAG ODA INTO THIS I'M GONNA MAKE YOU DO TWICE OF YOUR REPORTS!" Kunikida yelled angrily at Dazai who was covering his ears. "Mou~ Kunikida-kun. It was just 2 glasses of beer. There was nothing wrong with it, right Odasaku?" Dazai asked Oda who just nodded his head. " I can smell a lie from the both of you." you suspiciously told them. "How could you (y/n)-chan!" Odasaku look at your girlfriend! She doesn't believe us!" Dazai said dramatically. "(Y/n) it's true we just drank 2 glasses of beer. Nothing more than that" Oda assured you. You curled your eyebrow suspiciously making both men sweat nervously. "I'm gonna head out now. Kunikida-senpai..make sure to discipline both men severely" you told him. "No problem (y/n)" said Kunikida. You were about to step out of the office when you noticed both Dazai and Oda looked a bit relieved?

As you were about to step out of the door your nose caught onto something and you immediately turned your head to the 2 men who were shocked at your abrupt head turn. You walked up to them with a serious and annoyed look on your face and stopped right in front of them. This made them nervous and Kunikida was quite confused by your sudden action. What you said next shocked the three men in the room.

"You two drank Chardonnay and even ate some oden at Kurishi Oden Kiosk that is right across the street right?" you asked them. "WAIT! How did you know that we ate oden and specifically at Kurishi Oden Kiosk?!" Dazai asked with a shocked face plastered on his face. " Not to mention (Y/n) honey, how did you know that we drank Chardonnay as well?" your boyfriend asks you confusingly. "I mean you both reek of Oden soup and not to mention the strong smell of Chardonnay. How come none of you can smell that? And also Odasaku... did you smoke before coming to the office? I can smell the oak cigarettes even though you covered it up with your Dior Sauvage cologne. "Wait, how, did you know that I used the Dior Sauvage cologne? As far as I know you never know much about men's cologne." Oda asked you suspiciously. "You just smelled like it. Well I gotta get going. Have fun going through Kunikida senpai's punishment. With that you left the three man dumbfounded at your statements and that was when Kunikida spoke up. " I was not expecting that from (y/n) and not to mention... YOU BOTH EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO EAT ODEN AND DRINK WINE! "We're dead" both Oda and Dazai said in unison.

Your pov

I walked back to my office and abruptly stopped walking when realization came to my mind. "Wait a minute... since when was my nose able to pick up such detailed scents? Hmm... wait there's no way". A thought came to your head and you felt that there's no way that you're... you just laughed it off and just assured yourself that you couldn't be experiencing that. All of a sudden you had a sudden craving and immediately went to the pantry. Once you arrived at the pantry you saw Atsushi, Kyouka and Ranpo eating their favorite food which were ochazuke, Tofu and chocolate. "Oh good morning (y/n)-san. Do you wanna join us for breakfast? " Sure thing. Is it ok if you taste a bit of your food?" you asked. "Sure you can, but don't take too much of my chocolate" Ranpo told you. "Thanks!" you said happily and immediately took an empty bowl from the pantry cabinet. Atsushi, Kyouka and Ranpo were certainly not expecting your next move as you just scooped a bit of chazuke, tofu and chocolate and mixed it together in the bowl. No, you did not put the food in different bowls, but instead mix it all together and turned it into a weird type of food that most people would just throw up the moment they see it. What shocked the three detectives the most was you just happily enjoyed your "meal" .

"Y-you did not just enjoy that right?" asked Ranpo who was baffled at the situation in front of him. "Of course I enjoyed it! It tasted so good. The sweetness of the chocolate just melted in my mouth, the soft tofu eaten with that hot chazuke hits the spot!" you claimed the deliciousness of the so-called food. "(Y/n) - San is it just me or why do you look different today?" Atsushi asked you. "What do you mean different?" you asked confused. " Atsushi means that you look different than usual. Your skin looks more glowy than usual" Kyouka explained. " That's weird.. first it's the smell that's increased now it's my glowy skin. Wait a minute.." you questioned yourself and your eyes immediately bulged out. Both Kyouka and Atsushi were confused as to why you were shocked except Ranpo because he had a general idea when he heard what you had just told them. You put down your bowl and immediately went out of the pantry. "You three better not tell anyone where I'm going! Just tell them that I need to go finish a mission or something and you Ranpo! You better not tell anyone yet cuz I need to confirm it first. I'm off, bye guys!" you yelled and ran out of the room. "Why was (y/n)-san acting weird just now Ranpo-san?" Atsushi asked with Kyouka also agreeing to what Atsushi said. "Hmm.. let's just say that there might be a new addition to the ADA family soon" Ranpo said while he continued to eat his snacks. "WHAT!" yelled Atsushi in shock.

Your Pov

You went to the nearest pharmacy and bought the stick. You were not sure what to feel at the moment. You're happy but at the same time you're scared. As you were walking back to your apartment, you had a lot of thoughts running in your mind. " We made sure to DO IT protected. Did something happen during the process? Wait come to think of it... we did it like 2 months ago and I forgot to eat my pills. But Oda wore it so I think this might be a weird mistake. Let's just check it as soon as possible.

At your apartment

"Wait... NO FREAKING WAY!" you yelled as you looked at the thing in your hand. The pregnancy test was positive.

Your hand was shaking already and you had mixed emotions. It was a mix between being elated and anxious. You had always wanted kids, but you weren't sure if Oda would want it, especially since Oda is just your boyfriend. Many negative thoughts went through your head and you hated it. You know that Oda loves you a lot, but what if he left you because of your pregnancy? You sighed and just rubbed your belly. "I need to go to a clinic to find out how far along I am. Can't risk myself to let Akiko check up on me." you said and immediately went to get yourself dressed. You made sure to wear a hoodie and a mask just in case you bump into anyone from the ADA. You looked at yourself in the mirror and just huffed proudly looking at your disguise. "I'm sure no one's gonna find out! Welp let's go!" you hyped yourself up and went out of the door. You made sure to properly lock the door and all of a sudden your nose caught something strong. " The heck is this strong smell of Hugo Boss Boss cologne?! God damn it smells terrible!" you yelled angrily. For somehow now that you're pregnant, your nose became much more sensitive to smell and you HATED the smell of men's cologne. You covered your nose and immediately ran away from the scene because you felt like you were about to puke at any moment. Unbeknownst to you Oda and Dazai poked their head out of their hiding place. Least to say that Oda had a hunch on what was happening to you and asked Dazai to come along just in case you tried to do something unnecessary. He was expecting the worst to happen, but didn't expect that you would be pregnant. "Congrats Odasaku! You're gonna be a dad!" Dazai congratulated his friend and he noticed that Oda was in deep thoughts. "Oi... Odasaku you ok?" Dazai asked while waving his hand in front of Oda's face. Oda then immediately walked away without saying anything which alarmed Dazai who followed along with him. "O-Odasaku where are you going?!" Dazai asked with a hint of nervousness.

Timeskip to you after getting checked by the gynecologist at the clinic

You walked out of the clinic while holding a picture of the ultrasound. You were excited when you saw the picture. As you were happily looking at the ultrasound, you thought about what to tell Oda soon. "I wonder if he's gonna accept this pregnancy. Would he accept me and would he leave me ?" you said. You have seen many news articles where most men dump their girlfriend as soon as they find out that they are pregnant. As much as you wanted to be pregnant, you were scared of raising them alone and most importantly letting the kids grow up without their father. You were deep in thoughts that you didn't notice that you were already walking across the road. As you walked you heard someone yell out your name. "(Y/n)!" You didn't see who had yelled out your name and you noticed the car coming at you at full speed, and you were shocked which made you stand frozen on the street when you knew damn well that you should have moved away. All of a sudden you felt someone harshly pulled you away from the road and you felt yourself being embraced by a warm hug. Your eyes started watering when you saw your boyfriend's worried face and you suddenly felt dizzy. "Saku-kun.." you weakly called out his name and all of a sudden your world went dark.

Oda Pov

Both Dazai and I waited for (y/n) patiently outside the clinic. I was nervously waiting for her outside while holding a bouquet of her favorite flowers and I made sure to wash up because I didn't want her to feel nauseous with the smell of alcohol and cigarettes. While waiting I heard Dazai sighed in relief. "Haah... I seriously thought that you were going to run away when you knew that (y/n)-chan is pregnant. Then again you're the responsible type of guy so I know for sure leaving her was never an option" Dazai said. " I would never run away from my responsibility, Dazai. Especially now that I'm going to be a father. Even if I'm not going to be a father, I would always be responsible (y/n) since that's what I signed up for before asking her to be my girlfriend." Oda said with a serious tone. As both me and Dazai were talking, I noticed (y/n) coming out of the clinic and I was about to call out her name when I was that she was just walking towards the road and not noticing the speeding car. I immediately threw the bouquet to Dazai and ran as fast as I could to her. I then yelled out her name desperately to which she heard it and turned her head to see.

I finally caught up to her and pulled her in my embrace. It was a close call that she didn't get hit by the car. "Saku-kun.." I heard her weakly calling my name and when I looked back at her, she had passed out."Shit!" I cursed and immediately called the ambulance. "Odasaku! Is (y/n)-chan ok?!" asked Dazai worriedly as he panted from running to the scene. " She just passed out! I already called an ambulance." I told him. " Please be fine sweetheart," I said worriedly.

Timeskip to the hospital

3rd person pov

You opened your eyes and noticed that you were in the hospital. You looked around to understand the current situation until your eyes landed on Sakunosuke. He noticed that you had woken up and held your hand. ( Ps: he was sitting just next to you) "(y/n) are you ok? Do you feel any pain anywhere?" your boyfriend asked worriedly. You felt your eyes water at his words. You didn't know why you had all of those negative thoughts about Sakunosuke wanting to leave you, but here he is worrying about you. Your tears then spilled out of your eyes and then you cried. This shocked your boyfriend, but he didn't say anything and just pulled you into a hug and whispered sweet words to calm you down. "I-I'm so sorry for thinking that you would leave me! I thought you wouldn't want the baby so I didn't tell you that I was pregnant when I knew about it earlier." you said as you sobbed. " It's fine (y/n). I don't blame you for thinking about it because we never did properly talk about having kids together. But just to let you know, I would never leave you in your state." Oda said to reassure you. " R-really? You won't leave me?" you asked. " Of course. I have the opportunity to build a family with you now. I'll support any kind of decision that you make, so please tell me everything that you want to tell me." Oda said as he put his forehead on your forehead. You blushed at his actions and this made Oda smirked at you because he thought you looked cute. Oda then got up and went to take the bouquet of flowers and handed it to you to which you took it from him and noticed that it was your favorite flowers. " You didn't have to give me flowers, Saku-kun. These are beautiful" you said as you enjoyed the smell of the flowers. "I intended to give it to you at the clinic, but it was a bit ruined as I ran up to save you. Sorry for ruining it." Oda apologized. " You don't have to apologize! Saku-kun about my pregnancy. I hope you're mentally and physically ready to become a father." you cheekily told him. " I have taken care of kids before. I know I'm mentally physically and mentally ready to take care of our baby" Oda said but he then noticed you chuckle. Oda knew that if you chuckled it would mean something else is going on. He then waited for you to stop chuckling and then what you said next made him shocked. " Surprise! I'm pregnant with twins!" you cheered. When Oda heard this he immediately hugged you and kissed you on the lips and you were shocked because it happened so suddenly. " Thank you so much for being the mother to our kids (y/n). I love you sweetheart." Oda said while hugging you. You could feel Oda's smile and you hugged him back. "I love you as well Sakunosuke"

Dazai heard everything that was happening inside the room. He was smiling from ear to ear as he quietly congratulated your pregnancy. Dazai texted the other members at the ADA to come to the hospital. He then just walked away from the scene and took out a velvet box. The velvet box actually was from the flower bouquet that Oda wanted to give you, but he gave the box to Dazai because it wasn't the perfect time to propose to you yet. "Odasaku you better make me your best man at your wedding soon." Dazai said to himself. He then happily skipped outside of the hospital and went to the nearest baby shop. Let's just say that Dazai wants to be the best uncle for your kids.

Himiko: That's a wrap! It took me so long to finish writing this cuz I had to handle my cousin's wedding. So sorry about that.

Odasaku: The story is sweet. I can imagine myself becoming a father. Thank you for writing about this Himiko.

Himiko: (blushes) There's no problem about it! I enjoyed writing about it to be honest🤭

Atsushi: By the way, who's next on the list?

Dazai: Oh wait is it my-

Dazai sat in the corner of the room crying bitterly.

Atsushi: Why is he so dramatic?

Odasaku: Isn't he always like that?
(Shrugging his shoulders)

Himiko: I'm thinking of making this Odasaku chapter a second part. You know the sequel part where (y/n) gives birth and you see the children.

Odasaku: Wait, really?! I thought I would be getting only 1 part.

Himiko: I did plan that. But I need to make a part where you see your children. This chapter doesn't feel 100% complete to me.

Atsushi: Wow! Congratulations on being the second person to have a second part of your story Odasaku-san!

Odasaku: Thank you Atsushi. (Smiles)

Himiko: But for now I need to write about someone else. I need to gather up my mind before I write a sequel. So the next person on my list is.. drum rolls please!

Now I'm just gonna wait patiently until season 5 is out soon. I finished the fourth season 2 weeks ago and feel like I want to rewatch everything. Btw does anyone here play Honkai Star Rail? I played it during the release and have no clue on how to build my characters😥

I couldn't find any suitable pic of Oda😭
