Backstory on Eice: Eice, is a relative to Frieza, he's his cousin. He's been in suspended animation, until Frieza's death, (during the Resurrection of Frieza arc in Super) was when he woke up. He asked his minions on who killed Frieza, when he was told, he swore to get revenge. When he learned of Goku's offspring's, he figured the path to revenge is by killing them. 

Cypter

Backstory: Cypter is a Cell Jr who managed to survive Gohan's onslaught back then. Since then, he devoted himself into training while identifying himself as Cypter, but knew that his current power wouldn't be enough. He left Earth in hopes of finding a solution to getting stronger. During the time of the Season 3 and before Season 4, he's still in space.

Majin Mari

Backstory: When Buu was released, Babidi created a backup plan in case Buu turned on him. He heard of another Majin that was even stronger than Buu, he quickly found her and gave her to All for One. Mari is the complete opposite of Buu, she's ruthless, her chance of redemption is basically zero. She doesn't care who gets hurt.

Backstory: Taichi's inside demons. He is from Taichi's Demon side, since Taichi is 80% Saiyan, 15% Demon, and 5% Dragon. In the original timeline, when Taichi found out that he was 15% Demon, he went on a journey to find a Crystal ring the "remove" the curse from himself. Taichi despised Demons a lot, since he lost his father towards a Demon God and in another timeline, lost his entire family. Taichi thought he can get rid of his Demon Blood once and for all when he found the Legendary Crystal Ring, but all the ring did was split him into 2 versions of himself. Taichi was still normal, but was completely drained/weaken and he saw a version of himself, his evil self, his demon self. This "clone" of Taichi was pure evil and more superior than the original Taichi. This Demon was superior in every way with his Demon/Evil version of Super Saiyan and skills. Evil Taichi was way too strong for the original Taichi, so with a technique that was kinda incomplete, Taichi band his Evil into a portal, that he doesn't know on where his evil self will end up. Evil Taichi is half Demon and Half Saiyan. His Potential is great. His personality is pure evil and dark. All he wants to do is cause chaos everwhere and wants to be superior. Evil Taichi hates heroes and good people, especially other Saiyans, thinking that they could stop him. Evil Taichi is completely brutal and merciless against his enemies. He will kill anyone when he gets the chance.
