My face was burning from the sting of her slapping me, but I couldn't help but think that I deserved it. Jasper had walked in and I quickly put my hand down from my aching face "jasper, just who I wanted to talk to" she came and sat down beside me "what's wrong" she said placing her hand on my leg. "Jasper, I can't date you anymore and I don't want you to get mad it's just that garnet and me Were kinda a thing and I just blew her off. Don't get me wrong I loved showing you a new experience, but now you can go out and find someone who's really worth your time" jasper didn't say anything at first but after 3 minutes of silence she smiled "it's alright k, I knew there was nothing there to begin with but I did have fun" as she walked out the door I laid back down on my bed. Just how much was I getting myself into.

I walked into the temple. Everyone gave me a look like they felt sorry for me and I felt kinda small because of it. But I brushed it aside and came in "garnet we need to talk"

Amethyst and Pearl had heard the events that happened yesterday, I couldn't believe I had put my hands on her..and out of spite non the less. I felt absolutely treble I should have never let my jealousy spiral out of control and influence me. K walked into the temple and we all looked at her I gave her an especially guilty look as I looked back down. She didn't say anything but walked in. "Garnet we need to talk" I looked up at her and Steven who was sitting in his bed decided to take the gems to go check on peridot and lapis, leaving us to talk. "K" I stood up briefly. She walked towards me but kept her head down. When she was a step away she looked back up at me her face was hard to read but I looked at her with soft eyes. She brought her hand up and smacked me across my face hard "that was for slapping me yesterday" she said in a monotone. I held my face. I knew I deserved it for hurting her so I didn't say anything instead I just continued to look at her with longing soft eyes. She sat on the couch and I did as well. "Garnet, it wasn't fair of me to date jasper knowing that you liked me, but I'm telling you with all honesty there was nothing between me and jasper. We didn't feel anything towards each other. Hell we only kissed one time" she fiddled her thumb around and looked back up at me " the truth is garnet you make me feel like no one else have ever been able to. Yeah I was scared at first because I didn't want to get hurt but that was the past and I want to move on" I didn't say anything, honestly I didn't even know what to say so I just let her finish speaking " it wouldn't even be fair of me to come and ask you out but it's all that I want to do..." She placed her hand on top of mine "garnet I've realized through trail and error that I love you, and yes I love the other gems but not on the same level that I love you, and I want to be with you....even if you don't want to be with me...I understand" I held her hand causing her to gasp in surprise. "I'm so sorry that I put my hands on you k, and I love you so much. Yes ruby and sapphire have there on love but me. K me as a person has never had my own love. Something I could call my own." I pulled her into a hugged as she was shocked but soon fell into it "I would love to go out with you and be yours" I said kissing her cheek softly. She giggled that adorable sound of hers and sat back. "But I'd prefer to wait until after your bite marks are gone" she blushed and looked down rubbing the back of her neck. "S-sorry" she mumbled. "That way I can leave some of my own" that comment made her blush as she playfully punched me....
