The Forest (Part 2)
Elsa POV
"Woah," Anna said
"Wow," followed Kristoff.
Before us was a mist and I knew that behind it was the voice calling me. I ran up to it, a bit hesitant with Anna, Kristoff and Olaf close behind me.
Kristoff walked up to it to try to get in but he was pushed out. Olaf did the same and it happened again. I grabbed Anna's hand and with her with me, I touched it and it opened.
Four pillars made of rock were in front of us. All of them had symbols of sorts but all of them were diamond shaped. And the middle was a gaping hole, it looked like a portal into another world.
"Promise me we do this together okay?" Anna whispered to me.
"I promise," I said back to her. Holding her hand and making it intertwined with my own and then together we stepped in.
Sven started to moan and Kristoff had to comfort him. It was strange. The air was thick and it was purple. Olaf started talking like he knew what this was, like he knew what was happening.
"Did you know that enchanted forests are places of transformation? I have no idea what that means but I think it's important," Olaf said.
I stared at him, somewhat intrigued. I stared at Anna who stared at Kristoff.
"I can't wait to see what it does to each one of us," Olaf finished.
The fog pushed us all forward but I was still holding Anna's hand tightly. I promised her I wouldn't let go but in defense she was holding it pretty tight.
When we were done I tried to touch the fog to open it again but it didn't work. My magic just shot out of it. I turned around and I swore something was watching us but at that moment I didn't care.
"This forest is beautiful," I said. I could tell everyone else agreed and they were speechless. We began to walk through the forest feeling the leaves crunch beneath our feet. The scenery was breathtaking. The leaves on the trees were scarce but they were a beautiful orange. The sky was a vibrant purple pink gradient. Some of the trunks were white while the rest were either a soft brown or a dark brown. Either way the forest was beautiful.
Anna POV
I separated off from Elsa to get a better look. I saw the dam, the one from fathers story.
"The dam, it still stands," I said outloud. I heart something approaching behind me, I thought it was Elsa but it was just Kristoff and Sven.
"If it broke arendelle would be lost," Kristoff said. I looked at him. "What?" I asked.
"I'm just saying if it broke, it would send a wave so big it would wash away everything on this fjord," Kristoff explained.
I grew worried. Arendelle was on this fjord. Kristoff could tell what I was thinking.
"Nothing will happen to arendelle. But uh under different circumstances this would be a pretty romantic place," he said.
Romantic? Me and Elsa. If I said my true feelings here then-
"Ooh!" Olaf yelled.
"Olaf? Olaf!" I yelled. In front of me stood a tornado, Kristoff and I ran towards it, which was a bad idea in its own right. Elsa was with us now as the tornado sucked all of us up.
Elsa POV
"It has to be one of the spirits!" I yelled. We were swirling around one another and then I spot Anna. Her cape flew over her head blocking her view.
"Ooh I think I'm gonna be sick!" Anna yelled. Minutes after a branch flies towards her and I use my magic to protect her.
A gust of leaves hold my wrists as Anna and the others are set free. This was my fight now, alone.
I spun around in circles getting dizzy, trying to catch my balance. I heard Anna scream my name from outside.
"ELSA!" Anna screamed.
I kept fighting this big gust of wind on my own. The tornado had collected around me into a ball. I was trapped again. I used my magic and pushed ice from both of my hands simultaneously. I started to go down, lower to the ground. I was winning.
It started to close in on me, trying to beat me but I was stronger than this spirit. I swore I heard Kristoff yell at Anna and Anna say something along the lines of: "THATS MY LOVER!"
I looked up hearing laughter or seeing some form of memory. It took all my power and energy but I froze it. I froze the memories.
Anna ran to me. "Are you okay?" She asked. "I'm fine," I said.
"Water has memory," Olaf said.
"Memories, moments frozen in time," I said. I smiled feeling a horse.
Olaf was then surrounded by the leaves, supposedly the wind spirit, which he properly named, Gale.
Anna and I went up to a moment, one where Gale showed us. We didn't notice it before.
"That's father," Anna said. I looked at the girl who was holding him. "This girl, she saved him," I said.
I heard some noise and all of us quickly backed away from the statues. I heard a cling, Anna grabbed a frozen sword. I looked back at her and smiled, seeing Kristoff holding her protectively.
Anna suddenly struck a group of leaves revealing people dressed in brown clothing. I saw that they were going to attack each other so I put ice on the ground. We got acquainted quite quickly after Olaf told them our story.
"Are you really queen of arenedelle?" A general asked me. "Yes I am," I replyed.
Then we learned the whole story, the girl who saved father was our mother and she was northuldra. Meaning we were part northuldra. Then a girl came up to me introducing herself as Honeymaren.
She had her dark brown hair in a ponytail with her hair covered by a hat. Her dress was pretty as well. With the shade of brown that all their people wore complimenting her skin tone nicely. Then she said the answer I've been looking for.
"I'm the one who called you," Honeymaren said.
