{Rowan's POV}
My mother walked towards the stairs as Sabrina and I were blushing like crazy.

"Oh shit... Act natural" Sabrina whispered. I couldn't stop blushing. It wasn't normal for me to be like this, my mom would know somethings up. The footsteps got louder and louder by the second. And thats when I made it worse.

"Heeeeyyyyy, Mom! How ya doin'" I asked awkwardly. Sabrina elbowed me, but not too hard.

"Do you girls want to go Caroling? You don't have to but the rest of us are." My mother said, luckily not questioning my odd action.

"Yea, Lov-" Carmen started. I stopped her by practically tackling her and covering her mouth.

"Of course we'll go, Mrs. Blanchard" Sabrina responded. Then my mother walked away.

"Don't say a fucking thing about what you saw, Carmen..." I growled. Carmen just smirked.

"Row, it's ok" Sabrina whispered in my ear. Her voice, I couldn't say no to her.

"Fine... Now scram, Carmen! We'll be out in two" I said, slightly annoyed. Carmen smirked and walked away.

"Seriously, chill babe" Sabrina said, oddly calming me down.

"I know... Sorry..." I responded. She then gave me a peck on the lips. I thought it'd be longer.

"Carpenter, you fucking tease" I giggled as Sabrina smirked.

"Yea, yea. But I know that deep down... You love it" She said still smirking.  I began blushing and gently hit her.

"L-lets just go"
