Here is the character art I've drawn up for the protagonist in a new book! When it's closer to the time I'm planning on releasing I'll post the cover and name :)

Casual wear

I like how I made it digital. It opened up a range of colour possibilities, and the way I used different brush sizes added to the effect of 3-D ness.

Hero costume

The shading worked really well. If you read the book, you'll understand why I made her seem so old-fashioned. Plus, the attempt of shading her skin made it look like it was actually skin. I LOVE how the monocle turned out, I was honestly thinking it would look like some sort of snake biting her eye.
