I wanted to point out that I do not own any characters aside from a select few that may appear in this book [Self Doubt, Rage, Depression, Insecurity and Illusion] while others are just random characters from other books I've written (more than likely from Thoughts are LOUDER in Silence). Thomas Sanders owns the Sanders Sides, Cartoon Therapy, and the Shorts characters.

Now that we got that out of the way, onto the trigger warnings because I cannot for the life of me remember to put them in chapters. (Trust me, I tried and failed.)
