Logan woke up the next morning feeling well rested and his heart fluttered in his chest. He had a dream where he and Deceit were together, and it made him uncharacteristically happy. The nerd smiled a bit when he saw Deceit curled up at the end of the bed. He grabbed a small fleece blanket and wrapped it around the sleeping boy.

"Sleep well," Logan murmured and kissed the snek's head before going to take a shower. 

He spent a long while in there, coming out refreshed and ready to start the day. He had a meeting with Dr. Picani to set up appointments for Deceit, then he had to baby sit Remus while Virgil and the others let Thomas know what was going on. 

Walking out of the bathroom, Logan spotted Deceit puking into a bag he must've summoned in a hurry. The nerd quickly ran over to him and rubbed the other's back gently to comfort him.

"What happened..?" Logan asked softly after Deceit was finished. The snake was leaning against him tiredly with tears in his eyes.

"I-I don't know.. I-I woke up a-and felt nauseous.." Deceit replied just above a whisper. He weakly clung onto Logan as the nerd snapped away the puke bag. "S-something feels really off.."

"Can you elaborate on that..?" Logan asked, doing his best to comfort the snek. If Remy hurt him in a way that Logan couldn't physically see, he was going to murder the subtrait in cold blood. Remus could hide the body.

"I-I don't know, honest.. I-I just h-have this off feeling.." Deceit mumbled, the nauseous feeling coming back.

"Should I take you to the mind Palace hospital to get you checked out..?" Logan rubbed Deceits back soothingly. Deceit hesitated before nodding, knowing he should get checked out by a professional.

Logan helped Deceit stand up before the two sank out to the mind Palace hospital.
