Story takes place in Korea.
It was after school and kids were practicing, going to after school clubs and cleaning. Sagittarius was walking to his class to pick up his bag. Kids were putting oil all over the classroom floor. They were coating the mop handle with glue.

"Put it here"! The kid said holding the mop.

"I got it"! The other student said applying the glue. Aries smirked and ran to the other kids.

"He's coming"! They started laughing.

"Hey stop it"!

"What are you doing"? Libra was running down the hall and entered the classroom.

"Hey double nose is coming! Hurry!" All the kids pretended to do their own thing. When she entered the class Libra looked at her.

"She's here". Everyone looked at the poor girl.

"Hey double nose, grab that mop and clean this area". Libra ordered. Sagittarius looked into her eyes and read her mind. Did they put the glue correctly on the mop? It needs to stick.

Sagittarius looked into Aries eyes and read his mind. It's only fun if she falls on her face. Should we have put more oil on the floor?

The girl put the trash can down and started to walked over but Sagittarius grabbed her arm.

"I'll do the cleaning you just do the windows". Sagittarius said walking over to the mop.

"Hey Hey hey hey hey hey hey!" Everyone screamed. Sagittarius grabbed the mop.

"Why"? He asked.

"Aish". Libra said. Sagittarius tried to remove his hand but it was stuck.

"What is This? Is this glue? Who put glue on this"? Sagittarius said irritated. He then slipped on the oil and fell flat on his back.

"Are you stupid? It's all your fault. Really?" Aries said, charging at him with his fingers curling in to a fist to throw a punch at him. Sagittarius stood up and quickly dodged Aries attack.

"Ah my back!" Sagittarius yelped from the strain on his back from falling on it. He struggled to get his hand free.

"Wow! It's really not coming off". Aries tried to punch him but Sagittarius raised his knee and slammed him in the gut. Aries grunted from the powerful kick.

"What should I do? Why is it not coming off"? Sagittarius said trying to remove his hand.

"Look at this kid". Aries said charging towards him. Sagittarius moved out of the way and Aries slipped on the oil. Aries got up and scoffed. He removed his jacket.

"Why are you doing this?" Sagittarius asked. Aries scoffed.

"He really wants to pick a fight with me today". Aries said to the students as if he were tough. Aries threw his jacket on the the ground.

"Ok Sagittarius. Today's the day where you dig your own grave". Aries said.

"Aries, why are you being so scary"? Sagittarius asked.

"Shut up"! Aries said and started to throw punches that Sagittarius obviously kept dodging.

"He might really need to make a coffin". One of the male students said to Libra. Aries kicked the broom causing it to break in half and the top part detached from Sagittarius's hand.

"Ah! It finally came off". Aries started to charge at Sagittarius again but Sagittarius kept dodging them.

"Why is Aries overreacting to Sagittarius instead of double nose"? Libra asked a bit worried. Aries threw another punch at Sagittarius but he then dodged it.

"I'm so tired". Sagittarius said. He looked in Aries eyes. He kicked Aries in the chest. Aries fell to the ground. Sagittarius looked worried.

"Um hey".

Aries was in the restroom talking on the phone.

"Hey, who got beaten up? I just slipped. Who says Sagittarius is number one in this school!? He won't be number one when I fight him for real! Hang up I have to pee". Aries hung up and peed. Sagittarius entered the bathroom and stood next to him.

"Liar". Aries jumped.

"You surprised me"!

"You tried to hard to say that you let me off easy." Sagittarius looked down to see Aries stopped.

"You don't have to be scared. Just pee comfortably". Sagittarius peed. Aries started washing his hands. Sagittarius walked over.

"You must be curious. About how I won". Sagittarius washed his hands. He looked into Aries eyes.

He's really good. Sagittarius smirked.

"Should I tell you my secret key?"

"I don't need it". Aries said. He started walking away. Sagittarius grabbed him by the shoulder.

"You see. I...can read that person's mind when I look into his eyes. What he is thinking, where he going to attack and where he plans to dodge". Aries had a surprised face.

"Really"? Sagittarius started laughing.

"It's a lie. You actually believed that? There's no such thing as a secret key. I slipped and kicked into the air consequently but it worked." Sagittarius explained.

"Right? That's right, right?" Sagittarius nodded.

"You should thank that concidece then." Sagittarius looked into his eyes. This orphan I'll let you off because your pitiful. Sagittarius's eyes widened.

Sagittarius walked out of the school and plugged his headphones in. He grabbed the locket that hung from his cell phone.

Flashback

"Sometimes because we are two...I am not afraid of anything. I am next to you forever." The radio sang.

"Is there a useful coupon for this month?" Sagittarius's dad asked. Sagittarius looked at the paper.

"Yes, the pizza and salad coupon. And a coupon for 40% off the aqua-quest."

"What is the aqua-quest"?

"Dad, you don't know what the aqua-quest is? It's the biggest aquarium in our country. We have to go to this." Sagittarius explained.

"I don't really like Aquariums. Dad already went many times."

"But I haven't gone. Not once since I was born. Because of that let's go next week! Hmm?" His dad smiled.

"Okay. Are there any coupons for weekends instead of weekdays? I can't go on weekdays".

"It's only 30% off on weekends".

"What a waste". Sagittarius gasped. A truck crashed into the side of their car smashing it. They both had blood covered bodies.

"Sagittarius...sagittarius...wake up." Sagittarius slowly opened his eyes and looked at his dad.

"Are you injured? Are you hurt anywhere"? His dad asked in a worried voice.

"My head...hurts."

"hold on a little bit. Stay conscious. Huh"? A man jumped out of the truck and climbed on to the car and knocked on the windshield.

"Excuse me". The man flinched back.

"Get us out of here. My kid is hurt." Sagittarius's dad wept. Sagittarius looked into the man's eyes. That bastered is still breathing! I should have killed him in one go! Sagittarius's eyes widened. It's become too much work.

"Excuse me". Sagittarius looked over at his dad.

"Please open the door". The man jumped off the car. Sagittarius looked at his dad.

"Dad...run away..."

"hmmm???..."

"That man...to us..." they heard the dragging of a mental pipe. The man jumped on the car and started breaking the glass. He began beating Sagittarius's dad's head.

"Dad! Dad!!!" Sagittarius sobbed. The man opened Sagittarius's car and raised the pipe and...

Since that day, there are two kinds of sounds that exists in my world. One, the sound everyone else can hear. And the other one...the sound only I can hear. Sagittarius began to look into other people's eyes.

I heard Sagittarius, that punk, beat up Aries. Is that true?

Where did I put my cellphone? Aish where is it?

Ugh, how uncomfortable. It's only the second day of my period. Will I skip the class?

My world compared to other people's world is noisier. Sagittarius put his head phones on.

Sagittarius sat on the steps. Libra ran down the steps and sat next to him. She handed him a pink liquid.

"Here".

"What is this"? Sagittarius asked while smelling it.

"Use this to clean the glue off". Libra said handing him a napkin. Sagittarius scoffed a little.

"Using this cleans it up"?

"Yeah! Sagittarius, back there, why did you do that? Why ruin our prank on choon-hee"? Libra said a bit irritated.

"Pranking choon-hee? I didn't know that". Sagittarius said.

"Liar! You did that because you knew"! Libra said annoyed. Sagittarius looked at her.

"I told you I didn't know." He retaliated.

"Oh Wow! This really cleans it up".

"You like choon-hee, right"? Libra concluded. Sagittarius laughed.

"No". Libra raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"On Valentine's day, you told me you had someone you liked. That's why you didn't take any chocolate". Libra explained.

"Yeah. I have someone that I like. But it isn't choon-hee". Sagittarius said.

"Who is it"? Libra asked curiously. Sagittarius looked into her eyes. Could it be me? Sagittarius smirked.

"Could you be thinking that it's yourself"?

"Ya! Are you crazy? I didn't think it was me! Who's the bitch?" Sagittarius read her eyes. Is it his first love? Sagittarius smirked again.

"It's my first love". Sagittarius said.

"Who is your first love"? Libra asked. Sagittarius looked into libra's eyes again. Is she pretty? Nice? Sagittarius smirked.

"She's pretty. To die for". Sagittarius said.

"Don't be fooled by a girl's looks. The teacher said that's only when she's young". Libra said.

"She isn't just pretty. Nice. She's pretty and smart. This world's best women".

A girl with long black hair and high heels was walking up a slope to go to work as she was walking a basketball splashed into a mud puddle next to her getting water mud all over her exposed legs.

"Hey lady! Can you pass the basketball back"? She wiped her legs and picked up the basketball. She held it up and threw it down the slope. The boys freaked out.

"Aish! Jeez! Really"? The boys ran past her and she walked away.

The girl sat in the court room next to the defendant sounding really bored.

"Honorable judges. Lee young cheol, the defendant, acknowledges the truth of the indictment and is reflecting deeply. Currently the defendant..." The girl stopped and looked at the defendant.

"Do you have a mother"?

"Y-yes" the defendant stuttered.

"Currently the defendant is supporting his aged mother and struggles to live. just think how sad the aged mother of the accused would feel."

"Honorable judges. Defendant joo huyn jung acknowledges the accusation and reflects deeply. The defendant..." again she stopped and looked over.

"Is your mother alive"?

"No". The defendant said.

"The defendant, who lost her mother at an early age has been living with loneliness. Please consider the defendant's hardships." The defendant interuppted.

"Well she passed away last year". The girl sighed.

"She also carries the trauma of having lost her mother recently. Please consider the defendant's suffering". Everyone in the courtroom was shaking their head.

"I was in the middle of a court hearing. How could I pick up the phone"? Aquarius said walking out of the court.

"Isn't your public defender interview tommrow"? Cancer, Aquarius's mother asked.

"Yeah, did you prepare everything"? Cancer asked.

"Everyone that applies for it gets the job." A lady was handing out tooth posts-its and gave Aquarius one.

"Why would I prepare? how embarrassing". Aquarius said.

"Hey you, do you still have pride to be embarrassed"? Cancer scolded over the phone.

"If you have it, then hurry up repay the money you borrowed"! Aquarius rolled her eyes.

"I'm not going to be a mom that has to financially support her lawyer daughter". Cancer said.

"Mom, do watch the news? Recently the legal profession is in a slump." Aquarius explained.

"There are too many lawyers and not enough cases". 1 out of 6 lawyers make less than 2,000,000 won a month". Aquarius said.

"2...? How much did you make last time!? You said you made 880,000 won." Cancer yelled. Aquarius held out her hand to the lady handing out post-its. The lady shyly hand Aquarius another one. Aquarius straightened her stance and gripped the phone tighter.

"It's because I was born in the 880,000 won generation. It's not my fault, I was just born at the wrong time". Aquarius said.

"I've had enough. If you get the job, then you will earn the salary on a regular pay check, right?" Cancer asked her stubborn daughter.

"And when you start getting paid, I'll be taking it." Cancer said.

"I got it"! Aquarius said.

"Aquarius, I'm warning you. You better get the job as the public defender. If it boils down to it, I don't care if you have to be homeless or take out your organs. About my money 50 million won...you better repay it within a month including 9% interest! You got it"! Cancer said.

"I do"! Aquarius sighed. Aquarius hung up the phone and held out her hand to the women handing out tooth posts-it's. The lady shyly turned away from Aquarius. Aquarius sighed and walked in front of her holding out her hand.

"You already got one". She said with s a scared face.

"I need a lot of these for my job. It'll be great for you to quickly pass them all out anyways". Aquarius reached in the basket took a handful and walked away. The lady glared at her as Aquarius walked away.

"Oh my. How petty".

A man in a grey suit with big round glasses and a sling over brief case stood infront of the public defender building staring up at it. He took a sip from his half empty water battle a walked up the steps saying hi to everyone walking up and down the steps.

The man stopped to read a sign. It read: east wing conference room 529 public defender interview site.

"529. Okay"! He fixed his collar and adjusted his tie and walked inside the buliding he arrived infront of the door. He sparyed breath spray in his mouth and then did the Christian paryer a walked in to see a girl sitting in one of the chairs playing a game on her phone.

"Is this the room for the public defender interview"? He asked.

"Yup". Aquarius said pretty bored. "Okay." He sat next to her.

"There are fewer people than I expected..I thought the competion would be high. Its starnge right". He asked.

"Its seems normal". Aquarius said

"okay. Oh I met some older colleagues of mine and some of the previous interview questions. Do you want to see"? He asked with a goofy smile.

"No". Aquarius said. The man stuffed it back in his brief case.

"Im so nervous. Im shaking. It was my dream to be a public defender. Are you like that too". Aquarius closed her eyes in annoyance but regained her posture.

"Nope". The man frowned but then started talking again.

"Truthfully, I was a police officer but I left that to become a lawyer. A public defender to be specific. Aren't curious as to why"? Aquarius became really annoyed.

"NO! IM NOT"!

"Okay". A man opened the door.

"What are you doing here"? The boy who was previously talking to Aquarius stood up and dropped his water bottle.

"Yes! Im wating for my interview".

"The interview is on east wing room 529. This is the western wing". Aquarius stood up and started running.

"Hey. Wait. You, let's go together"! Aquarius started sprinting.

"Im sorry. Wait"! He called after Aquarius.

"Hey!" Aquarius kept running.

"Hey! H-hey"! Aquarius made it in time and bursted the door open. On the wall it read: public defender interview waiting room. So Many people filled the room. The man finally caught up to aqua.

"I told you I wanted to go together". He said out of breath. He looked up and he gasped.

"Are all these people interviewees"!? He asked surprised. A man next to him Spoke up.

"Hey, obviously its not all of them. They said the interviewers were going to take 3 days. Its means its three times the amount of people here."

"Three times"!? Aquarius grabbed him by the shoulder and pinned him against the door. She held out her hand.

"Let me see that".

"See what"?

"The past interview papers.

"What"? Aquarius held out her hand.

The man sat infront of the judges. They looked though his papers as he sat there akwardly feeling nervous. They wishpered to each other and then looked at him.

"Lawyer leo"? The judge said.

"Yes"! Leo replied back.

"Your reports are very good. Since you are at this level you must have recieved many offers from law firms. So why do you want to to be a public defender". The head judge named Pisces asked.

"I didn't want to become a lawyer because of the money I will become a soldier who will fight for thoes that are found guilty because they didn't have enough money to find a lawyer". Aquarius pressed her ear against the door. She scratched out that line on her note pad.

"That kind of lawyer! ...I want to become". The next person went in and Aquarius listened in.

"Justice shouldn't be forsaken because of money. For that I will fight"! Aquarius scratched that line out.

"Damn". Aquarius said.

"Brack obama who used to be a human right's lawyer said this: I am running to be the president to care for thoes who are ignored by the government. I feel the same way". Aquarius scratched that line out.

"Damn"! She sighed. Aquarius sat down infront of the judges. She looked at the only line left on her sticky note.

"Lawyer Aquarius..why do you want to be a public defender". Pisces asked.
Aquarius crumpled the note and pulled out thre tooth sticky notes and gave one to each of the judges.

"What is this"? Pisces asked.

"Its an advertisement for a dentist's office. I shamelessly took more than one to save money on post-it notes."

"Are you trying get a pity vote"? Pisces asked.

"I should provide you the truthful reason. I came here because of money. I dont have the ability to get in a law firm. And I don't have the money to enroll with a broker. I was expelled in highschool and i attended a nondescript university and l have no connection in this field either. I cant even make 1,000,000 won in a month." Pisces sighed and shook his head.

"But if I become a public defender , i heard that one can make 3 to 4,000,000 won." Aquarius said.

"How is their such an honest lawyer like this? Shes completely new! I thnk we should give her the job"! Pisces said. The other judges started laughing.

"I think you wanted a twisted drama. But, that is only possible in dramas. You took the wrong approach". Pisces said.

"Well It's not that". Aquarius said.

"The rest seems obvious. The results will be sent through email". Pisces said. Aquarius got up to leave but Pisces stopped her.

"By the way...a while ago, you said you were expelled in the past, right"? Pisces asked.

"Yes". Aquarius said notchatly.

"Why were you expelled"? Pisces asked.

"If I tell you, are you going to let me in"? Aquarius asked.

"If your story has an impact, maybe". Pisces said.

"Pisces what are you saying"? One of his partners asked.

"Just give her a chance". He wishpered.

"Impact you say? Of courses, there is an impact". Aquarius said.

"Tell me". Pisces said. Aquarius sat down and thought.

"Ten years ago, I had one friend, who was the daughter of the house where my mom worked as a housemaid. She was pretty and smart. She was annoying.Also, I accidentally saw her looking at some notes I wasn't supposed to see".

Flashback

The girl sitting next to Aquarius in class was taking a test and pulled out the notes from her school uniform sleeve cheating.

They were shooting fireworks into the night sky.

End of flashback

"A kid who was usually 10th place in the entire school, was suddenly 1st place in the whole school. Her mom gave her a congratulations party. For which, my mom and I had to cook."

Flashback

"Ahjumma"! "Yes"! "The kids are hungry! is the food done"!

"Yes, the food is done"! Cancer said.

"Divide the apchae in two".

"Got it".

"Ai. Make it more pretty".

"Okay". Aquarius said. Aquarius walked outside and the girl looked at her a little scared but went back to shooting fireworks.

Aquarius set the food down on the table outside. Aquarius turned around to walk back inside but one of her classmates stopped her.

"Aquarius"! Aquarius looked at her.

"Why don't you join us a stop working". Her classmate said beaming. Her classmate turned around.

"That's okay, right Scorpio"? Her classmate asked. Scorpio looked a litte hesitant but answered.

"Right. Its okay. Let her do it". The classmate handed her a firework stick.

Aquarius stared at it debating whether she she should light or not. Her classmate lit the firework stick. It sparked but nothing came out. Confused she turned it sideways to see if she lit it the wrong way but it released a firework hitting Scorpio in the eye. Scorpio screamed out in pain.

"Ah"!

"Scorpio"! Everyone rushed to her side. The girl freaked out afraid of getting caught.

"What are you doing? Call 119"! They screamed. (911 in Korea). The girl dropped the stick and rushed to Scorpio.

"Hey"!

"Mother! Mother!" The girls cried out. Aquarius stared in shock. Scorpio's mother ran outside.

"What are you doing"?

"Mother"! Scorpio screamed.

"Ah!"

"She got hit in the eye"! Aquarius stared. Cancer looked surprised aswell.

"At that time, I was so surprised and worried. But, deep in my heart, I thought maybe she deserved it. Because I hated her".

Flashback

"Luckily, as per the CT there is no brain damage. But I'm worried about her left eye a lot". The doctor said.

"What you're saying is worrisome. Is it...?" Virgo (Scorpio's father) said.

"Yes. We'll know once we take off the bandage. But, since the damage on her cornea is serious, her left eye may develop blindness". Scorpio's mother started breaking down.

"What do we do"?

Aquarius handed her mother a cup with a lid.

"Here. What's so great about getting hurt that we have to do all this"? Aquarius said whining.

"Aigo. You just say pretty words". Camcer said. Cancer then hit Aquarius hard in the back.

"Ah!" Aquarius said.

"Is Scorpio a stranger"! Cancer scolded.

"Of course, she's a stranger. Is she me"? Aquarius retaliated.

"We've lived here for 10 years. If you lived with someone for 10 years it's the same as family." Cancer explained to Aquarius. Aquarius pouted.

"Hurry up and get dressed. We have to go to the hospital together". Cancer said.

"I dont want to go. Go by yourself." Cancer looked at her daughter.

"She's so annoying that I don't want to see her". Aquarius said. Cancer wacked her in the head.

"Ah! Why do you keep hitting my head"! Aquarius whined.

"Who did this"? Virgo looked at the two classmates. They were fearful. They for sure knew they would go to trial for this since Scorpio's father was a judge.

"Who's the one that made my daughter like this"? Virgo asked.

"I don't know. It was so chaotic. I didnt see who did it." The girl looked at her friend.

"Do you perhaps know who did it"?

"Me? I...I think I saw." Scorpio looked at her. Her mom looked at her.

"Who was it"? The girl did the best to cover up her crime.

"Th-thats..." the girl was cut off by a loud banging on the door. The door opened to reveal Cancer and Aquarius.

"Hi". Cancer said bowing.

"Scorpio are you okay"? The classmate then had an idea pop into her head.

"Aquarius did it! I saw it"! Scorpio's eyes or rather eye widened.

"Um what did she do"? Cancer asked.

"She shot fireworks into Scorpio's eye. I saw it"! The classmate lied. Aquarius's eyes widened.

"I did? Are you crazy? When did I? I didn't even light any fireworks." Aquarius said defending herself. Scorpio's mother looked at her.

"Oh my. How could you? How could you do that to my child"? Scorpio's mother cried.

"It's not like that, really!" Aquarius cried. Aquarius looked at her classmate.

"Why are you really doing this to me"? Scorpio's father, Virgo looked at the girls.

"Are you sure...that you really saw it"?

"Huh"? The girl said.

"Tell me if you're saying that on circumstantial evidence or if you really saw that. That's important". Virgo said. The classmate looked down.

"That's..."

"She didn't see it". Aquarius interrupted her. Aquarius looked at Virgo.

"No, she couldn't see it. I didn't do it, so how could she have seen it?" Aquarius explained.

"I saw it too." Scorpio said.

"Aquarius was the one who shot fireworks at me." Aquarius's eyes widened.

"Hey".

"See I told you I saw it"! Her classmate blurted out. The classmate turned to her friend.

"You saw it too, right"?

"Huh? Yeah, I...I also saw it". Cancer looked at her daughter.

"You, is this true"?

"It's a lie". Aquarius said.

"They're setting me up after they're the ones who did it". Aquarius explained.

"Are you not going to adimt it likae a coward? Even after making me like this?!" Scorpio asked. Virgo stared at Aquarius. Cancer set down the food she brought and took Aquarius's hand.

"Wait a minute". Aquarius struggled against her mother's grip.

"Lets talk for a minute."

"What do you mean talk? Isn't begging for forgiveness enough"!? Scorpio's mother cried. Virgo grabbed her arm.

"Stay still for a bit". Cancer bowed.

"I'm sorry. Please wait for a bit. I'll come back after talking to her outside." Cancer pulled Aquarius towards the door.

"Mom. Mom. You also can't trust me? Is that it"? Aquarius starting sobbing. They left the room.

"Honey...are You really believing Aquarius's words"? Scorpio's mother asked. Scorpio looked at her father.

"It wasn't me. I said it's not me!" Aquarius cried. Cancer pushed her daughter against the wall and held her shoulders.

"Look me in the eyes and tell me clearly. Did you do it? Is it true?" Cancer asked calmly.

"No. It's not true". Aquarius replied.

"Even if you did it, I will take your side. So, don't lie and even if it means trouble, tell me the truth." Cancer said.

"Even though I'm cold, I'm still you daughter. The daughter of Cancer who cares more about the one she serves than her own family. I hate Scorpio. But I won't do that. I know my personality stinks. But not to that extent. I'm not that bad". Aquarius said crying. Cancer was also crying.

"Stop crying. Aigo, look at this nose. How dirty". Cancer said wiping Aquarius's nose.

"Do you believe me"? Aquarius asked.

"You told me to". Said Cancer.

"You believe me because I told you to and not because you really trust me"? Aquarius asked. Cancer hit Aquarius on the head.

"Agio. This girl is still lile this even after said I believe her". Cancer said in third person.

"I said not to hit my head". Aquarius said wiping her tears with the sleeve of her uniform.

"Dad...you believe my words, right"? Scorpio asked Virgo.

"Lie down. I have to hear what they say first". Virgo said.

"Honey!" Scorpio's mom said in disbelief. Cancer opened the hospital door. She entered it with Aquarius trailing behind and bowed.

"Madame. your honour, I talked it through with Aquarius...and she said she didn't do it." Cancer explained.

"Look here, Aquarius mom, blindly protecting your daughter isn't going to solve the problem." Scorpio's mother said.

"No, I'm not just protecting her because she's my daughter. But this girl is someone who doesn't cry. She didn't cry when she lost her father. And, when she broke her leg, she didn't even shead a tear. When she cries, there's only one reason. When there is something unfair. Seeing her cry like this means that she was wrongly accused. The culprit isn't Aquarius, but someone eles. Im sure of it. Please belive me and Aquarius."
Cancer pleaded.

"My daughter said she did it. She saw it with her own two eyes." Scorpio's mother said.

"I think she must've been confused because there were so many kids. My daughter really isn't the one." Cancer said trying to reason.

"Honey, what are you doing!? Are you just going to listen to her telling lies"? Scorpio's mother said freaking out. Virgo looked at them.

"Aquarius..."
"yes."

"I'm not listening because I believe you. Im waiting". Aquarius looked him.

"Waiting for what"?

"Admitting that you did it, reflecting on it and apologizing for it." Virgo explained.

"I said I didn't do it"! Aquarius said. Scorpio had an evil smile on her face.

"If you admit it and sincerely apologize, I'm planning to forgive you. For the sake of your future and we'll continue to live how we are now". Virgo said.

"Honey"! Scorpio's mom said.

"But if your going to be like this to the end, I cant let you attend the same school as my daughter." Cancer's eyes widened.

"What does that mean"? Aquarius asked.

"You're going to have me kicked out"?!

"Honorable judge! She said she didn't do it! Why can't you believe me"? Cancer said trying to defend Aquarius.

"Also, you should leave the house". Virgo said.

"What do you mean leave? Where are you telling us to go so suddenly"? Aquarius asked.

"So, apologize and sincerely reflect on what you have done wrong. Im giving you this chance because I've watched over and protected you for the last 10 years." Virgo walked over to his daughter. Cancer and Aquarius looked at each other.

"Mom. I...am...not the culprit"! Aquarius screamed. Virgo looked at at her. She looked him dead in the eye.

"I have nothing to apologize or reflect about." Virgo sighed.

Aquarius stared at the printer in the faculty room. The teacher handed her the paper.

"We decided to do it as a drop-out request. It's better for the school and for you".

"What happens if I dont write a drop out note"? Aquarius asked.

"It'll be expulsion".

Aquarius walked home and saw her mother walking out the house to the moving truck. Cancer bowed infront of a man.

"Thank you. You should go inside". Cancer said.

"You have somewhere to go"? The man asked.
"Yes I do. Don't worry".

"Well..." the man reached inside his jacket.

"Here. They gave it to you for severance pay". He handed her an envelope.

"Don't accept it". Aquarius said. Cancer stared at the envelope.

"Don't accept it. If you belive me, don't accept it." Aquarius said. Cancer looked at her daughter, Aquarius.

"Don't be like that and accept it. Even though its dirty, money will help". The man beckoned.

"Don't accept it. Please". Aquarius pleaded. Cancer avoided her gaze and took the money from the man stuffing it in her purse. Aquarius was stunned.

"Do you have feelings? Aren't you angry? I was expelled today. I didn't do anything. Yet I was kicked out of school." Cancer opened the truck.

"I'm not getting on". Aquarius said.

"Don't say anything and just get on". Cancer said.

"Until you give back the money, I'm not moving and inch from here". Cancer looked back at her daughter.

"Then walk". Cancer got on and the truck drove off. Aquarius ran after but stopped. Virgo watched from the balcony with a straight face.

The truck stopped and Cancer got off but something caught her eye. She saw Virgo's picture of him in his judge gown pasted on the book store Window. She walked over to it.

Aquarius stood in the middle of the road. It was dark by now. Virgo walked over to her.

"How long are you going to be standing here? Hurry up and follow your mother." Virgo said.

"How much did you give my mom for her retirement? About 100,000 won? No 100,000,000 won? I don't know how much it is, but it's compensation because of your conscience. You gave it because you had a doubt. 'What happens if she not the culprit'? That's why you gave it. Right"? Aquarius asked.

"With that money envelope, I wanted to test your mother. If she believed her daughter or not. As you said, if she belived you, she wouldn't have accepted that money. Even the mother didn't believe her own daughter. So, how am I supposed believe you? Virgo spotted Cancer putting gasoline all over his books.

"Mom"! Aquarius said. Cancer held the lighter up to the money catching it on fire. She threw it on the books creating huge flames. Virgo started running.

"What are you doing"? Virgo asked. Cancer stared at the flames.

"A judge with a warm heart...I couldn't understand a single word of this book when I was reading it, but now that I'm burning it, I can feel the warmth." Cancer said.

"I asked what are you doing!?" Virgo yelled.

"You're not listening to my words, so I'm trying to show it to you. My daughter didnt do anything. She was unfairly kicked out from school." Cancer looked up at him.

"MY DAUGHTER IS RIGHT AND YOU'RE WRONG, JUDGE VIRGO! So, that's why I did this, to show you that. Looking at you, I think you got the message. That's all I needed. Lets go, Aquarius". Aquarius smiled and nodded.

"Okay". Cancer grabbed her hand and walked away. Virgo stared at his burning books. Cancer hid around the corner and slid against the wall breathing heavily. Aquarius grabbed her arm.

"Mom."

"Aquarius, how did I do? Did you believe my acting"? Cancer asked.

"ah, What is this? Were you acting a while ago"?

"Just wait a minute. Did I just say everything I wanted to? I think I forgot something". Cancer looked at her hand that had writting on it.

"It's right here. 'You're the person who uses the law not to save people, but to make them cry'. I forgot this sentence. This was the key point. I left it out". Cancer said said tapping her palm with her index finger.

"Mom. You really believed me". Aquarius hugged her.

"This girl, I told you I believed you." Cancer smacked her head.

"Ah, It told you not to hit my head. I need to use my head to take exams, go to college, and make money. This our food source now, so don't hit it". Aquarius said pouting.

"Food source. You think it can be our food source with your head". Cancer said gently bumping heads with Aquarius. Cancer and Aquarius both rubbed their heads.

Aquarius was walking around in a circle with a firework stick in her hand. Scorpio rounded the corner walking home from school and was met with Aquarius. Scorpio stood there. Aquarius revealed the firework stick. Scorpio's eyes widened the other eye was covered with an eye patch. Aquarius stepped forward and Scorpio stepped back.

"Aquarius, why are you like this? What are you going to do with that"? Scorpio asked nervously. Aquarius lit it and held it above Scorpio's head. Scorpio screamed and crouched down covering her ears. She looked up.

"You, did you really see me shoot it?" She crouched down to Scorpio.

"You didn't see it, right?" Aquarius said.

"I did. I saw it clearly." Scorpio said confidently.

"If you saw it, then why didn't you do anything"? Aquarius asked raising an eyebrow.

"If you saw me shooting it, then you should've avoided it like now. You said you saw that". Aquarius said.

"Th...that." Scorpio stuttered. Aquarius smirked.

"You didn't know I could be this smart, right? You didn't see it. Why are you still lying like a coward?" Scorpio stood up and looked down at Aquarius.

"Fine, I didn't see it. But you shot it. You lied. So, I tried to catch you for lying". Scorpio said pissed. Aquarius stood up and grabbed Scorpio's arm.

"Go tell. Go tell my mom and your dad excatly what you said just now." Scorpio ripped her arm from Aquarius's girp.

"You are the culprit. So why should I? You deserve to get punished. So, why should I!?" Scorpio screamed.

"Scorpio"! They then heard the crashing of a car and screeching. They looked around.

"What is that sound"? Scorpio asked. They looked at each other. They walked towards the sound and peeked around the corner. They saw a man dragging a metal pipe. He jumped on top of the car and started to beat the man. They could hear a kid crying.

"Dad"! Aquarius and Scorpio's eyes widened. Scorpio covered her mouth.

"What is that"? Aquarius asked.

"He killed a person"? They saw him open the passenger side. The kid was crying.

"That person...I think he's going to kill that kid, too". Scorpio said. Aquarius pulled her phone out. She opened it. The man raised the pipe. Aquarius took the picture but forgot the sound was on.

The man made eye contact with the girls. Scorpio started running away. Aquarius stayed put.

"Hurry, run away"! Scorpio's screamed. Aquarius stared at the kid. The man started running towards her. Aquarius started running away.

She caught up to Scorpio. They both hid behid some bushes. The man screamed in anger and started hitting the bushes. He started to walk away. Scorpio hiccuped. The man stopped. Scorpio covered her mouth. The man was about to hit the bush but he heard police sirens.

"Aish! If it weren't for you bitches, I've could've clearly finished this. You guys, can hear me, right? Since you're nearby, you should be able to hear me. You saw everything ealier, right? You know why I killed that man? Its because he moved his tounge in a wrong way. He said everything he wanted to and that's why I killed him. If you guys want to live, close your mouths. Then nothing will happen." The man said.

"If there's no witness, it'll just be a car accident. If you go to the police and tell them you saw me and say it was a murder case, you guys will have the same fate as that man. If you tell your parents, I'll do the same to them as well. So guys...for me not kill you, you guys have to help me. Okay"? He hit the bushes.

"Just like now, stay hidden. Dont ever appear and dont say anything. Or eles I'll kill you and the people you told. So, stay hidden for the rest of your lives. So that I don't hear anything or see anything. Stay hidden." The man dragged the bloody pipe away.

"At 12:10am this morning, at an intersection, there was a crash between a car and a 25-ton truck. The driver of the car, mr. Park, died on site. His son has an injury to his head so, the police are investigating on the basis that the truck driver's testimony saying that he saw mr.park speed though a red light. This is SCB, choi yoo suk".

Many police cars were surrounded around the scene. The boy was loaded into the ambulance.

"Did you hear? This wasn't just an accident."

"I know right. They said it was a murder case."

"What's the point when that's no evidence."

"Why wouldn't there be evidence. The son saw his father die".

"It's just what little kid said. It doesn't help in court".

"So, until a witness appears, it'll just become an accident"?

"Of course".

Aquarius walked past the bickering woman covering her face with a sun blocker. She had a flashback.

There was a sign that read. Looking for eye witness to traffic accident April 24th, 2002.

She then spotted Scorpio behind a tree hiding looking around. She had a baseball cap on. Aquarius crossed her arms and walked over to her.

"What are you doing"? Scorpio screamed. Aquarius removed her sun blocker.

"Its me, Aquarius".

"What was that? I got scared". Scorpio said.

"What are you doing hiding there?" Aquarius asked.

"Being so suspicious". Aquarius said.

"I wasn't hiding. I was just trying to see the phone number..." Scorpio closed her eyes. Aquarius's eyes widened.

"Are you going to tell them that you're a witness"? Aquarius asked.

"Yeah. Of course"? Scorpio said smiling nervously.

"Aren't you"? She asked. Aquarius stepped back.

"I...me too. I came to get the number, so I could call them saying I'm a witness." Aquarius said holding up her phone. Scorpio scoffed.

"You're lying again. What do you mean call? You came because you were scared". Scorpio said.

"You are the one who's lying. You framed someone who's innocent. I never lied, not even once." Aquarius said. Scorpio scoffed.

"Really? Then does that also includes about being the witness"? Scorpio asked.

"Of course". Aquarius said.

"Prove it then. I wont complain if you go to court and not back out. I'll even say you aren't a liar". Scorpio said.

"Why? You can't?" Scorpio asked smirking.

"No. I'm going to do it. But instead, you have to come in as a witness, too". Aquarius said.

"What"? Scorpio said.

"You said you came here to be a witness. If it's not a lie, than come to court." Aquarius said.

"Fine. Ill go. Im going. I was going to". Scorpio said. They walked past each other. Aquarius turned the corner to see if Scorpio disappeared. She took off the sun blocker and threw it on the ground. She messed her hair up.

"Im crazy. Crazy! What did I just do"!? Aquarius whined.

Aquarius was studying while her mother was cutting onions. Aquarius thought back to the conversation she had with Scorpio.

"Then prove it. I won't complain if you go to court and not back out. I'll even say you aren't a liar".

Aquarius sighed and covered her eyes. "Im about to go crazy"! Aquarius screamed.

"If you're getting teary, you should wear goggles. If you wear this, it wouldn't be spicy at all." Cancer said. Aquarius looked at her mom and scooted closer to her.

"Mom".

"What"?

"Is miss korea prettier or am I prettier"? Aquarius asked.

"Of course, miss korea". Cancer said. Aquarius sneered at her mom.

"That's your problem. You're to unnecessarily honest. Then, is Scorpio prettier or am I prettier"? Aquarius asked. Cancer looked at her.

"Well, that's...if you put it that way, it's Scorpio". Cancer said. Aquarius frowned.

"But don't worry. Make lots of money and get surgery on thoes eyes and you'll look very pretty." Cancer said.

"If she's that pretty, why didn't you side with her? Why'd you side with me? Is it because I'm your daughter?" Aquarius asked pissed. Cancer smacked her head.

"Look at the way you talk"! Cancer yelled.

"Why do you keep hitting the head"? Aquarius whined.

Aquarius stood infront of the court house. She stared up at it.

"I didn't side with you because your my daughter. It's because you were right. You were always right. Taking after your father".

Aquarius walked up the steps.

The court was in session.

"All rise". The judge said. The boy looked at the killer.

"Be seated". The judge said. Everyone sat down. The killer made eye contact with the boy.

Aquarius waited ouside the elevator. Scorpio arrived. Aquarius and Scorpio looked at each other then waited for the elevator.

"I thought you wouldn't come, but here you are." Scorpio said.

"Same to you". Aquarius said. Scorpio looked at her.

"Why did you wear your school uniform? Didn't you quit"? Scorpio asked smirking.

"I don't think I quit". Aquarius said. Scorpio and Aquarius were extremely nervous. The both made it to the court room. It read "court in session". Scorpio and Aquarius walked to sperate doors.

Flash back

"If you tell, I'll kill you. Im also going to kill the people you told. So stay hidden forever. So that I don't hear anything or see anything. Keep hiding.

Aquarius and Scorpio put their backs against the doors.

"Why aren't you going in"? Aquarius asked.

"Then, how about you? Why aren't you going in"? Scorpio asked. Aquarius breathed in a sigh.

"Lets go in together. When I say 3 lets go in together". Aquarius said.

"Okay fine". Scorpio said. Aquarius put her hand on the door knob and so did Scorpio.

"1..." Scorpio said.

"2..." Aquarius said.

"3..." they both said.

Aquarius looked at the judges.

"So who opened the door"? Pisces asked interested.

"I wil tell my story only up to this point". Aquarius said.

"Why!?" Pisces screamed.

"Why aren't you telling the entire story"? Pisces asked.

"In this position, I need to be honest. But if I tell the truth, I dont think it'll will help with my application". Aquarius said.

"She didn't go in". One of the judges said to Pisces.

"She would stop the story because she went in". The other judge debated. Pisces looked at Aquarius.

"The only thing I'm sure of is that I still regret that decision until today. Also, I won't want to make that decision ever again. And that's why I'm here." Aquarius said

Sagittarius was walking out of school putting on his headphones. Aries and his friend were walking behind him.

"Hey, what academy does that guy go to"? Aries asked.

"When the 'god of study' always stays with him, why would he go to an academy? How come he's good at studying too...and he's tall too". The male student said.

"And"? Aries asked. The student removed Aries's arm from his shoulder.

"He's good at fighting". The student said smirking.

"Ah! How many times do I have to tell you it was just luck"! Aries said yelling. The student flinched.

Sagittarius continued walking until he spotted someone familiar. He ran after her. As he was running after her he seemed to have lost her. He sighed.

Sagittarius was sitting on the floor of tae kwon do class. He was writting in his diary. He sighed and closed it.

Flashback

The doctor shined a light into Sagittarius's eyes as he laid on the hospital bed.

"Do you feel nauseous or dizzy? The doctor asked. Sagittarius shook his head.

"You still can't talk"? The doctor asked. Sagittarius attempted to talk but failed. The detectives looked at him.

"Considering that he can't talk, I think we should give up in hearing what happened".

"The ongoing investigation and the witnesses story match. There's nothing more to do". Sagittarius looked to his side and grabbed a note pad.

"I think it'll suffice to conclude that the kid's father drove while falling asleep".

"Then I guess the case will be over cleanly". Sagittarius held up the note pad whining. The docotor looked at him and his eyes widened.

"Dectective. Lo...look here." The doctor said frantically. The detective walked over to Sagittarius and bent down.

"The truck driver killed your dad with a iron pipe"? Sagittarius nodded.

"Then this isn't a car accident, but a murder case"? The other detective asked. Sagittarius nodded. The detectives looked at each other.

"Can't we get a past-mortem analysis"? He asked his partner.

"No...they already cremated him yesterday." The dectectived looked at his partner.

"It's just what a kid said. Besides, it's also a kid who hurt his head. Should we believe this"? The detective asked.

"Weren't there any witness calls"? He asked.

"Not yet". He replied.

"Then it'll be hard with just what the kid said. It will be solved once a witness appears." The detective said. Sagittarius whimpered.

"It's definitely not. Its true it was a car accident, but a murder with an iron pipe? It's impossible". The killer said.

"But Sagittarius, the son of the victim, is saying that you killed his father". The prosecutor said.

"I did crash window using an iron pipe to save him. But, after crashing it he was already dead. I think he misunderstood after seeing that". The killer said. Sagittarius balled his fists.

"The only evidence that the defendant committed the murder, are the words of Sagittarius, who is the only survivor." The attorney looked at him.

"Sagittarius is only 8 years old. He's in second grade. He's too young to grasp what's going on in that situation. Also, he has a speech disorder because of the shock (from the accident)." She looked at the judges.

"Are you sure that the testimony from this young boy with a head injury is certain and reliable to close this case"? She asked. The judges nodded. The killer smirked and looked at Sagittarius.

Kid, it seems like these idiots with smarty brains here are on my side.

"When Sagittarius wrote out his testimony, was there any doctor attending". Virgo asked.

"No. However, there was a remark from the doctor that the brain is not damaged at all". The procecuter explained. Sagittarius held up his notebook whining.

"What did he write? Can anyone next to him read it?" Virgo asked. The women next to him read it.

"It seems these idiots with smarty brains here are all on my side, is what the defendant ahjussi is thinking". The killer was astonished.

"What is he saying"? Virgo asked. Sagittarius handed his notebook to the women.

"I can read people's minds". The attorney laughed.

"You saw! Right? He's even saying an impossible lie. Can we use this kid's testimony as accurate evidence"? The prosecutor sighed in defeat. Sagittarius looked into his eyes.

Ugh...why is everyone getting in the way? This is useless... Sagittarius started whine.

"Are there perhaps anymore evidence or perhaps a witness"? Virgo asked. The killer looked at him.

I don't know how a kid like you read my mind, but thanks. I'm saved because of you. Don't hope for any witnesses, because I told them I would kill them if they came Sagittarius started to cry. Suddenly the door bursted open. The girl looked at the other side of the court surprised.

"What is it"? Virgo asked. The girl turned her head.

"Yes? I...I..." The girl made eye contact with the killer. She then looked at the boy and a flash back came to her. She shook her head.

"I'm a witness for the murder case. My name is Aquarius. When the accident happened I was there. And I defenitly saw it." Aquarius pointed at the killer.

"That man...using a steel pipe...to beat the driver's head." Everyone gasped.

"Also, He told us to shut up, and that man dided because he said too much". Aquarius said walking forward. Virgo looked at sagittarus.

"Sagittarius, is that person a witness"? Sagittarius nodded.

"Defendant, did you see that student"?

"No. It's the first time I've seen her."

"Judge, the student was not present during the investigations. She has no ability or right to be a witness". The attorney said. The prosecutor stood up.

"Isn't Sagittarius acknowledging her as a witnesses? Judge, I request Aquarius be a witness in this trial." The prosecutor bowed.

"Sagittarius's testimony has already lost credibility. Didn't you hear him talking about reading other people's mind. He's lying right now to charge the defendant as guilty". The attorney argued.

"It'll be hard to accept her as a witness right now". One of the judges said. Aquarius help up her phone.

"I have a picture here". The killer looked up and remembered it.

"I took a picture of that man hitting the car with a pipe. Will this also not be evidence"? Aquarius's phone was taken. She trembled but Sagittarius grabbed her hand. The prosecutor opened her phone and she was accepted. The killer jumped off the table and grabbed her by the neck. Aquarius screamed.

"I'LL KILL YOU! I SAID I'LL KILL YOU. I SAID I'LL KILL THE PEOPLE YOU TOLD"! The people pulled the killer off of Aquarius. Aquarius fell to the floor coughing.

"Looking at the defendant's actions, it'll be difficult for the witness to provide sufficient evidence infront of the defendant. The defendant is now going to exit!" Virgo said slamming his hammer.

"I'M DEFENITLY GOING TO KEEP MY PROMISE! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU! DON'T THINK THIS IS OVER BECAUSE THIS IS JUST THE START! I CAN'T GO TO JAIL! I CAN'T END LIKE THIS!" They pulled him out of the court room. Aquarius coughed and held her thoart.

"Can you continue? Or will you testify in the next trial date?" Virgo asked. Aquarius looked up trembling.

"No...if I don't do it right now, I won't be able to. It needs to be now". Aquarius said.

"Okay, fine. We are going to accept the witness right away. Please sit in the witness chair". Virgo said. Aquarius Stumbled over to the chair and sat down.

"Take an oath". Aquarius stood up and raised her hand.

"I, in accordance with the dictates of my conscience, will not hide the truth and only the turth. I swear that if I lie, I will be punished for prejury."

Today I saw someone that looks like you again...where...are you right now? Sagittarius wrote in his diary.

Flashback

Aquarius was crying. Sagittarius tapped her elbow. Aquarius looked at him. Sagittarius looked around for a rock a wrote on the concrete. Thanks. Sagittarius looked looked up at her. Aquarius stomped on it.

"There's no need to be thankful. Im regretting that I even came." Sagittarius looked down. Aquarius got up and walked away. Sagittarius followed her.

"DON'T FOLLOW ME"! Aquarius started walking away. Sagittarius still followed her.

"I TOLD YOU NOT TO FOLLOW ME"! Aquarius screamed. She started running. Sagittarius ran after her. Aquarius tripped and everything fell out of her bag. She started crying. She grabbed Sagittarius's shoulders.

"This is because of you. This is all because of you!!! Dont follow me because I don't want to see you". Aquarius continued to bawl. Sagittarius looked into her eyes.

Why did I come? If that person really kills me what'll I do? He said he'll come get me after he gets out of jail. How can I live now?

"What is this...you know how to talk"? Aquarius asked. Sagittarius nodded. They smiled at each other.
