Disclaimer: I don't know much about Tourette's. Please inform me if I got any part of this wrong. I will change it to be more accurate.

I know this seems random, but Bakugou with Tourette's.

His ticks would be his cursing, yelling die, random punches, shouting names of people he likes, names and lyrics of anime characters and intros, and explosions.

The teachers and Midoriya would know. Aizawa doesn't really punish Bakugou for his random out burst in class, and Midoriya is used to it and doesn't get offend when his name is called and then gets told to die. He knows it's just Bakugou's ticks.

Bakugou doesn't tell anyone outside of teachers and very close friends because he got bullied for it in middle school. He's very worried about what the Bakusquad and Monoma would say if they found out.

One day while hanging out in Seros dorm room, Bakugou yelled out "Gon!" then "Killua!" Right afterwards. Mina laughed at this then asked why he did that. Bakugou said he had Tourette's and the squad thought that it was cool.

The rest of 1-A doesn't know till Baku explodes twice and yelled out die. Kami reacted based on instincts of a joke the bakusquad has, saying "Mr. Tourette's! I can't die yet! I have a wife and kid!" It was started by sero when was the victim of Bakugou's Tourette's.

The rest of the class looks at Kami, then Bakugou, then the class mom and dad (Momo and Iida) asked Bakugou what Kami meant by that. Baku and midoriya explained and 1-A just went "ok."and went on with their day, getting used to and knowing why Bakugou explodes and yells. The girls like the "Gon!" And "Killua!" ones, as it's as if Gon and Killua were calling out to each other.

Monoma found out. And was picking on Bakugou about it. "How can a top hero have Tourette's! It's gonna make you a terrible hero! 1-B is so much better then 1-A!" And all his bullshit. 1-A has enough of him and during their next joint training with 1-B, Monoma is in recovery girls office in five minutes.
