Finally,  you were cleared to leave the hospital after a week. Katsuki took the time off work to look after you but since he was also injured he needed time to recover since he wouldn't let you use your quirk. It wasn't a surprise that he went into a super overprotective mode not letting you do anything until your back was fully healed. However, that did mean the holiday you'd had planned to Lapland was postponed, promising Haru that once his siblings were born you would take him. 

Of course, Haru had gotten his wish of being a big brother so was happy enough that he would get to meet Santa with them there. 

They had managed to reduce the size of the scars on your back, you still had marks but you didn't mind. At the end of the day, you couldn't see them and Katsuki was covered in scars from work. His words were that it made you look like a sexier badass but you weren't allowed to do any hero work at all, if ever again according to your future husband.

 It wasn't a surprise that it came out that Mina was also pregnant, and you were both due the same day most likely due to the that they also conceived the night you all went out drinking. When Katsuki found out he and Kirishima were going to become dads at the same time they were over the moon.

After taking the time to think you decided to get married once the twins were born, mostly because you wanted to lose the baby weight to look good in a dress. Shoto was amazing when it came to your work schedule, but not only that you also decided to get someone in to help run the recovery centres. Since you were going to be extremely busy with a 5-year-old, as well as having twins on the way. 

Haru was like the cat that got the cream when he found out he was getting a little brother and a little sister since he did want one of each. After a long discussion and you kyboshing a lot of Katsuki's baby names, the two of you decided to name your little girl to representing beautiful Summer with Natsumi and the little boy was named Aki to represent Autumn since Haru meant Spring. 

Katsuki was so excited he literally had your beck and call even though you didn't ask much of him. If he ever caught you trying to do something he deemed as too strenuous he would give get angry at you but you would just laugh at him. 

When you finally went into labour you had never seen the ash blonde look so panicked! What was even better was the fact that you had been rushed to the hospital in toe with Kirishima and Mina, as you going into labour set her off.  Somehow you got the hospital to let you be in the same room since you were close friends. Katsuki was thankful off as he was completely out of his depth, not knowing at all what to do even after all the preparations you had been through together. 

Haru stopped with the Todoroki's whilst you were in the hospital, but he was desperate to meet his new brother and sister. The ash blonde and red-haired men had never heard so many curse words come out of their partners. In all honesty, this side of you shouldn't have but turned Katsuki on no end. 

Mina was crying "Kirishima why you do this to me!" however, you on the other end had become a laughing mess since you were having twins and she had only the one to push out. 

"You have one to come out, man the fuck up" you glared as the two men starting laugh not realising that only you could laugh at your own joke. "Who the fuck said you two can laugh?" you glared with such fire that it made the two grown men, who faced villains every day instantly shut. 

"Come on babe you're doing good." Katsuki was holding your hand which was a brave choice as you were having all on not letting your quirk off.

Eventually, you heard a baby crying as the Kirishima's little girl came into the world, making you started crying because you couldn't feel like you could push anymore. "I can't push anymore it's not fair!" tears running down your red sweaty face. 

"Your doing great babe. Come on don't cry" Katsuki was wiping your face with a cold cloth seeing the frustration at the continued contractions. Even he was tired and getting grumpy but knew he had to be the positive one right now, even though that was normally your job. 

"Who is a badass?" he grinned trying to give you a pep talk. 

"Me!" you mumbled as you pushed again at his words, tears still streaming down your face. 

"I can't hear you!" he yelled making you yell back at him squeezing his hand that he thought you would break it at any moment. 

"I'M A BADASS!" screaming at the top of your voice as your friends looked at their baby girl, put throwing support your way as well. 

 "I can see the head!" the doctor finally calls as you nod ready to get at least one baby out.  "Push!" he commands, with Kirishima and Mina looking over as you do a massive push, the medical team pull out your baby boy. Quickly passing him to a nurse once he cries to be cleaned up. 

"Come on one down. You got this babe!" as Katsuki says it you're glaring at him, as they stand with your baby boy until a few minutes later your little girl comes into the world almost a giggling sound coming out of her mouth. 

Just like that, you had two healthy babies in your arms, as the doctors are cleaning up the mess you have going on downstairs. "They're beautiful!" you say as you look at the two babies one with a tuff of blonde and the other with a tuff of (h/c). 

"This is one of the best feelings in the world!" Katsuki is sitting on the side of the bed looking down at the three of you. The only person that was missing right now for the man, was the little boy who he classed like his own son but was hoping Ash was looking down. 

"Want to hold one!" smiling up to your man, as he nods before carefully holding the little blonde boy.

"Hey little man. I'm your daddy." he clarifies before bending down kissing the little guys head, then bending and kissing the little girls head in your arms. Looking at you tired, sweating and red-faced, he bends down kissing your head to.

"You're amazing, stupid!" smiling at you as you gazed up to him, exhaustion washing over you. 

 "I'm so tired!" you pout as he laughs, before turning to the Kirishima's showing off the little man in his arms as you hold your little girl. 

Kirishima is holding their little pink baby, with black hair with Mina's eyes and horns. The ash-blonde then trades with you, taking his little girl in his arms and showing her off before both babies are placed in cots.

"Hey Mina. Note to self never have twins. I hurt!" you chuckle but it a pathetic exhausted attempt of one. 

"I hear ya. I felt your pain !" she responds also sounding tired, as you both lift your hands doing a virtual high five to each other. 

"I'm gonna go nap time. You guys got this right?" you turn dazed to Katsuki who hasn't stopped smiling like a massive goofball. 

"Sure babe, get some sleep. I'll be right here!" sitting next to you he was texting everyone to say that everyone was fine and that you were just resting. When the next day came you woke up to a screaming baby and Katsuki trying to calm the him. 

"I bet he is hungry! Not sure if my milk has come in you but I'll try" smiling you're reaching up to the little guy. Before Aki latched on greedily, with Kirishima trying not to look and Katsuki glaring at him not to look.

 Natsumi was happily sleeping "So, this little guy is literally a mini you! Yay!" you smile sarcastically. 

"Yeh, I'm pretty jealous of him at the moment," Katsuki smirks pervertedly at your boobs that had grown a lot. 

"Tch Perv!" you moan before trying to remind him what you just went through and what that means.  "You do realise we can't have sex for a while or we'll be too exhausted?" you laugh as he groans at the thought of blue balling for weeks. 

"I know but it was worth it though" sitting next you stroking your hair as he watches you feeding the little miracle your created together in your arms. "Need anything?" smiling at you wanting to do anything to make you comfortable.

"Decaf Coffee?" you laugh as he nods running out the room to get it and not wanting to miss a second of his little family. 

"How's Mina?" turning to Kirishima who walked over with little Akira as they had named her.

"Oh you know can sleep through anything!" his manly chuckle at a hushed tone to not wake your little girl as he looked lovingly at the pink woman. 

"Man, I can't believe we literally had babies the same day." laughing quietly as you notice Akiyoshi falling asleep. 

"I know. I love that guy so this is great. You don't know how happy he is." Kirishima smiles as you stroke their little girls face, who was unique and extremely cute. 

"I think I can guess. I miss Ash and it's been well over a year but I know he is watching out for us." smiling and feeling too relaxed, meaning as if on cue Natsumi starts crying,  whilst your little man falls to sleep.

 "Couldn't help me do the whole swap-a-roo could you?" smiling at Eijiro he nods, popping his own sleeping baby down before picking up Natsumi up to switch, however, the little man wakes up deciding he isn't done either. 

"Ok or I will just feed you both great," groaning at your poor boobs,  as Kirishima places the little girl in your other arm as you pull your top down for her to latch on. 

"I'm literally a milk machine for two. My poor boobs!" moaning as Katsuki walks in to see his best friend helping you.

 "Dude, getting a good look there?" he snarls jealously as he storms forward.

"Oh shut it, idiot!" you snap as he glares, whilst was Kirishima backing off. "They both decided they were hungry." you sigh "I'll have to pump, so you can help with the feeds." grinning at the man who nods more than willing to help with anything you needed. 

After both babies fell back to sleep Katsuki puts them back in there cots, as if the most precious cargo, before helping you with your top. Just as the two of you are getting you decent there is a little knock on the door.

Looking over you see loads of balloons and flowers. "Shh we literally just got all three to sleep!" Kirishima grins as the whole tribe walk in trying to be quiet but still clearly too loud since they were trying too hard. Your dad instantly walks over with a very excited Haru, as he plops him on the bed with you. The Kirishima's parents and siblings are also here but you asked friends to wait till you were home hoping that it should be tomorrow. 

"Oh wow! They're beautiful" your dads smile from ear to ear, as Haru is silently looking at his little brother and sister. Max was doing the same to his new little sister.

 "Mummy, I will protect them and you with Katsuki!" Haru smiles as he give the ash-blonde man a fist pump.

 "(f/n), all my grandchildren are beautiful" Mitsuki comments as she looks at them with Masaru.

 "Good job, son!" the quiet man pats his son on the back. Noticing that Nemuri is dying to waking them up, you glare at her. 

"Don't you dare!" you stare blades at her. "They will be awake plenty for you to get cuddles!" you snap grumpily.  

They all take lots of pictures before walking to look at the other new family in the room as Kirishima's parents say hey to you guys. However, after that you are left to yourself Katsuki and Kirishima going home to make sure everything was ready before you got to your home.
