A Day With Panic! At The Disco
I can only hope it’s true enough
That every little thing I do for love
Redeems me from the moments I deem
Worthy of the worst things that I’ve done
It saves me from myself at times of envy
When I’m missing everyone

“Alright, as much as I’m loving this little pow wow right now…” Tristan began. “We need to get started with our activities for the day.”
“You need to relax, T,” Spencer said and threw an arm around her shoulder. “We’ve got plenty time.”
“No actually, we don’t,” She huffed. “We need to get a move on in about,” She checked her watch. I watched as her eyes widened and then began to frantically push us out the door. “If you’re all not in that van in 5 minutes, you four,” She pointed at the band. “Are not going to be on my good side for the next couple of days.”
“Crap!” Ryan grabbed Bree’s hand and dragged her along as he dashed towards the van. He jumped in and Bree fell into his lap with a loud ‘oof’. Ryan looked at us with wild eyes, “Hurry the fuck up!”
“We better go,” Brendon laughed. “Tristan can be pretty scary when she wants to be,” He intertwined our fingers and, gently, pulled me in the direction of the car. Finally all of us were seated… except for Spencer and Landon.
“Hurry up, Landon,” Spencer groaned. “If Tristan is on my ass because I was the one that made us late I will kill you.”
“I’m touched,” Landon placed a hand over his heart then smiled mischievously. “You know what? I think I’ll take my time…”
“Dammit!” Spencer pulled at his hair and then set his feet. I cocked my head to the side curiously when he glared at Landon with a determined look in his eyes.
“What are you thinking?” Landon asked nervously.
“I’m thinking you better get your butt in that van soon or I’ll do it.”
“Do what?”
“Don’t ask me what,” Spencer smirked. “You know what.”
Landon’s eyes widened in understanding and, for once, I saw pure fear in his eyes, “You wouldn’t.”
“You don’t think so,” Spencer challenged him. They held each other’s gazes for a little longer before Landon caved and ran like a mad man to the car.
“I so own him,” Spencer smirked and hopped in.
“What do you have on him?”
“Well…”
“Spencer! Dammit, I’m in the car don’t you dare say anything!”
“Sorry, Love, my hands are tied,” Spencer told me but then leaned in to mock whisper. “I’ll tell you later,” He winked at me when Landon started freaking out. I stifled a giggle into Brendon’s shoulder and I felt his lips press onto the top of my head.
“Everybody in? Good,” Tristan called from the front not bothering to wait for our replies. “Cause I’m not waiting any longer. Let’s go!”
*----Brendon----*
“Where are we going?” Izzy was still leaning into my side, her head buried in my chest. In return, my arms were wrapped around her shoulder and my head nuzzling her neck; our legs and arms were intertwined.
“Some place magical…” I joked and let out an airy chuckle. She giggled and tried to squirm away from me claiming it tickled.
“Get a room!”
We both turned our heads to glare at him, “You know,” Izzy sighed. “This seems a lot like what you use to do to us during high school.”
“Just goes to prove that nothing’s changed between all of us,” Landon grinned cheekily and even I couldn’t fight with that statement. It was true. All of us were meant to be together, as friends, as lovers, as family.
“Wait,” Sophie, Jon’s contest winner, held her hand up and then pointed at the rest of us. “So you all know each other?”
“Uh, yeah,” Jon scratched the back of his neck.
“Wow,” She sucked in a breath. “Well, that kind of makes me the odd ball.”
“Nah,” Jon laughed and threw an arm around her shoulder. I watched a blush spread across her face. “You don’t need to worry about that. I’ll keep you company.”
“Damn right you will,” Tristan cut in. I had almost forgotten she was there. “It is what you are here for.”
“She has a bit of a temper,” Jon whispered softly to her. Sophie laughed and I saw Jon’s face light up at the sound.
“I think he has a crush.”
“I was thinking the exact same thing,” I responded to Izzy. “I think she likes him too.”
“No duh,” Izzy rolled her eyes. “She did enter this contest to spend a whole day with him.”
“Right,” I dragged out the ‘I’. “I’m smart.”
“You are,” Izzy flicked my nose gentle with her finger and I scrunched my face up. The car came to a halt and Izzy squealed as she went sliding off the seat. I quickly wrapped my arms around her torso and pulled her into my lap.
“This is why I told you to put your seat belt on,” I chastised her gently.
“Seat belts are uncomfortable!”
“Yeah, but they save your life,” I told her seriously. “Please promise me you’ll wear them for now on.”
“Fine,” Izzy huffed and I smirked triumphantly. The door to the van was pulled open to show Tristan’s smiling face.
“Now, Ladies and gentlemen I give you our first stop…” She paused for dramatic affect. “The home of Panic! At The Disco. Well… their home on tour anyway.” I watched Izzy’s eyes widen at the sight of our tour bus.
“That’s huge,” She remarked and I nodded.
“It would seem like it is,” I sighed. “But once you’re on it for a while… it literally shrinks,” She laughed at this and I pulled her into my side. “C’mon, I’ll give you the tour.”
“Excuse me, Brendon. We’re supposed to stay together for the next couple of stops until the last two,” Tristan interrupted and I glared at her. “Don’t give me that look. You know the rules.”
“You are out to destroy my life,” I groaned. “You’re like my mother!”
“What a nightmare that would be,” She scoffed. “You as my son? I’ll have to ask your mother how she did it,” I rolled my eyes and we followed her to the bus. “Talking about her, tell her we should do lunch sometime next week.”
“Who is she again,” Izzy whispered softly to me.
“Our personal assistant,” I said in a dry tone. “At first she was all nice and cute but then after a while she just…” I shook my head. “I wouldn’t be surprised if she was hiding horns and a tail.”
“I heard that Brendon!”
I flinched and cursed quietly, “You were meant to!”
“You two need to stop bickering, you’re worse than me and Spencer,” Ryan laughed.
“Fuck you,” Tristan and I said together and we turned to glare at each other.
“God you guys even do the same things!” Spencer chuckled.
“No we don’t!” We both yelled.
“Would you-“
“Just stop-“
“What’s wrong with you-“
“Knock it off-“
“Fuck-“
We both kept our mouths shut after that. Everyone was laughing their heads off and Izzy had to lean against me to prevent her from falling to the floor from the force of her laughter.
“Damn, you guys really are alike,” Landon said after his fit of giggles was over.
“We’re only alike when we’re angry,” I said.
“True,” Tristan agreed and clapped her hands together. “Anyway, let’s continue…”
*----Izzy----*
“How do you even sleep in that?”
“It’s a lot comfier than you’d think,” He shrugged and I stared in amazement at the small tiny space that was his bed.
“Can you even fit in there?”
“Barely,” Brendon chuckled. “But we don’t even notice after shows. It’s actually not that bad.”
“Yeah, sure,” I snorted and then we followed Tristan off the bus and got back in the van. “So where are we going now?
“Well, since it’s a day with Panic we’re going to do some of our favorite things,” He started. “We’re starting with Spencer.”
“So that means we’re going to…”
“Knott’s Berry Farm.”

Lately it seems like
Everybody’s sick, everybody’s tired
Build myself a wall of unhappy hearts
And only my heart knows my head is lying, lying
Oh glory
I think I see you round the bend
And I think I’d try any
Pose and get there in the end
