*Karasu's pov*

I woke up early, thank Kami. I heard Anko was the protector for this round. She's crazy. I rushed to get ready, and gathered everything needed. I filled my gourd, strapped it to my back, strapped my katanas to my waist, gathered everywhere kunai and shurinken I can fit in my pouches. My medical supplies, poison antidotes and such. I had a weapons pouch strapped to my right thigh, my left thigh, left hip and my medical strapped to my back.

I grabbed Mystic, and got ready to leave. But I stopped, looked around, making sure I have everything I need. After double checking I put Mystic on my head and disappear with her. We reappeared in the back of the crowd at training ground 44, or better known as The Forest Of Death. When I arrived I had a kunai thrown at me.

"You're late Karasu. I see your fathers habit is rubbing off on you." Anko says as I dodged her kunai.

"I hate to burst your bubble Anko, but I'm not late. I'm actually 10 minutes early, even if there are more people here. I'm not late, we're all just early." I say boredly. She smirks at me and hands me a paper to fill out. I sign it and hand it back. She then hands me a heaven scroll.

"You still missed my explanation. I'll repeat myself because I like you kid, but this will be summed up. Collect the opposite scroll you have, which you have heaven so you need to get earth, you have five days to get it and get to the tower in the middle of the forest. You have to go up against teams, kill or be killed." She smirks.

I smirk back at her a chuckle darkly. "This sounds fun." I say grinning. Then Udon pulls on my kimono. I look down at him then back at Anko.

"They're here for interviews." She says.

"Big sister Karasu, can we interview you?" He asks.

"Okay. How long do we have Anko?" I ask her.

"Well, technically their time is up in five minutes, but I'll extend it a few more minutes for you." She says. I nod and walk over to Konohamaru, and Moji with Udon.

"Let me guess, you guys want someone who is neutral to everyone here. Someone who could work well with any of the teams?" I ask them raising an eyebrow.

"Yes please big sister Karasu." Moji says twiddling her fingers.

"Alright. Which team do you want me to start off with?" I ask.

"Well the bosses team of course!" Konohamaru yells excited.

"Naruto's team huh? Alright then. Naruto Uzumaki, the number one hyper active, knuckle headed ninja. He's got amazing potential to become the one of the best ninjas around, if only head take his training more seriously. I believe that he will accomplish his dream someday. Maybe he'll be the sixth or seventh Hokage, but I know he will make it. Sakura Haruno; loud mouth, banshee, fangirl. She's Sasuke's biggest fangirl, but she has amazing chakra control. It's perfect. Honestly, if she'd get a new dream instead of her creepy dream of being with Sasuke, then she'd make an amazing ninja. I think she'd be best as a medic with her chakra control and her strength. Then, Sasuke Uchiha, the only other Uchiha alive, his brother whipped out his clan and now he's on a path for revenge. I guess I understand why though, I too have some people I hate. But, that's for another time. He's got great strength, and he's all around an excellent ninja, but revenge isn't the answer, that will be his downfall. Then there's their sensei, my dad, Kakashi Hatake, he's a great sensei and is extremely skilled obviously, he's known as the famous Copy Cat Ninja. He's copies over a thousand jutsu's." I say and look at their astonished faces.

"Wow! This is great stuff. Can we get you to tell us about team 8?" Konohamaru asks.

"Well, I don't know much about team 8. I know there's Kiba Inuzuka and his ninken Akamaru, he's the only one I know really. He can be cocky but he's a sweetheart, and Akamaru is just the cutest thing ever. He helped me save Mystic here from a bear. I know the others names, Hinata Hyuga, she sounds like a sweetheart as well, from what I've heard from my teammates, then there's Shino Aburame, I heard he's really weird. But I'm not going to judge by what I've been told. Then there's their sensei Kurenai Yūhi, I met her once when I was picking my team. She's a nice woman, and she's really beautiful." I finish speaking and see their eyes sparkling.

"Okay, time for my team, I may be going in this alone, but I still have a team. My team consists of the lazy-intelligent Shikamaru Nara, he's very skilled and if he'd only put more effort into doing things he'd make an amazing ninja. But he is extremely intelligent, and he thinks things through to the fullest. Then there's Choji Akimichi, he's a bit tubby but don't let the fool you. He's strong and will pummel someone for calling him 'fat'. Then you have the loud-mouth-fangirling-banshee Ino Yamanka. She's actually really pretty but she's so loud. She's really got talent though. Even though she's always going on about boys, she could easily beat the crap out of someone if she wanted to. Then there's Sensei, Asuma Sarutobi, he's comes late at times and that's annoying, but he's actually a good sensei. When I picked my team I didn't know that I'd make amazing friends, but I did. Asuma-sensei is my personal favorite out of the sensei' and yes that even means out of my dad. I have the most promised future training with him. His skills are amazing. And I think him and Kurenai-sensei have something going on." I says grinning.

"Alright maggots! That's enough with the interviews!" Anko yells.

"Thanks Big sister Karasu! We got some amazing information." Moji says.

"Any time." I say and walk over to where everyone else is.

"Karasu-chan!" Naruto yells running to me. I sigh as I disappear in water and reappear by Sasuke and Sakura, she must have learnt. I think to myself. "Ouch Karasu-chan, why do you always do that?" Naruto whines.

"I don't like being touched." I say monotoned. "Well I'm going to go talk to my teammates before we have to go into the forest." I say walking away. Mystic barks in excitement. When I found my team they all waved at me and I waved back.

"Why were you late Karasu?" Ino asks in a scolding way.

"I had to make sure I had everything I needed." I say then she notices my extra pouches.

"I see. Which scroll did you get?" She asks again.

"Heaven." I reply.

"Same." Shikamaru says.

"Allies?" I question raising an eyebrow. He nods.

"Allies. And I think all of the Konoha genin got Heaven. We're all allies even if they don't think that." Shikamaru says.

"Alright! Make it to your assigned gates!" Anko yells. I make my way to my gate and stand there alone. I turn my back to the gate door and look around. I see nothing peculiar, but I feel like I'm being watched by a few different eyes. When Anko finally said for us to enter our gates, I began to walk in when Anko stopped me. She looked around, nobody else was around.

"What is it Anko?" I question.

"I need you to watch over the others... I have a terrible feeling about something. If you do this I'll give you the earth scroll." She says handing me a earth scroll.

"I don't need that scroll Anko, I will get it in an hour, but I was planning on watching over everyone anyway." I say emotionlessly. "I have a bad feeling as well." She nods and lets me go in.

As I'm walking through with Mystic by my side I hear a few screams. Then smell blood. I chuckle to myself knowing who that is. "Gaara, always gotta kill." I muse, Mystic barks quietly. Then I feel a few chakra signature's behind me.

I stop in my tracks and wait for them to get closer. Within minutes I'm pinned to a tree by shirikens. I smirk to myself. "Which scroll do you have?" A cold male voice demandingly asks.

"Hmm, Heaven." I say boredly.

"Greet! Just what we need." Another cold male voice says.

"Just go get it already." A female voice says. Three figures step out of the shadows.

"So your Mist nins." I say through gritted teeth. I disappear in my water and reappear behind them. "The Mist did me dirty. They kicked me out when I was only two years old. They blamed me for my mothers death, but it was natures decision."

"So you're the ten Tails that is the legend in the Hidden Mist." The female says sympathetically. I let my water wrap around them, the males freaking out, the female smiling sadly. She throws me the scroll and closes her eyes. "I'm sorry for what the Mist did to you." She say. My water crushes the males, but unwrapped from her.

"It wasn't your fault. What's your name?" I ask her.

She blinks in surprise. "Minamie Bara." She says after a minute.

"Karasu Bara Hatake. It's nice to meet a fellow clan mate." I say bowing to her.

"You're Aurora-oba's (oba means aunt) daughter! I've only been told your name. I didn't realize that you were the one they sealed the ten Tails in. I'm so sorry." She say lowering her head.

I chuckle at her reaction. "It's alright Minamie. Sorry I killed your teammates." I say sighing.

"No, it's okay. Really. They were jerks anyway. Well, I better get out of here, you have my scroll and I can't pass without them anyways. Bye Karasu-chan. I hope to see you again!" Minamie yells as she jumps away.

"Yeah." I say back.

-time skip-

It's been a few hours, and I was just casually walking around the forest bored. "I can't believe I forgot my books at home. I knew I forgot something." I complained to Mystic. She barks in a reply, saying she's bored as well. After walking around aimlessly I ran into Gaara and his team. Gaara was currently killing a team so I decided to walk up to them casually.

"What's going on?" I question them.

"Help us!" One of the nins asked. I looked at his head band and scoffed.

"Sorry, you're from the Mist. I have no remorse for the likes of you." I say coldly as my water shot out hardening and striking him threw the chest.

"That was my kill." Gaara grumbles.

"Eh, but there's one more." I say pointing at the last one.

"I get it now... haha! You're the chick from the legends." The Mist guy says laughing.

Gaara's sand wraps around him. "Sand coffin." Gaara says. Temari stands beside me and waves and say 'bye-bye' while grinning.

"What scroll is it?" Gaara asks Kankuro.

"Earth." He says.

"About time." Temari says throwing the other two scrolls they have away. "Are you going to join us Karasu? We're going to the tower." She asks.

"Nah. Ima stick around and watch over teams. I've taken out a Mist team, as have you, who else?" I ask.

"A grass team, a leaf team, and rock." Gaara answers.

"Hmm, which leaf team?" I question.

"Not sure. I don't think you knew them though. It wasn't one of the new genin." Temari says.

I nod. "Alright guys. Have fun." I say walking away.

-time skip, a few days, when Orochamaru attacks-

I was walking when all of a sudden my shoulder started to burn like all holly hell. Mystic looked at me worriedly as I held my left shoulder. "He's here. He's close." I mutter running in the direction. Each step my shoulder would burn even more.

When I reached the clearing I saw dads team and him. My eyes widened slightly as I saw Naruto down, and Sasuke down as well. Sakura trying her best. I appeared in front of them, my water going up. "My, my, my. Hello again ssssweet Karasssu. Are you finally ready for that power?" Orochamaru hisses.

"You wish." I say emotionlessly. I turn my head slightly to Sakura. "What happened to them?" I question her.

"He did something to Naruto and bit Sasuke." She begins to cry slightly.

"Okay. Now isn't the time to show weakness Sakura. I need you to get them to safety. Create clones to help you. I will deal with him." I say emotionlessly. She went to protest but I glared at her.

"How sssweet! Protecting people. Hahaha. Thisss issss quite amusssing. It'sss definitely not like you, Karasssu. You're dessstructive, you killed your own mom, you attacked you're old village. You're nothing but a monssster." Orochamaru hisses and laughs like a maniac.

"Karasu." Sakura gasps.

"Sakura, go now. I will explain later. I promise." I says and she nods. "Mystic go with her. Do not leave her side." I say and Mystic barks not happy but obliges to my wish. I put up a water wall as the disappear from sight. I then create a dome around Orochamaru and myself.

"Tch. You think thissss will ssstop me from getting the Uchiha boy?" He asks grinning madly.

"I should have known you'd be after him. He's the only one here so caught up in gaining power for revenge, and he's powerful as is. I should have figured out sooner that he'd be your target." I scoff at him.

"You better watch that temper of yourss, wouldn't want you to come to me for power, now would you?" He taunts. I glare but calm down.

No showing anger. Calm down. There i go. Better. I think to myself as I calm down. "I will kill you one day Orochamaru. But today isn't the day. For now, I'll leave you with this." I say as I begin to pull water out of the gourd. It takes the shape of thousands of senbon needles. Surrounding him, I send them flying at him.

Most embedding into his flesh. He lets out a scream of pain, but disappears in snakes. I jump as he goes to hit me with a kunai, but end up jumping in a trap. He set up multiple kunai and shuriken trip wires m, so when they're hit they launch. I barely dodged them. A few caught my leg, one in my stomach and one in my back. I grunt in pain as this happens. Then he runs away like a coward. I decide to go check on Sakura, Sasuke, Naruto, and Mystic.

I teleport to them. Sakura set up a camp inside of a hollowed out tree and set traps all around it. Making some visible and others not. "Sakura." I grunt out, holding my stomach, falling to the ground.

"Karasu!" She yells running over to me. She helps me up and helps me inside. "What happened? Are you alright?" She asks frantic.

"Yeah I'm alright." I say as I pull a kunai out of my leg, a shuriken out of my leg, and a kunai out of my back. I pull the kunai out of my stomach and lay back some. My shoulder still burns. "He had a trap set up and escaped. Ahh." I scream as my shoulder burns more intense. I pull my mask off and the side of my kimono down.

"Karasu." Sakura breathes. "Sasuke has that same mark.." she whimpers.

"I need over there." I say standing up but I collapse.

Don't rush yourself Pup. You need a minute to recover. Hakai says worriedly.

No, I'm fine. I need to help him. I say angered. "Sakura, im going to get that curse mark off of him. Don't worry. I'll save him." I say as I make hand signs. I've only got a few more hours that I can do this.. hopefully I don't mess this up. I think sighing. I finish the hand signs, my neck shoots out and I bite the exact same place the snake did. The mark transfers over to me, Sasuke screams in pain. After a minute longer I release him and pant heavily.

"Karasu!" Sakura yells. "The mark! It's on you now." She says sadly.

"I can't remove the mark, I can only transfer it. I'm okay Sakura. Now, I owe you some explaining." I say with a closed eye smile. She nods. My water goes up around us and hardens. "Now, you can't freak out. I'm going to take you and Sasuke in my mind, he'll be awake there but he won't wake up when I release this jutsu. It will take a moment before you readjust being in your body afterwards as well." I say and she nods again. I make hand signs and focus on her and Sasuke. Then bam, were in my mind.

I sit in front of the cage that holds Hakai. "Why'd you bring brats in here?" Hakai scoffs.

"You're such a mean ass. Tch. Stupid wolf." I glare at her.

Sakura and Sasuke both step back wide eyed, Sasuke recovers quickly though. "You're a Jinchuuri. Explains your level of fighting." Sasuke says.

"That doesn't explain anything Sasuke. Not one bit. Naruto is a Jinchuuri as well and he's not the best. I'm nowhere near as good of a fighter, in just really good at long range and distracting the enemy." I say half offended.

"Karasu, when did you get another curse mark?" Hakai asks worriedly, grabbing me with her tail.

"You stupid wolf. You were sleeping when I transferred it from Sasuke. He doesn't need to go through all of that torture." I say looking down.

"Why'd you take it Karasu?" Sasuke asks.

"Orochamaru was only planning on giving you power, so you become more powerful then using you for his next vessel. He doesn't want to help you on your revenge." I say with all seriousness. "But I am going to have to put a bandage there and put a genjutsu over it so it looks like the curse mark. You'll have some after effects of it when you fight for the first two times." I say seriously. He nods in understanding.

All this time and Sakura has been quite. "Sakura?" Sasuke asks looking at her.

"Huh?" She looks at him still dumbfounded.

"You're being quite." He states.

"I don't know what to think." She says.

"It's okay Sakura. You two just have to swear you won't tell anyone." I say.

"We swear." They both say. I smile.

"Good. I'm going to release the jutsu now. You'll go back to your deep, probably nightmare filled sleep, while Sakura goes back to her body. And I will most likely pass out from the curse mark." I say as I make the tiger seal.

"Be careful Sakura." Sasuke says to her. Awe!!! The start of true love!! I squeal in my mind.

"Okay. Release!" I say and we all go back to our bodies. But I pass out within seconds. I collapse and my water goes back to my gourd.
