Right after her message came up a blocked number called. I answered it with a bit of hesitation.

"Hello" I said into the phone!

"Gray! Hey!" I heard Sabrina's cheerful voice on the other end.

"I hate you!" I mumbled.

"Smh can't even trust me enough to not call with a blocked number.... I'm hurt!" I joked with her.

"Gray this question is important and I don't want things to go wrong if what I'm about to say changes anything." She said nervously.

"Sab nothing you could do or say would make me change how I feel about you or stoop to that level okay!"

"Okay.... so gray?" She said grabbing my attention.

"Yes?" I questioned.

"If what?" I said really wanting to know what she had to say that was making her so nervous!

"Really?" I asked her a bit shocked and confused. She probably doesn't know what I meant by "I like you"

"Smh like you would" I said back just as sassily. Soon enough I heard my grandma calling me down for dinner so Sabrina and I said our goodbyes and hung up.
