Glen was in Daddy's train room. He had a conductor's cap on which looked so cute on him, he had a flag in his hand. He noticed me.

"Audrey, come look at this!"

I walked to him and looked at the trains move.

"I've always dreamed of a little sibling to play with as a kid but now, I find out I have an older brother from before Mum met Daddy. That's even better! I have someone my own age to talk to and hang out with."

"Hot diggity!" Glen said.

Two trains crashed into each other.

"Aw great, great, fantastic! Oh Mother come see them crash into each other! Come see the choo choos!"

Mum walked in.

"What are you doing here?"

"I'm playing with the trains."

"They're not yours their Tom's. He love those trains, he loves them more than me and Audrey."

"Well their my trains now."

"No they're not."

"Yes they are, are. Are are are!"

He got back to watching the trains.

"I bet you can't play the piano."

"Of course I can play the piano."

"No you can't."

"Yes I can, can can."

Mum took the cap off him.

"Let's go and play us a tune. You know, Audrey took piano lessons as a child, she's quite good."

"I was forced by Daddy."

"I know that but still, you learned. You know a song you both could play for me."

"I'd rather play with the trains."

"After you play for me, you can play with them."

"Can I smash em all up?"

"Yes darling yes."

"Can I stay up, can I stay up late?"

"Yes."

"Well, I only like one song."

"Play it for me."

"It's not a boys song, it's a soppy girls song. I like trains, tanks, marbles, and soldiers."

We were about to get up but Mum stopped, she was thinking.

"I think I know what you're going to sing."

Glen sighed.

"Mothers know everything don't they?"

"Pretty much," I said.

We walked out of the room.

"We'll race each other down."

"No that's not fair, you got a start!"

"Well then you go first."

Glen got in front of us and ran to the living area.

"Can't catch me! Ha ha!"

We all ran to the living area.

"See, see, I won, I won!"

"Yes you did."

We sat at the piano.

"I'm fast I am."

"Alright, let's do it," I said.

"Do I really have to?"

"You promised," Mum said.

"I'd rather play with the trains."

"Don't say that."

"Don't laugh."

"I won't laugh."

"Alright then."

Glen started to goof around with the keys, Mum stopped him, he smiled. Glen whispered to me the song we were gonna play. I smiled and nodded.

Me and Glen sand the first part, he sang the rest of it while we listened to him. He sang very well.

He was finished.

"You like that? I'm gonna go play with model railway now, you said I could. Smash em all to bits, you said I could Mummy."

"I'll go with you," I said.

"Alright. Brother sister time then."

"Yep, I always wanted to smash his trains anyways. Let's go!"

We walked away.
