chapter eighteen: CHECK
*in Error's dream*
Error pov:
I open my eyes to find that I was surrounded by darkness, it reminded me of the Anti-void. . .
I look around some more (even tho there was nothing to look at...) before deciding to stand up and wonder around a bit. I do this for what felt like 20 minutes, and now I had gotten bored. 'Ugh. how the heck did I end up here?--'
My thoughts were cut off by a faint scream, and reacting like any normal monster would, I quickly run towards the crys.
As soon as I get there, I slide down on my knees as I get closer towards them. They were also on the ground, but they were crying. They were about the size of the average frisk or chara, but the only color that they had was a bright shade of white, even their hair, skin and sweater was the same. 'Why are there no stripes. . .?'
"Hey, hey. . . shhhh . . . calm down, your going to be ok, it's all going to be ok. . . " I don't bother to use my scary and glitched up voice because it might scare them. With a shaky hand I successfully wipe away some tears. "Why are you crying?" I ask in a hushed and calming voice.
The child looks up at me, "*hic* b-b-because. . . *sniff* b-because he k-killed them all. . . h-he k-k-killed all of m-my friends. . .*sniff* the destroyer. . ." I stare in shock. 'How am I supposed to respond to that?'
"O-oh. . ." was all I could muster up. "I'm... I'm sorry about that. . ."
The child looks up at me and starts to cry even harder. "W-why c-c-c-couldn't they have been spared?! W-what did I-i do to d-d-deserve this?!"
I had to say something. "You didn't do anything to deserve this, y-you. . . I . . ." I was speechless. I literally couldn't think of anything to say.
Suddenly the child stands up and backs away, leaving me before I could think up a quick sweet-nothing. "T-this . . . THIS WAS ALL YOUR FAULT!!" they screamed.
'T-they know who I am. . .' I look away from their rage.
"YOU KILLED THEM!!" they yell. I continue to just stare at the ground, which seemed to make them angrier.
"ARE YOU GOING TO KILL ME NOW? ARE YOU GOING TO LAUGH AS I STRUGGLE TO DEATH JUST LIKE YOU DID TO MY FRIENDS? ARE YOU-"
"I'm. . . I didn't. . .I'm sorry. . ." I mumble, looking up to see that the child was giving me the most confused look. Suddenly the ground seemed to shatter, and the child faded away as I fell, and fell . . . and fell. . .
I'm in a forest. 'Ok, that was weird. What's going on?' I sit up and realize that this wasn't the Snowdin forest, there was no snow. Snowdin should always have snow, and if it didn't then what was the point of naming it Snowdin?
I stand up, only to be met with a voice I recognized:
"ERROR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
And this:
-----------------------------------
*other places/Medical tale hospital: room 206.*
Doc's Pov:
I open the door, and......................................frick logic.
I slowly close the door and walk away, only to be met with an angry Classic who had teleported in front of me. "Now where do you think your going?"
"Room 206." I say.
"Mind if I walk ya there?" he nods toward the room that I had just left without even bothering to walk all the way in.
"No, I'm good thanks." I continue walking.
"To bad." and then I was teleported back to the exact room I didn't what to be in.
When I had first entered the room the only thing I had saw was that Error was in there, but now that I'm actually (forcefully) looking around, I realize that he was just sleeping. It was odd how peaceful the god of destruction could look like while asleep.
Classic locks the door before turning to me. "We need help, uhhh . . . here. I'll show you." he walks over and leans down besides the hospital bed, lightly picking Error up, and then starts walking back over to me. "You ok with carrying him?"
"Uhhh is it necessary?"
"Yes"
"Fine." I take Error out of Classic's arms.
I drop him.
*thump*
"Dude. that wasn't nice." Classic says with a frown.
". . . why the heck, does it feel like this skeleton was starved!?" I yell. Classic face palms. Sci gives me a sad look.
"Well, that's why we needed your help. We wanted to know if you could do something, anything. Maybe even figure out a way to wake him up . ." Sci says with hope in his eyes.
"I just. . ." I sigh and look at the sleeping skeleton at my feet. Crouching down, I quietly check Error's pulse. It was slow and hesitant, and it went along perfectly with Error's noticeably shaky breath. I look back up at Sci. "have you CHECKED him yet?"
Classic face palms again.
Sci walks over and crouches down besides me. "No, we haven't. . . I feel really stupid now. Do you want to do the honors?" Sci rolls Error over so that he was laying on his back. Classic walks over to join us.
"Go ahead Doc, I don't care." he crouches down besides Sci, eyeing the tear marks on Error cheeks. "Maybe we'll find out about those. . . tear marks. . ." he frowns.
"I'll do what I can. But I'm chaining him to the bed just incase he suddenly wakes up, ok?" I say as I pick up the sleeping destroyer, and place him on the hospital bed.
Sci looks over to classic. "Do you still have those handcuffs?"
"Yyyyyep" Classic says as he pulls out a pair of magic resistant handcuffs. He hands them to me and I quickly handcuff Error's foot to the bed.
"Do you have any more?"
"yyyyyyyyyyyep" He hands me a second pair, and I handcuff Error's hands together.
"Ok, ready?"I say once I had finished. Sci pulls out his phone and gets the camera ready and Classic goes to stand on the other side of the bed.
"Ready." they both say.
I push the [ CHECK ] box.
*ERROR*

*destroys AUs*
Sci took a lot pictures, like I mean A LOT of pictures, I swear his phone was flashing like the police were after a long wanted villain. (I'm talking sarcastically.) But Classic, however, had a blank look on his face.
"H-he's somehow blocking his information. . ." I mumble as I try to get Classic to snap out of it.
Sci stops taking pictures. "The multiverse paper. . . we should put this on the multiverse paper, to spread the word. This is really big."
"Why would he be blocking his information?" Classic whispers under his breath, ignoring Sci.
Sci gives Classic a puzzled look, but at the same time he looked very deep in thought. (Sci doesn't really care if Classic ignores him. lol) "Hmm. . . yea there's gotta be a reason, the only info that was available was the fact that Error destroys AUs, but we already know that. It's like-"
"It's like I'm totally not awake right now."
(A/N:
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh snap.)
