It had been a few hours since Danny told the heroes about his childhood and some of the horrible things that happened to him. They couldn't get used to the fact that he'd been through all of that but it actually made a lot of sense. Aqualad, Miss Martian, Superboy, Kid Flash, and Robin realized that when they'd fought Twister he'd nearly gone Dark Side.

That made them feel worse about what happened, and knowing he'd apologized at the time because of that didn't make it better. Now they had training and none of them were up for it, Windu was there and told Danny that he was taking him somewhere else for training. Danny just bowed and they left, the team trained with Black Canary but she could tell something was up.

Meanwhile, Danny left with Windu to their universe and found Yoda and Obi Wan waiting for them. The three sat in front of him and he waited to hear what they had to say, Obi Wan spoke, "We felt a disturbance in the Force in that other universe last night."

Danny nodded, "I went to the Dark Side."

Yoda hummed, "A reason, you have."

Danny nodded again, "The heroes were in danger, I felt it was the only way to ensure their safety."

Windu spoke, "While risking it at the same time, as well as your own."

"I felt that I had to."

Yoda looked at Windu, "Came back, he did." He looked at Danny, "Unbalance, there is."

Danny looked at Yoda, "Which is why I meditated the rest of the night, and while I did I had a vision."

Obi Wan looked curious, "Of what?"

Danny explained what he saw and what he felt it meant, Yoda hummed as he scratched his chin a little. "Follow this vision, you must, finish training with master Windu, you will, then do what you must."

Danny bowed slightly, "Very well master Yoda."

Windu spoke, "There is only one thing you have to do before I can say you've finished your training."

Danny nodded, it was hours before he went back to the mountain to see the team and speak to them. The team had finished with training some time ago but their mentors had been called there because the team had been acting strange. When Danny walked into the room all of the young heroes looked at him, Robin could tell something was going on.

Robin stood up, "Danny, is something wrong?"

He shook his head, "No, but there's something you all need to know."

Aqualad spoke, "What is it?"

"I've completed my training with master Windu, but before I face the trials there's something I have to do."

Rocket spoke, "What are you doing?"

"I'm going to meditate in solitude on an uninhabited planet."

Now that wasn't something they expected to hear, Miss Martian spoke, "For how long?"

"Days, weeks, there's really no telling how long it will take."

Artemis spoke, "Where are you even going?"

"Oleron, the sister planet to my own."

The Leaguers looked shocked when they heard that, they hadn't known Danny wasn't born on Earth. Superboy spoke, "Why are you going at all?"

"After turning, after I was brought back, I had a vision, I've told my masters and they agree that I am to find balance in the Force if I am to become a knight."

Zatanna spoke, "So you're just trusting some weird vision and going to a weird planet?"

Danny smiled, "I have faith in the Force, whether it's reasons for sending me there are clear or not I will trust it."

The Leaguers looked at each other, the fact that he believed in the Force so much was almost disturbing to them. All of the heroes still had some doubt that it existed, but they also knew nothing they said would change Danny's mind. Robin looked a little sad, "So you're leaving."

Danny gave him a small smile, "I will be back." He frowned a little, "But I refuse to put any of you in danger again, so I will come back when I know I've made my peace with the Dark Side."

Robin smiled a little and hugged him, Danny hugged him back and when he let go Robin stepped back. Danny bowed slightly, "May the Force be with you all."

Aqualad spoke slowly, "May the Force be with you."

Danny smiled, "I never thought I'd hear any of you say that." He then said something in a strange language before leaving, they all got the feeling that he'd said something good. Danny put up his hood and smiled to himself, he'd spoken Soletaran, he said thank you to the heroes.
