However, Kaira caught a scent behind them and she turns around, but saw nobody. "Rika? Are you following us?"
There was silence until... "No..." was heard from Rika hidden behind a trash can.
Kaira deadpans and goes to see Rika hiding. "You forget that I'm a Warrior Class too. My sense of smell is 2x as better than a Average Class or Softy Class Como."
Akia pokes Aoto and Kaira, "Uh... guys?"
"Yeah?"
"Yes, Akia-san?"
Akia was sweating bullets, "We are not alone."
Aoto and Kaira looks to their right, left and behind to see Warrior Class girls and guys around them. All of which look like delinquents, gang members or have tribal tattoos and hairstyles.
Rika stood up and was about act as the two(Aoto and Akia)'s shield along with Kaira when a hybrid Giant/Warrior Class girl stepped in front of the four.
Aoto and Akia looks up at the 7'7" hybrid jaws dropped, "Sweet peaches on a Sunday morning..." All the two could see was the girl's top head but the rest was blocked due to her massive breasts.
The girl growls and shows her sharp teeth at Rika, Kaira and Akia. The three back away from Aoto as the latter is now sweating profusely hurting his neck to look up at the 7'7" giant girl.
He chuckles nervously, "H-Hi there. I'm the new transfer student from Earth."
The giant hybrid remains silent, sizing him up with her intense gaze. Aoto can sense that she is scrutinizing him, likely assessing his strength and character. He understands that the Warrior Class Comos values courage and bravery, and he tries to project confidence despite his nerves.
After a tense moment, the giant hybrid relaxes her expression slightly, although she remains wary. "Earthling and human, huh?"
Aoto nodding rapidly, "Yes, that's correct."
The Giant/Warrior Hybrid crossing her arms, "You don't seem like a typical Human. What brings you to our territory?"
Aoto plucked up courage, "I was just exploring the school with Akia and Kaira... and probably Rika. I didn't mean to intrude."
The Giant/Warrior Hybrid eyes narrowed, "Kaira and Rika, huh? They vouch for you?"
Rika and Kaira glance at each other before nodding hesitantly.
Rika spoke cautiously, her sadistic tone gone. "Yes, he's with us. He's not causing any trouble."
The giant hybrid seems to contemplate this for a moment before finally relaxing her guard slightly and softening her tone. "Alright then. But be careful around here. The Back Hallways can be dangerous, especially for someone like you. Even if you're Human."
Aoto was grateful for that. "Thank you for the warning. I'll make sure to be cautious."
As the tension eases, Aoto begins to understand the complex dynamics of the Back Hallways and the Warrior Class. These encounters offer him valuable insights into the different classes and cultures present at the school, deepening his appreciation for the diversity and challenges of life on Planet Comoros.
Aoto then double-takes at Rika still following them and Kaira voices her frustration, "I got to ask. WHY IN THE FUCK ARE YOU STILL-"
Kaira stopped mid rant as the giant hybrid girl and the few other Warrior Class girls were seen following him.
Aoto looked to Akia for an explanation, "Explain."
Akia gulped, "Well...The Warrior Class was the first to encounter the Earthlings about three centuries(300 years) ago. And were the first to be shown and taught combat techniques and such. Annnnnnnd they were the first Como Class to get Earthling citizenship. So in other words..."
Aoto finished the rest, "...I'm basically the most well-respected person to them due to being a Earthling and a human from Earth."
Aoto looks back at the sea of Warrior Class girls either, looking at him with a blush, avoided looking at him but taking small glances, attempting to pose or winking at him with a smirk.
"Well, this just got... interesting and... a bit hectic in a way." Aoto said under his breath.
Despite feeling slightly overwhelmed by the sudden surge of attention, Aoto recognized the importance of his background in this dynamic. He understood that his presence as an Earthling and human was deeply respected and revered by the Warrior Class, influencing their responses and behaviors toward him.
It was then Aoto wanted to test a theory he had back on Earth.
He spoke to the giant hybrid girl, "Can ask you for two things?"
"Sure?"
The next second we see Aoto easily carrying the giant hybrid girl with ease. The girl was completely red face as she made silent cute noises.
Aoto's theory was true. Only Como Class to Como Class hybrids are the same weight as the non-hybrids. 10 pounds.
While he and other Humans and Como-Human hybrids have the weight of a average Human.
Kaira, Rika, and Akia pouts in jealousy witnessing this.
Aoto spoke to the full-face blush giant hybrid girl in his arms, "Now for the second thing. What's your name? I'm Aoto Kenzo."
"M-Maite. Maite Eriksson." She said in a hushed but adorable voice that didn't mirror her large appearance.
"Well, Maite Eriksson, you're very welcome." Aoto said with a smile as he felt extremely happy holding a girl in his arms.
As Aoto stood there, holding Maite Eriksson with surprising ease, he couldn't help but feel a mix of satisfaction and amazement. The giant hybrid girl, who had just moments ago seemed so intimidating, was now blushing furiously, her tough exterior melting away in his arms. Her massive frame felt as light as a feather, confirming his theory about the unique weight of the Como Class.
Kaira, Rika, and Akia watched with a mixture of jealousy and bewilderment. Aoto could sense their irritation, but he also noticed that they were impressed by how naturally he had handled the situation. The Warrior Class girls, known for their strength and fierce attitudes, were now looking at Aoto with a newfound respect—and perhaps a bit of affection.
Maite, still in Aoto's arms, finally found her voice. "Y-You're...strong," she murmured, her embarrassment evident in her hushed tone.
Aoto grinned, trying to lighten the mood. "Well, I guess I have Earth genetics to thank for that. But honestly, Maite, you're pretty strong yourself. I don't think I've ever met anyone quite like you."
Maite's blush deepened, and she looked away shyly, still making those cute, almost inaudible noises that contrasted sharply with her imposing appearance. The other Warrior Class girls exchanged glances, clearly not used to seeing one of their own so flustered.
Aoto gently set Maite back down, making sure she was steady on her feet before stepping back. "Thanks for letting me try that out, Maite. I really appreciate it."
Maite nodded, still too embarrassed to speak, but the small smile on her face showed her gratitude.
Aoto then turned to the other Warrior Class girls who were still watching him with varying degrees of interest. "So, uh, I guess I'm not just another Earth human to you guys, huh?"
One of the girls, a smaller but equally tough-looking Warrior Class member, stepped forward. She had short, spiky hair and a confident smirk on her face. "You're definitely not. Earthlings hold a special place in our history, and you're...different. Strong, but also kind. That's something we respect."
Aoto was taken aback by the honesty in her words. He'd been on Comoros for such a short time, yet the respect and curiosity these people had for him were clear. It wasn't just his Earth origins that intrigued them—it was how he handled himself, how he treated others, and the strength he displayed.
"Thanks," Aoto said, genuinely touched by the words. "I didn't expect to be...well, accepted so quickly. But I'm glad."
Akia, who had been quiet for a while, finally spoke up, her voice playful. "Well, Aoto, it looks like you've made quite the impression. You might want to get used to all this attention."
Kaira, who had been silently fuming, crossed her arms and huffed. "Just don't let it go to your head, alright?"
Rika, on the other hand, seemed to have lost her usual sadistic edge, looking at Aoto with something akin to grudging respect. "You're full of surprises, Aoto. I'll give you that."
Aoto chuckled, feeling a little overwhelmed by all the attention but also strangely proud. "I'll try to keep it in check. But seriously, I'm just here to learn and make some friends. If that means getting to know all of you better, then I'm all for it."
With that, the group started moving again, the atmosphere much lighter now. The Warrior Class girls, including Maite, stayed close, their earlier wariness replaced by a cautious curiosity and growing respect for Aoto.
As they walked through the Back Hallways, Aoto couldn't help but think about how much his life had changed in such a short time. This was only the beginning, and he had a feeling that his time on Planet Comoros was going to be far more eventful—and complicated—than he had ever imagined.
But with friends like Akia, Kaira, Rika, and now Maite by his side, Aoto felt ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead. And maybe, just maybe, he would find a place where he truly belonged.
As Aoto, Akia, Kaira, Rika, and Maite continued through the Back Hallways, the tension between them had shifted into a strange camaraderie. It was clear that the Warrior Class students who once eyed Aoto with suspicion now held him in a mix of curiosity and respect. Still, Aoto couldn't shake the feeling that something bigger was brewing beneath the surface—this place wasn't just some rundown part of the school; it was like a world of its own.
Akia seemed to sense his unease and nudged him gently. "You're thinking too hard again, Aoto," she said with a soft smile. "This place might seem rough, but it has its own rules and order. Once you get used to it, it's not so bad."
Kaira smirked, walking a few steps ahead, keeping a watchful eye on their surroundings. "She's right. You just have to earn your place here. You're lucky you've got us."
Rika chuckled darkly, but there was no malice in her tone. "You've already made a mark, Aoto. You handled Maite like it was nothing—and that's impressive. Not many could."
Maite, who was walking slightly behind Aoto now, was still blushing, her massive form seemingly shrinking in her own embarrassment. "I—I wasn't expecting that," she muttered quietly. "You're... different."
Aoto rubbed the back of his neck, still adjusting to the idea that his Earthling presence had such an effect on these people. "I'm just trying to figure this place out, like everyone else. I didn't realize being from Earth would put so much attention on me."
Akia laughed softly. "It's more than that. Earth is... well, it's legendary here. You're like a walking myth to some of these students. That's why everyone's watching you."
Kaira added with a nod, "And now that you've proven you're not weak, things will only get more interesting."
Aoto wasn't sure whether to feel proud or worried. On one hand, it was cool that his background gave him a unique edge. On the other hand, the constant attention could get overwhelming, especially when he had no idea how deep these cultural ties ran.
As they turned another corner, the group came upon a large, open area at the end of the Back Hallways. It was like an underground arena, a makeshift courtyard where Warrior Class students seemed to gather. Some were sparring, others were huddled in groups, and a few were lounging on the cracked concrete steps, talking and laughing.
"Welcome to our hangout spot," Kaira announced, gesturing around. "This is where we blow off steam."
Aoto looked around, noticing that the students here were much rougher than the others he had seen in the main part of the school. Tattoos, scars, and fierce expressions dominated the space, but there was also an undeniable sense of community among them. Even though it looked like a place where a brawl could break out at any second, it felt alive—vibrant in its own way.
Rika stepped forward, her usual smirk returning. "You want to see what we're made of, Aoto? This is where it happens. No rules, no restrictions. Just raw strength and skill."
Aoto felt a nervous flutter in his chest, but he couldn't back down now. He had come this far, and the Warrior Class clearly respected strength above all else. He didn't want to fight, but he knew that showing weakness wasn't an option.
Kaira seemed to read his mind. "Don't worry, we're not throwing you into a fight just yet. But it's good for you to see this. It's a big part of our culture."
Akia, standing close to Aoto's side, whispered, "If it gets too intense, we can always leave. But honestly, you might enjoy watching. It's... different from what you're used to."
As Aoto took in the scene, one of the Warrior Class boys—a towering figure covered in tattoos and battle scars—noticed him.
The boy grinned, his sharp teeth gleaming. "Hey, Earthling! You want to take a shot at me? Let's see if you've got that Earth strength!"
Aoto's heart raced as the other students turned to watch, their eyes gleaming with excitement at the prospect of a fight. He looked at Kaira and Rika, both of whom were watching him closely. It wasn't an official challenge, but it felt like an invitation he couldn't refuse without losing the respect he'd already gained.
Before Aoto could respond, Kaira stepped forward, cracking her knuckles. "If anyone's testing Aoto, it's me. Back off, Juro. He's not ready for your kind of fight."
Juro, the Warrior Class boy, laughed but backed down, raising his hands in surrender. "Alright, alright. But when he is, I want first dibs."
Aoto felt a wave of relief as Kaira intervened, but also a strange sense of pride. The Warrior Class didn't see him as just another outsider—they saw potential. That made all the difference.
As they walked away from the arena, Aoto let out a long breath. "Thanks for that. I don't think I was ready to get my ass kicked today."
Kaira grinned, her sharp teeth flashing. "Don't mention it. You'll get your chance. But for now, we'll just get you familiar with the place."
Akia nodded. "And besides, we can show you more about the school than just fighting. There's plenty to do here that doesn't involve getting punched."
Aoto laughed nervously, but deep down, he knew he had stepped into a whole new world—a world where he was both admired and tested at every turn. It wasn't going to be easy, but something told him he was exactly where he needed to be.
