NO POV:

The airship lands at Beacon Academy and all the students pour out of the door. Jaune finds a trashcan and vomits. Yuito pats him on the back.

Yuito: You okay Bud?

Jaune gives a thumbs up. Ruby and Yang walk out, followed by Eunie, Pyra, Lanz, and Karen. We all look at the massive school in amazement.

Lanz: Holy.

Eunie: That's.

Yuito: Beacon.

We look at Yang and Ruby to see the latter be amazed at all the students' weapons.

Ruby: Oh, oh, Sis! That kid's got a collapsable staff, and she's got a fire sword!

Yang: Easy there little sister, they're just weapons.

Ruby: Just weapons?!?! They're an extension of ourselves, they're a part of us! Oh, they're so cool!

Yang: Why can't you spoon over your own weapon? Aren't you happy with it?

Ruby: Of course I'm happy with Crescent Rose. I just really like seeing new ones. It's like meeting new people... but better.

Yang: Ruby, come on. Why don't you try and make some friends of your own?

Ruby: but, why would I need friends when I have you?

Then a bunch of people surrounds Yang.

Yang: Well, actually my friends are here now. Got to go catch up, kay? C'ya, bye!

The sudden speed causes Ruby to spin and get dizzy. I was surprised by what just happened.

Yuito(Thought): Yang didn't do that in our world.

Pyra: (Whisper) How could she leave her own sister?

Yuito uses his Psychokinesis to throw a bunch of rocks a Yang and her friends and causes them to fall down.

Ruby: Wait, where are you going? Aren't we supposed to go to our dorms? Where are our dorms? Do we have dorms? I don't know what I'm doing.

Yuito runs up to Ruby and catches her before she falls into a luggage cart.

Yuito: Woah there! You okay?

Ruby: A little. Thanks for that.

Yuito: No problem. Just lending a hand.

Lanz appears and opens the luggage to find many vials of Dust.

Lanz: Who the hell needs this much Dust? They trying to overcompensate for something?

???: What're you doing?!

Lanz gets startled and drops the Dust case. We see a white-haired girl that we know but has a different personality.

Yuito(Thoughts): Weiss?

Ruby: Ah, he-he's sorry!

Weiss: Sorry?!?! Do you have any idea of the damage he could have caused?!?!

Ruby: Uh...

Weiss: For your information mister, this Dust is mined and purified from the Schnee quarry! And I am not overcompensating for anything!

Lanz: Your attitude says otherwise.

Weiss: Argh! All of this is necessary for weapons! And it's very dangerous! (She grabs a red vial and begins shaking it) Fire, Water, Lightning, Energy!

Lanz: I... know that... (Lanz begins coughing from the dust going all over)

Ruby: ahh, ahh... (Ruby begins coughing from the dust as well)

Weiss: Are any of you even listening to me?!?! (Shakes the bottle more) Is any of this sinking in?!?! What do you have to say for yourself?!?!

Ruby and Lanz sneeze and cause an explosion to consume all four of them and the smoke cleared up.

Weiss: Unbelievable! This is exactly the kind of thing I was talking about!

Lanz: Sorry! Sorry!

Ruby: I'm really, really sorry!

Weiss: You complete Dolts! (Turns to Ruby) What are YOU even doing here?!?! Aren't you a little young to be attending Beacon?

Ruby: Well. I...

Weiss: This isn't your ordinary combat school. It's not just sparing and practice you know. We're here to fight monsters so, watch where you're going!

Yuito(Thoughts): Is this girl really Weiss? She is spoiled and arrogant.

Karen then appears.

Karen: They said they were sorry princess. Even though they have no reason to. Especially since you're the daughter of a coward and a criminal.

Weiss: What did you say?!?!

Karen: Besides, you still have all that money built on your father's shamelessness, just go beg him to buy you more.

Weiss: You take that back or I'll...

Karen: Or you'll what Ice Queen? Sue me?

Weiss tries to smack Karen but his durability causes Weiss to hurt her hand instead.

Weiss: AAHHH! (Holds her hand in pain)

???: HAHAHA! You told her.

We all look to the black-haired girl with the secret she has yet to reveal.

Yuito(Thoughts): Blake.

Blake: (Holding up a vial of Dust) Need this Ice Queen?

Weiss: AAARRRRGGGGHHH!

Weiss snatched the Dust vial and walks away with her servants carrying the rest of her luggage.

Yuito: Hey Bla... Aaaaannnnnd she's gone.

Ruby looks around wondering where Blake went.

Lanz: Nice to meet ya Red. (Extends his hand to her) What's your name?

Ruby: Oh... It's Ruby Rose. (Shakes Lanz's hand) Nice to meet you...

Lanz: Lanz. Lanz Karman. These guys are the greatest people you could ever meet.

Yuito: Yuito Sumeragi. Nice to meet you, Ruby.

Pyra: Hi, I'm Pyra Sumeragi. I'm Yuito's older sister, but he's usually the mature one.

Ruby: It's important to look after family.

Eunie: Nice to meet you as well. I'm Eunie Omega.

We all look to Karen who still has his poker face.

Karen: Nagi Treavors.

Ruby: Oh well, nice to meet you.

Karen: Likewise.

Ruby: I already made friends. This is awesome.

Ruby trips and falls back.

We hear someone approaching and see it's Jaune.

Ruby sits up and grabs his hand.

Ruby gets up and laughs at when she first saw him.

Ruby: (Snickers) Aren't you the guy that threw up on the ship?

Azurda: (Whisper) Is that really what she wants to bring up?

Yuito: Apparently.

The seven of us are walking and trying to find the auditorium.

Jaune: All I'm saying is that motion sickness is a much more common problem than most people let on.

Ruby: Look, I'm sorry but Vomit Boy was the first thing that came to mind.

Jaune: Oh yeah? Well, what if I called you Crater Face?

Yuito, Pyra, Eunie, and Lanz laugh.

Lanz: HAHAHAHAHA! That's a good one.

Karen: It'd only seem fair.

Ruby: Hey, that explosion was an accident. And you caused it as well Lanz.

Lanz: Hey, I'm not the one that calls people names before I learn theirs.

Jaune: We'll the name's Jaune Arc. Sort, sweet, rolls off the tongue. Ladies love it.

Ruby: Do they?

Jaune: They will. Well, I... I hope they will.

Karen: Just try not to rush it and your chances might improve.

Jaune: Right. I will keep that forever in mind.

Ruby thinks for a minute about what else to talk about.

Ruby: So, I got this thing.

Ruby pulls out Crescent Rose and transforms it into its scythe mode.

Jaune: Woah! Is that a Scythe?!?!

Ruby: It's also a customizable, high-impact sniper rifle.

Jaune: Ah what?

Lanz: Can you translate that?

Ruby cocks the gun part of the weapon.

Ruby: It's also a gun.

Jaune/Lanz: Oh.

Jaune: That's cool.

Ruby: So what do you've got?

Jaune: Oh, uh. (Pulls out Crocea Mors) I've got this sword.

Ruby: Oooooh.

Jaune: Yeah, I've got a shield too.

Ruby: So, what do they do?

Ruby touches the shield and causes it to retract and slip out of Jaune's arm.

Jaune: It gets smaller. So that when I get tired of carrying it, I can just put it away. Not that the weight of it changes.

Yuito: Well, all I've got is this (Pulls out Nexus Rose).

Eunie: Mine is this gun rod (Pulls out her Gunrod).

Lanz: My sword is just a bigger version of your shield (pulls out his sword).

Pyra: My Blade doesn't transform.

Karen: My gloves are just concealed gauntlets.

Ruby: Well. I'm kind of a dork when it comes to weapons. I guess I did go a little overboard in designing it.

Jaune: Wait, you made that?

Ruby: Of course. All students at Signal forge their own weapons. Did you make yours?

Jaune: It's a hand-me-down. My great-great-grandfather used it to fight in the war.

Ruby: Sounds more like a family heirloom to me.

Karen smacks her on the head.

Ruby: OW!

Karen: It's still practical. And let me tell you, you've got to be careful with bullets otherwise you'll end up taking someone else's life.

Ruby: Uh, I-I see your point.

Jaune: I'm to prove that I can be a hero like my grandfather was.

Yuito: Just be careful. Sometimes you can be consumed by legacy and lose your way.

Jaune: Got it.

The seven of us continue walking.

Ruby: So why'd you help me back there in the courtyard?

Jaune: Why not? My mom always says "Strangers are just friends you haven't met yet".

Ruby: Hmmm. Hey, where are we going?

Jaune: Oh, I don't know. I was following you.

Later again

The seven of them reach the auditorium where everyone has gathered.

Yang: Ruby, over here. I saved you a spot.

Ruby: Oh, hey. I've got to go. I'll see you all after the ceremony.

Yuito: Okay, see ya.

Jaune: See ya.

They all stand and see the headmaster of Beacon Academy take the stage.

Yuito(thoughts): Ozpin. Or should I say, Ozma

Ozpin (Speaker): I'll keep this brief. You have traveled here today in search of knowledge. To hone your craft and acquire new skills. And when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your lives to the protection of the people. But I look amongst you, and all I see is wasted energy. In need of purpose, direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this. But your time at this school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step.

Ozpin then moves and Glynda takes the stand. You will gather in the ballroom tonight. Tomorrow your initiation begins. Be ready. You are dismissed.

Yuito POV:

At night, everyone gathers in the ballroom and is laying on sleeping bags. I lay on my sleeping bag thinking about what the Brother of Light said about this Remnant.

Yuito (Thoughts): There are similarities, but this world is not identical.

Eunie and everyone else lay down on their sleeping bags and we Brain Talk.

Brain Talk

Pyra: I still feel bad for stealing these pajamas.

Lanz: Well we had to have something, we couldn't just sleep in our regular clothes. Even though I don't see a problem with that.

Eunie: People would just get suspicious of us if we only had one set of clothes.

Karen: Besides, we got to become hunters if we are to help this world fight Salem and the Chimeras.

Pyra: I guess. Wait, what about Azurda?

Yuito: He's hiding in my locker. I put a little bit of soundproofing in there so no one can hear him.

Pyra: Okay.

Karen: Tomorrow begins the Initiation. I used the scrolls to look up the world's geography and while the continent for New Himuka doesn't exist, the layout of Saunus is very similar to the one we knew.

Yuito: So first thing in the morning, we plan how to join each other. Hopefully, Ozpin will allow us to work as a five-person team.

Karen: We are currently the only ones that know about what has happened. It'll be better if we all band together.

Eunie: What about Teams JNPR and RWBY, shouldn't we at least tell them?

Yuito: Not yet. Jaune maybe, but everyone else should remain in the dark for now. Maybe we can tell them before the Vytal Festival.

Lanz: I guess.

Yuito: We better go to sleep. Night guys.

Lanz, Pyra, Eunie: Night.

Karen: Get some rest.

I look at Team RWBY and see them having a rather interesting conversation.

Yuito(Thoughts): I'll save you guys this time. I promise.
