Most of you here are familiar with the increase in the activity of rapists and abusers on this site. To start off,report them at the first moment. Especially that JasonVines. He has been harassing many girls and pushed on to the brink of suicide. Speak up and do that.

Another issue that needs to be addressed is the content on Wattpad books.

I am not forbidding anyone to write Mature. But there is a limit on what you can write. And what you should.

Please you just have to use a bit of imagination to make a creative plot.

I see books with rape,suicide,self harm etc etc and all that crap. With absolutely no prelude. Like they are losing readers or ideas I don't know but they are writing stuff like,

"X got depressed and jumped off a roof. And died. And his lover got so cracked that he tried to use a time stone to bring him back and got trapped in an endless time loop."

(Might have gone too specific on that,but you get my point)

Boo hoo story ends. Moral?

"Death is something no one returns from."

Description of said story.

"A heartwarming journey of love and friendship."

What the hell? Give warnings before and MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT WRITE A STORY IN WHICH THE MC COMMITS SUICIDE WITH THE DESCRIPTION AS HEARTWARMING!!!!

(Yes it's the middle of the night and I am cranky after reading and hearing crap. Excuse my rude language but it is a fact)

And with no prelude whatsoever!!!

Like X(am gonna call him that) had a small breakup and he yeetted himself off a roof. Ever thought that there is something called a proper prelude and explanation for these kind of stuff? And suicide takes guts to do. And it is more than a simple breakup. And what notes are you giving to the young? That committing suicide is okay? That it is okay to kill yourself if something goes wrong? Wow. With that logic we would have gone extinct ages ago. There is something called TRYING and NOT GIVING UP. Now I am not telling that all stories have to have happy endings but atleast make it positive. Just a "X commits suicide for heartbreak" is preposterous. And with absolutely no prelude whatsoever. No buildup nothing. Just this,

"X stood on the roof remembering his beautiful face and how he lost it all. Suddenly the fall didn't seem so terrifying after all.

He jumped off the roof."

People you are seriously supporting many and THE YOUNG GENERATION IS GETTING AFFECTED. READING DEPRESSIVE STORIES FOR A PERIOD OF TIME CAN GIVE YOU DEPRESSION. AND DO YOU WANT TO BE HELD GUILTY FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S DEPRESSION?????

Also especially when you haven't experienced this. You just write this to get more reads and look cool. Do you even have a heart people? I don't think so. Because otherwise you wouldn't be writing this crap.

And then moving over to the next point of discussion.

People write stories where the bad boy and the nerd fall in love. There is a reason why they are called bad people.

Young girls reading this start thinking that submitting to abuse is alright. That being raped is alright. Because the Bad Boy is the King and everyone must kneel before him.

And people actually think that this should be allowed.

And then the authors begin sympathising with the bad boy and gives him a traumatic backstory.

"Y(because X yeeted himself off a building) had been in love with a lady *insert dramatic sobstory here* and this he hated girls and *insert a pinch of melodrama* he did what he did."

People even I do believe that there is always some good left in the worst person imaginable. But this isn't done. You can't promote rape and say that it's okay because he had a reason. THERE IS NO REASON BEHIND ABUSE UNLESS YOU ARE A PURE SADIST!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NONE!!!!

People like JasonVines and all wouldn't be doing what they are doing if they hadn't had this kind of support. They would have none that they do not even belong in the lowest rung of the society. They deserve to burn in hell. But UNFORTUNATELY these stories make them feel that they are the King of the world and what they are doing is right. THESE STORIES ARE MAKING THEM THINK WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS RIGHT!!! WHY? WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT,AUTHORS? WHY?

I for one believe that words make the best weapons and the best defense. Words are like tools,you choose how to manipulate them. And THIS IS NOT HOW YOU SHOULD MANIPULATE THEM!!!!!

These stories seep into the flexible and impressionable minds and make them accept this as something okay. As something acceptable.

Boys start smoking and sexting and raping because they are made to believe that this is cool. That these are signs of being mature. Which it isn't,sorry to disappoint y'all.

Girls are made to think that submitting to the whims and demands of their abusive husband is OKAY. IT ISN'T!!! THIS IS NOT WHAT YOU SHOULD DO PEOPLE, ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!

BE STRONG AND STAND UP FOR YOURSELF!!!

In actual circumstances,the girl would be severely traumatised and would report the boy to the police or if it gets too unstable she might end up with blood on her hands. THAT is what could(should and would) happen.

(This rant doesn't advocate murder or any form of abuse in any form or manner nor does it seek to hate on anyone. This is meant to be a general message to the entire community.)

And then this,

"Y raped Z and W came and saved Z and slapped Y and kissed Z."

People,I do realize that this is a very romantic and desirable fantasy. But unfortunately this isn't real. Fiction stretches the boundaries of possibilities but there is always something called "psycology". And "psycology" doesn't say that Z would be emotionally stable after that to be able to accept and reciprocate to a kiss after being a victim of a rape. Please be real when writing thing people.

Words,were there anything as real as words?

This is the period of Quarantine. People are cooped up. They are reading more and more. And reading THESE KIND OF STORIES!!! And getting mentally loaded and compromised. They are becoming sad,their smile is vanishing and what they do read is "sexual Harassment and literally any form of abuse is alright because the preparator has a very melodramatic sobstory."

People this isn't right. This isn't done. This is not good. You are depressing otherwise happy souls. You are making them wonder if they should kill themselves to solve their issues. Everyone has issues. X isn't the only one suffering from a breakup. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I think that this might sound offending to a lot of people but please this is distressing and annoying. And excuses do not excuse any sin.

Also please,I know there are many people below the age of 18 writing mature stories. Age limits are given for a reason y'all.

And the descriptions are enough to make me want to puke. I won't give an example for I do not want any unfortunate reader to lose their meal over my rant.

But what I can say is that it sounds like it comes straight from a pornhub and the descriptions are way too graphic.

I mean,we all have learnt the human reproductive system in biology so we do not need to read THOSE kind of descriptions.
