Yeah, we know what they say about bestfriends, at least one of them falls in love.

Oh you know? By putting duct tape! I said, sarcasm spilling through my..thoughts.

Woah, I just lost it, like totally. Who the fuck talks to them self?

"Hey, Anna! Wait. Look up! I'm sorry!" Ashton came into my room, trying to make himself clear.

"Oh my gods Ashton! At least get a room NOT MY COUCH,! I yelled

"I'm sorry." He blushed.

"Fine." I pouted.

He came over and hugged me, and we both fell down laughing. Just like old times, Ashton and I getting mad at each other for something really really stupid, and he comes and hugs me or I punch him, then we start giggling like a bunch of hooligans.

Laying down beside him felt so good, so real.

"Hey! I think all of us need sleep, we've been up all night and morning, and well..I'm kinda you know..exhausted," he blushed.

I laughed. But, yeah, he was right.

"Yep, Jer is asleep in your room, Madds and Andrew haven't come out since last night, and Lisa had to leave, her mom called, she had something to clear up, I don't know about..Mel?" I said raising an eyebrow.

"Oh, her? She left, her dad called, she has to babysit her sister."

"Oh, okay, so that leaves the two of us, I'm actually really tired." I yawned.

"Sleep Anns, sleep. I don't think we should wake any of them up right now, we have school tomorrow anyways, and we need to wake up at 6! So, sleep. I bet no one is gonna wake up till next morning anyways." He stated.

"Actually, you're right." I replied, and went off to sleep. I was so damn sleepy that I din't even bother to get up and sleep on my bed, I just fell asleep on the floor, aware that Ashton was beside me. I know I love him but c'mmon, sleep? Who can sacrifice sleep ya? I felt him get up, carefully not to wake me up. Then I felt him come back? What is this guy up to? He put a blanket around me and slid a pillow under my head.

He kissed me on my forehead and whispered, "Night Diana."

Then left my room.

I was too sleepy to react and was taken into a whole new world of dreams!

The sunlight is so flipping annoying! Why the hell can't someone shut it off! Why the heck does the sunlight not have a fucking switch? Uhh. I groaned. I can't sleep man! I had to get up and draw the curtains.

I got up from the floor, wait floor? Then I remembered what happened and blushed so furiously.

As I moved towards the curtains, my eyes fell on the alarm clock. It took me a moment to register the time, but when I saw it, I almost died of panic!

7:30 AM!

School starts at 8! Takes 15 minutes to reach school! And 5 of us to get ready! Fuck.

I ran towards Ashton's room and banged the door harshly yelling, "WAKE UP YOU STUPID BUTTS ITS 7:30! FAST GET READY!" And left, hoping they heard me.

Then I ran downstairs to Maddison and did the same thing.

"WAKE UP FAST FAST FAST WE'RE GONNA BE LATE ITS 7:30!"

Wow. All of us slept through an ENTIRE DAY!

I rushed up to my room, started the shower and jumped in with my clothes. I hope I locked the door..I started stripping off my clothes while getting wet, you know? To make stuff faster.. Once I was done with taking off my shorts, I grabbed the bottle of body wash and dumped it on my face, shoulders hands and legs, quickly rinsing with water.

Just as I was about to grab my towel, I heard the door open.

Fuck.

Thank the gods I hadn't pulled open the curtains in front of my bath.

"Ashton Oblivious Asshole. Will you like to tell me what in world are you doing in my bathroom! While I'm trying to have a bath; that is?"

"Shit, sorry." He blushed, "The door was open, I thought you were done or din't bother to take a bath because of the dirty pig you are." He pointed.

"I was in a hurry, so I forgot to lock the door. Whatever, NOW GET OUT!"

"And, what if I say no?" He asked cocking an eyebrow. Damn he was good at that!

I grabbed the nearest thing and threw it at him, it was my bubble wash.

Laughing, he left the room.

As I heard the door shut, I came out, started drying myself.

Rushing to my closet I decided to wear black skinny jeans and a white full sleeved plain top. To accessorise I put on my grey beanie and converse. Okay, I was done. I grabbed my bag and rushed towards the kitchen.

What I saw: it was exactly what I had expected.

Jeremy was running from one room to another, looking for Ashton so that he could lend him a T-shirt. Maddison was trying to put on her shoes while hoping around, she was never going to get it done. I called up Lisa to pick us up earlier since she had a huge car too and she was the only girl who knew how to drive, she was already outside honking like a retard. I was so going to get it from my neighbours, luckily one of them was Ashton's mom. Ashton, where is he? Well, lets just say..pancakes and a juice box was missing. Andrew was no where either?

I shrugged at all my weird friends.

It was 7:50! What were these people doing?

"GUYS! MOVE IT! 10 MINUTES TO SCHOOL. COACH BROWN IS TAKING OUR FIRST PERIOD!" I yelled.

Thats when I heard a bunch of, "holy shit." "Seriously" "oh gods" and "screwed."

Ashton and Andrew hurried out of one of the rooms, Ashton holding half a pancake in his hand and the other half stuffed into his mouth. Andrew was holding the juice box.

"Seriously?" I asked.

Luckily, they were dressed. I pushed them out of the door, thankfully Maddison learnt how to put on her shoes, and Jeremy had found a shirt. Finally. Yay. I dumped my phone into my bag along with earphones and ran out, making sure to take the keys and locking the door.

"What the hell is wrong with y'all? School starts at 8:00! And well..its 8!" Lisa yelled.

All of started laughing.

I mean, what could be better then getting detention with your bestfriends?

"Oh, so you all finally decided to arrive? Well applause class, this group of children here like to make quiet an entrance." Said Coach Brown.

Yes, he did become kinda mean at times, but I was trying to hide my laughter, so were the others. Its not everyday that you wake up with you friends, half an hour before school and still manage to reach half an hour late! Yes, we kinda stopped at Starbucks on the way. Don't ask.

"Sorry Coach, won't happen again," I spoke up.

"Damn right it won't. Now that detention will be too easy for you, I need you to re shelf all the books in the library. As for you, Diana Summers, you can go back home. If you don't feel like it, the school is here for you for whatever you need."

Damn,they started it again. This is what I feared, this is exactly why I hate school!

"Umm, sorry sir but I would like it if you wouldn't treat me differently. Its okay, you can punish me too, I will wait here until we finish re shelving the books."

He nodded.

But of course, this was just the start of a long, very very long day.

"I'm sorry." Said a chick from my biology class.

"Oh, is she an orphan now?" Someone asked from behind.

"Is she gonna stay in an orphanage?"

"No, i don't know, she's still at her house, last I checked."

"Both her parents died in an accident right?"

"Yes. But she's a lucky bitch,"

"How so?"

"Oh, you do 't know? Her parents are VERY rich. Everything is hers now, she was the only child na,"

"Woah, that actually doesn't suck."

"I know man!"

"So, is she gonna move out anytime soon?"

"Well no, I heard that she would be working somewhere."

"SERIOUSLY? Im right fucking in front of you! Are you that stupid? Do you not fucking have manners? I JUST LOST MY MOM! At least show a little respect you asshole!" I snapped.

There was only so much I could handle. Yes, I was short tempered.

"Woah woah, language Anna. Din't your parents teach you? Oh wait, they kinda died before that din't they?" The guy mocked.

Oh wow. Really?

I got up, and ran out of the class room with a screaming teacher behind me. She din't try to stop me, I was glad for that, but if she was there why din't she speak up before? Why din't she stop them? This is so unfair!

I ran out of school from the back gate since it lead to a nice beautiful green landscape.

I plopped down under the tree.

Looking up, I started, tears were already dripping down. 'Seriously? You had to leave me in a stage like this? In high school? Everyone is a bitch here, they don't care they don't feel it just doesn't matter to them. Hurting is the only thing high school children know. And you left me here, all alone. I know I have a family, but I don't have a mom or dad, and there is nothing in this world to change it. Why does it have to be so hard, mom? I-I am a good girl aren't I? Why do bad things always happen to good people? I'm sorry if I have done anything wrong to deserve this, maybe I did, maybe thats why my life is miserable, maybe thats why everyone I love is pulled away from me, maybe thats why I do not deserve to be loved. It has to be me right, first dad now you then Ashton too, I'm loosing everyone. And its no ones fault but mine. I'm sorry you had to loose dad because of my bad luck I'm so sorry maa, maybe thats why I'm paying for it now, and yes, I should. I took dad away from you! It was all me! All my fault!'

"Anna,shut the fuck up this instant! What do you think you're saying? Its not your fault you dumbass its not you, things happen in life, tragedies always take place. You are in account of more, but you will have a life ahead of you; filled with happiness. Everything ends. Your sadness will too, one day. Maybe that day is not now Diana but it is there, out there. Don't you dare say you're the problem, because you're not, if I ever here that again form your mouth ever, I swear I will forget you're my bestfriend and cut you tongue out and feed it to my dog." Said Maddison sitting down beside me.

I laughed along with tears falling down my face. "But, you don't have a dog, Madds."

"Oh Anna, I'll buy one, just to feed him your tongue." She said, and hugged me tightly.

Sometimes all you need is someone who loves you to the ends of this world. It doesn't always have to be a guy, it doesn't always have to be your friends or your family. It has to be your bestfriend, that person who goes through the same thing you do because your emotions are so connected. That person who has been with you forever, every step of your life, that person who knows you better than you will ever know yourself. That person who calls you ugly and annoying and useless and a loser but loves you. That person who will do the stupidest things with you and say the most inappropriate things at serious moments. That person who can make you laugh just by being themselves without adding any extra efforts. That person who will be your friend, mom, sister, boyfriend, husband, teacher, adviser, lover. You name it, and that person is there for you. Maddison is one of them. That one who is my EVERYTHING. She is my sister, mother, boyfriend everything I have every asked for and I'm so glad to have her in my life because without her I would be nothing. Without her I would speak and to senseless things, well we do that anyways.

"I love you," I told her.

"And, I love you." She replied back with a smile.
