I'm at my school.

Laugh as much as you want to, but that's the truth. It's hell for me right now.

That was sarcastic.

Last night's events were playing again and again in my mind. I was too shocked- and nervous- and scared but mostly shocked- and I was sweating. Bad.

I woke up to find myself squeezed in two burly arms (just do not tell Natsu about it) and reeking of sweat and alcohol. It was both comfortable and uncomfortable at the same time. I tried to pry his arms off of me and I failed.

Let's add a truth: Virgo saw us cuddling.

She tucked her lips in her mouth and tried her best to not squeal. When I glared at her, she cleared her throat and put on her infamous poker face.

"School will start in 30 minutes princess, and I prepared breakfast for both of you. I'll be taking my leave now." She said before turning around and bumping into the wall, squealing silently.

"At least help me get out of this Virgo! Don't just leave me like that!" I whisper-yelled.

"You're on your own princess. It seems like you both love to cuddle each other. Don't forget to go to school princess." She smiled evilly and left. I face-pillowed myself and tried to wake the demon up.

"Psst. Natsu. Wake up. School is about to start." I poked him.

No answer.

"Natsu!" I whined in his ear. He mumbled something incoherent and started snoring again.

"That's it." I moved a little forward and screamed his name in his ear.

"What the- what? Luce? Where? When? Oh." He bolted up and shakes his head asking questions. When he realized it was me when I smiled sheepishly, he snarled at me.

"Way to burst my eardrums, Lucy. You know I have good hearing and now I'm impaired." He put a finger in his ear.

"No, you're not. School starts in 20 minutes and we have to go!" I said.

He grunted and pulled me closer to him. I squealed and pushed him away from me.

"We'll skip." He mumbled.

"We're not skipping today." I slapped his arm. He sighed and rubbed where I slapped him.

"Okay." He sat up straight. After yawning and stretching at the same time, he scratched his head, mumbled something incoherent and looked at me while I rummaged my closet to find him something decent to wear.

You'd be wondering how I have gents' clothes, right?

He stays here. A lot. That's how.

"Here. Go and shower in the guest room, and hurry up or we'll be late." I chucked his white turtleneck t-shirt and ripped jeans at him and ran to my bathroom. I showered as quickly as I could and changed into a red plaid skirt and an off shoulder white top after brushing my teeth. I let my hair loose to let them dry and took some spearmint chewing gum from the top shelf. When I exited from the bathroom, I found Natsu snoring on my bed, all showered and dressed.

"Natsu, now's not the time to sleep. Hurry up!" I threw a pillow at him and wore my sandals. I turned around to check if he's awake and found him scrolling through his phone. Realization struck me when I tried to find my car keys.

"Natsu?" I called him.

"Hm?" He hummed.

"How did you get here last night?" I inquired. He shrugged.

"Drove here." I gasped.

"You drove here, drunk, at about 2 in the morning?!"

He nodded and continued typing. I face-palmed.

"What am I going to do with you? Oh stop giving me that look and let's go!" I grabbed his arm and dragged him out of my room. I picked my bag and turned around to find him jumping out of my window.

"You know there's a door-

But it was too late. He'd already jumped. Knowing he'd be fine, I exited my apartment and locked the front door. I jumped inside his car to find him looking at me with a poker face.

"What?" I asked him, annoyed.

"I don't have my bag with me." I groaned and rubbed both of my hands on my face.

"Just drive will you? I'll give you an extra notebook to take your notes and share my books okay?" He huffed and started driving.

When we were 10 minutes away from school (I yelled at him because he took the long route and wanted to skip while dragging me along with him in his car) his phone rang. He expertly took it out of his pocket. "Yeah?" He continued to listen. "Just pick it and bring it already or that bitch will pull my head off of my neck." He yelled and threw it on the backseat. I heard someone yelling on the other side and then whoever the person was gave up and ended the call.

"Y'know you shouldn't talk on call while you're driving." I spoke. He just shrugged and continued driving. I really wish I could pull his hair. 

What can I do? He's pissing me off!

"Almost there...yes! See ya!" When he stopped the car, I jumped off and dashed to my first class...which is unfortunately the most hated class of all.

Chemistry.

Now where's Natsu? I think I should've listened to him about skipping. 

I kicked opened the door of my classroom and put my hands on my knees panting. I could feel the stares of everyone on me but I still lay down on my back and pant while putting my index finger up, signalling to wait a minute. When I sat up, Natsu came panting and said, "You run too fast Luce."

And what? Detention follows us.

Thankfully he let us sit in class. 

"-being the 45th element in Mendeleev's periodic table, th- CANA ALBERONA, OUT OF THE CLASS NOW!"

Cana's head shot up and I heard a snap in her neck.

That'd hurt pretty bad.

She hissed and glared at Mr. Justine. 

"Oh, and detention, along with you, Dragneel and Blond locks!"

Great. Just great. 

He had to remind me, didn't he?

When it was lunch break, I walked to our group's spot, trying to find someone who could calm me down. I was a mess. A bad one at that.

Detention does that to you.

Oh, and your friends and teachers too.

Others too.

No, I'm not done yet.

When I spotted no one, I huffed and sat under a tree. I heard the leaves rustling and- thump!

Natsu fell, head first.

"And that ladies and gentlemen, is how you make a grand entrance. Well done Natsu." I said sarcastically.

"You could've asked if it hurt." He retorted after hissing.

"I know it'd hurt you dumbass, and what were you doing up there in the first place? Playing hide and seek?" I stood up and helped him.

"I was trying to scare you- ow ow ow! Take it eas- ow! Back off! It hurts!" Natsu slapped my hand away when I tried to check if it was bleeding.

"Come on, let's take you to the nurse's office." I spotted Levy walking up to us, dragging a very grumpy- oh who am I kidding? He's always grumpy- looking Gajeel.

"What happened to him?" Levy asked.

"He fell off of a tree." I shrugged.

"Gajeel, take him to the nurse's office." Levy ordered, her index finger sticking out.

"Why should I?" He huffed.

"Because he's your friend and he hurt himself." She sweetly replied.

"That's not my problem." He looked at Natsu and grinned smugly while Natsu sulked.

"It's not mine either and besides you owed me one so you gotta do it." She looked at him and smiled proudly, her nose held high.

"Fine." He grumbled and took Natsu away.

"Why was he- uh-

"I saved his ass in Physics and that's why he owed me one." She smirked.

And now you know how Levy saves lives.

"What's with you? You look like you survived a bomb blast." She looked at me sympathetically.

"Sit and I'll tell you everything." I motioned for her to sit.

"Start from the point where Gray uh, you know." She hesitated.

And I told her everything from the start.
