"You having fun?" Chad slowly pulled her towards him, arms wrapping around her waist as his head was titled down glancing at her, she glanced upwards with her arms that were just wrapped around his neck, a smile plastered on her lips.
"So much fun with you here. . ." She had grinned in excitement, a part of her sometimes wondered what he could possibly look like, but she pushed those thoughts behind, "But, some people are mean." She commented.
It was sometimes why she despised parties, specifically parties involving kids around her age. The usual parties on her moms side aren't even bad since they already know her disability and aren't even degrading her.
He sighed and nodded his head, "Yeah. . . they are, but you don't have to worry about them with me here." He had gently reassured her, his eyes glanced down at her lips.
She instantly felt her cheeks blushing, and along felt his thumbs tracing around her cheek bones until she felt his thumb tracing onto her bottom lip, and she liked the sensation and felt immediate butterflies, especially at what he had asked her, "I — Can I kiss you?"
With no hesitation, "Yes. . . I mean, yeah."
Her cheeks tinted a brighter pink.
He had lightly chuckled at her quickly she responded, but had felt quite the relief that she said yes, "Have you been wanting to kiss me?" He twirled a piece of her black hair between his fingers.
Though, he's also been wanting to kiss her. He's been constantly ditching his friends to just hang around with her. And, he quite liked her company over anyone else's in his friend group, Citlali always made him feel comfortable, and never made him feel any less.
Citlali had licked her lips, a soft smile was quickly displaying on her lips, speaking gently to him, "Everyday since we began to hang out." She bluntly retorted.
He also was the very first guy to ever even look her way, and had never once humiliated her for her disability. She'll never forget Senior year when some dude asked her out for their prom, and immediately once they arrived had locked her in the bathroom with the lights off, and leaving her to bang the door, hysterically calling her mom and Anika.
That was her first ever heartbreak, but she had known deep down that the guy she is with isn't like that previous one, he's so sweet and really understanding.
Chad grinned down, "So have I. . . God, you're so fucking beautiful. . ." He caressed her cheek gently leaning his face lower, his lips had lightly brushed against hers, "So beautiful." He murmured once again.
She had smiled despite feeling his soft and warm lips brushing against her. A part of her really wonders what she looks like. Is she even beautiful?
Though, before Chad can kiss her, he felt dribbles of alcohol land on him, and had heard Citlali gasp when she felt a cold sensation and girls laughing.
He immediately turned his attention at the laughing girls, "Yo! What the fuck!?" His voice was laced with aggressiveness, and protectively stood in front of Citlali.
The girl who dumped it, snickering had placed her hand onto her chest, "She should've watched where she was walking earlier, but the bitch can't even see. Take your girlfriend else where. . . perhaps, a party with those who have no eyesight?" A sarcastic smile appeared on her lips.
Chad clenched his jaw, harshly speaking to the girl, "She can can be wherever the fuck she wants to be at. . . Pretty fucking sad that you're discriminating her at your big age!" He pointed at the girl who was getting embarrassed, "Get the fuck out of my face, and don't you ever be approaching her, or us again." He felt Citlali giving his hand a gentle squeeze.
The girls left in embarrassment.
A moment of silence between the two, as their supposed kiss between them was ruined by this unknown girl and friends who were just laughing at her.
"You didn't have to do that, Chad. She's probably right. . . I don't fit in here." She sadly mumbled out.
He immediately pulled her into a hug, speaking to her, "None of that, Citlali. She doesn't own this place, you deserve to enjoy night outs too without having people like them ruining it." He reminded the girl.
Citlali gently sighed, a soft smile lingering onto her lips, "My night isn't ruined because you're here with me." She complimented the boy.
A genuine smile appeared on his lips, "I'm glad that I made your night, Citlali. What time do you have to be home by?" He didn't want her to get home so late, and if she has to leave soon than he can take her home.
"I should probably head out quite soon actually, as I do have work tomorrow. . ." She tiredly revealed, "Work is so exhausting, and customers are so whiny." She groaned out in pure frustration, "Someone spilled their coffee and accused of me doing it for free coffee, but my boss looked at the cameras, and seen that it was the person who spilled and broken the mug. Ugh, and I also smell like fucking cheap alcohol." She rambled in frustration.
She wasn't in the mood to shower, again. Considering she showered before getting to the party.
Chad remained admiring her features, the way her nose was crinkling and listening into her rambling, "Your job is hiring, I might as well apply so you aren't alone and dealing with these rude ass customers." He had caressed her arms.
She had shook her own head, "As much as I would really love that, you working with me. I want you to focus on your studies. Plus I have a really sweet boss." The countless of times that the older woman has defended her against the customers and some of her coworkers.
Chad had dramatically sighed speaking to her, "Next time. . . and, maybe next time no one will interrupt us from our kiss." He lowly said to her before continuing, "You wanna head out now?" He had casually intertwined their hands together.
Or, perhaps he'll get to kiss her.
Citlali had smiled at his response, "Yeah we can head out now, I just have to tell Anika, so she doesn't look around for me." She retorted.
"I'll tell my sister that I'm leaving, and chances are she's with your friend since they are dating." It had then clicked, Mindy is his sister, the girl who's dating her friend.
"Mindy?"
"Yup."
Though, their walking had ultimately came into a pause when she felt a breeze in front of her, and Chad pausing.
A familiar voice, Anika, "Hey big guy, you're needed." Her friends voice sounded concerned over something, "What's going on?" Citlali had furrowed her eyebrows.
Chad had gently tugged her with him, speaking calmly to her, "A friend of ours is in trouble, come on and then afterwards I can take you home." He had reassured her.
Anika who walked beside her, slightly sniffling, "Why does your dress smell like cheap alcohol?" She was confused before a smile had then crept up on her face, "Did you guys kiss?" Teasing her friend.
Citlali felt herself blush, "No." she had whispered back to her friend, as she just felt Chad not harshly tugging her around, but was gently keeping her close by him, he didn't want to get her in the midst of the crowd.

"I'll be right back," He had released the grip that he had onto Citlali before he pressed a gentle kiss onto her forehead, "It'll be quick, I promise." He reassured her.
"Be safe. . ." She mumbled out, all while she was left clinging onto her friends side and had gently spoken to her, she was just so confused on what was happening, "What's happening?" Though, her question hadn't even seen to be answered by her friend as she had ultimately heard a familiar voice.
"Hey, partner. Tara's good down here." She heard the hostile that was simply laced in his voice, a part of her felt like she knew what was happening, but not really.
An unknown males voice was just heard responding in pure sarcasm to simply rile up Chad, "I'm sorry, I didn't catch that." He had retorted.
A bitter chuckle escaped Chads lips, that instantly given Citlali butterflies, "Yeah, you did." He sarcastically retorted.
Anika had seen how her friend was reacting, and couldn't help, but lightly chuckle, "Are you finding his protectiveness attractive?" She had raised her eyebrow at her friend who was just moving around.
Citlali scoffed, "No. . . maybe."
"That's definitely a yes." Anika sweetly responded with, that it wasn't until the sound of two males aggressively yelling, a familiar voice and an unknown voice was just heard, along with the sound of the two males also shoving each other was ultimately heard that captured their attention, but leaving Citlali confused.
"What's happening, Ani!? Who's shoving each other?" She was so confused, she can only see dark figures, but couldn't make out who they were, a part of her hopes it's not Chad in the fight.
Anika stumbled with her words, "Um — No one that important, it's fine. . ." She attempted to reassure her, "Everything is fine." She had quietly told herself.
"Okay. . ." Citlali had answered, she wasn't really buying the lie. Perhaps, she can ask Chad when he comes back.
Yawning in exhaustion, it was then that she heard an unfamiliar girls voice who spoken in quite venom, "Sorry, to interrupt, but I'm just going to tase you in the balls real quick." Citlali had to refrain herself from even laughing, at the girls bluntness.
The sound of crackling noice was ultimately heard alongside with a persons body dropping onto the ground was heard, a male speaking in ultimate pain from the taser, and speaking to the unknown girl, "Fuck you, bitch!" He had sneered.
Citlali sadly mumbled to herself, "Wish I could've seen that." The sentence didn't go unnoticed by her friend who pulled her into a hug.
A familiar males voice spoken to her, that instantly made her get a bit distracted by the argument that was between the two girls, as she had gently felt Chad pulling her into a hug, "You okay, Citali?" Chad whispered had out to her.
Citlali nodded her head, "Yeah. Who are those girls yelling?" The unfamiliar voices of the girls were driving her insane.
Chad sighed, "Those two are our friends. Samantha Carpenter and Tara Carpenter, the two haven't really gotten along that well since the incident back home." He had gently told his girlfriend.
Citlali nodded her head, "Oh."
She's heard all about the sisters, and how their arguments sometimes is too much, and a bit childish at times.
Anika had spoken catching both of their attention, "Come on, we're leaving. It seems another argument is going to brew." She tiredly mumbled out.
Chad intertwined his hand with Citlali's, sighing in exhaustion, "Come on, pretty girl. And, I think that I also have extra clothes for you to wear before dropping you off home." He pressed a soft kiss on the side of her heads, and all three leaving the party and following the rest.

𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞, hope you
liked this chapter. I felt
like it goes slow.
But, Citlali isn't really
part of the friend group, so
most scenes will go a bit not
canon.
Citlali having a tiny interaction
with Sam. . . soon?
Again, she's blind so going into
Sam and Tara's apartment, she isn't
familiar with the place unlike she is
familiar with her homes/work spacing.
