A.N I am excited about this chapter it is one of my favorites it has some of my favorite characters.

"Are you sure"Katherine asked

"Nope"I answered

"Shawn explain the plan one more time"Kolby said

"Ok so we are going to tell our parents That we are going to a battle tournament with the school. Then we take a plane to Mauville city. If the gym leader there isn't good then we take another plane to Petalburg"I explained

"Ok"Katherine gulped

"I have some business before we leave though"I yelled running

When I arrived I went to the front desk. Nurse joy came out smiling.

"She is ready"the pink haired lady grinned

Cleffa came out being carried by an assistant the moment she saw me she jumped out of the mans arms. I picked her up and hugged her. I pulled out her Pokeball. She dodged the red beam several times.

"Are you scared"I asked

"Cle Cleffa"she nodded sadly

"Fine you can stay out"I laughed

She smiled we went out to the fountain. I tossed out my three other Pokeballs. Vaporeon landed beside me. I named her Pink so Kolby and I didn't get confused. Gorebyss landed in the water with Luvdisc who I got to know at Katherine and Kolby's house. The Pokemon was sweet so I named her Candy. Cleffa enjoyed having new friends. I returned everyone except Cleffa and we began on our journey. Katherine and Kolby were waiting at the airport for us. We payed and got on the plane.

A few hours later we arrived.

When we got off the plane we headed straight towards the gym. When we entered there was an old man. The little hair he had was white. He was a little heavy but seemed nice.

"Hi excuse me sir but we need your help with team bomb"I informed the man

"Of course I'll help"he giggled

A few minutes later he said "now what can I do for you"

"Huh"Kolby questioned

"Here are your badges good job I'll go heal Manectric"the old man gave us three dynamo badges and then ran off.

"Sorry he has gotten real old"a voice said

We turned to see the famous Norman. He was the gym leader of Petalburg.

"I heard what's going on come to my gym"he said

He tossed out two Pokeballs. A Staraptor and Fearow came out. He climb on Fearow with Katherine. While Kolby and I climbed on Staraptor. I was scared to death but Kolby loved it.

"I want a flying type"he screamed happily

When we landed I felt like I was gonna throw up. Norman took me to his house.

"May, Max come here"he yelled

A girl about 13 came down. She had light brown hair and blue eyes. A Glaceon and Delicatty followed her. Then a boy that looked 10 came out of another room. He had greenish bluish hair his eyes were a dark brown.

"May said that she wouldn't take me"the boy pouted

"Max,I told you I didn't want it to be just you and I,"the girl May said

"But you have your Pokemon. I want mine."he cried

"We could take you as a favor to Leader Norman and then he could help us with ours,"I said

"Yay!"Max cheered

"I wanna come too,"May protested

"The more girls the better"Katherine said high fiving May.

We said goodbye to Norman and started towards Littleroot. While we were walking down the road a monkey Pokemon was sitting in a tree eating a berry.

"Is that a Chimchar?"Katherine asked us

"Yes their usually found in Sinnoh must've been abandoned"Max said

"I want it"she said

Now even though my mom is apart of some evil organization she did teach me to never get in the way of a woman with a mission. So I followed her advice. She threw out a Pokeball and her Flareon appeared.

"Iron tail then quick attack"she said

Flareon must've known that Katherine wanted this Pokemon bad so the Eeveelution did its job and knocked out the Pokemon unconscious. Katherine tossed her Pokeball and caught the Pokemon.

"Yay"she cheered

She tossed her Pokemon. It seemed reluctant to be with Katherine but he knew that she wasn't evil. The Pokemon jumped in her arms. We continued on our journey. Chimchar loved Berries we would take turns tossing them to the Pokemon. When Kolby tossed a pecha berry to the Pokemon a large Swellow came and caught the berry. It carried it off. Chimchar began to cry.

"That's the last one"Max said

"Beautifly follow that Pokemon"May yelled calling out her Pokemon

We followed May's Pokemon. We saw a large nest. Swellow was sitting in it three baby Taillows were sitting in there too. Ones wing were crooked.

"It must've fell out"Katherine said

Swellow saw us and prepared to fight.

"Wait we are here to help your baby"Max yelled

Swellow nodded and let us help her baby. Soon it was good again. It seemed shy but the other two love Max and Kolby. When we got ready to leave the Taillows cryed. The Swellow pushed them forward and the Pokemon walked over to Max and Kolby.

"Would y'all like to come with us"Max asked

Kolby pulled out a Pokeball he captured  the flying Pokemon. Max let his Taillow come with him and when he picked his starter he would capture the flying type.

We arrived at Littleroot. We went to the lab and a saw a huge man with brown hair and a brown beard. His name was professor Birch. He took us to his lab.

"So Max you will be able to collect badges when you get back I will allow you to pick one of the Johto starters."birch announced

He tossed out three Pokeballs. Another one was left on the counter. The Pokemon were Cyndaquil Chickorita and Totodile.

"Hey professor why didn't I get one."May asked in protest

"Fine pick"he said

She picked up Chickorita and took its Pokeball.

"Hey professor what's that Pokemon"Katherine asked pointing to the Pokemon sitting on the counter.

"It's a Quilva"he answered,"you see on of my Cyndaquils evolved."

He gave to Katherine since it had evolved.

"Keep it"he smiled

"Okay, ok. Can I get my Pokemon now?"Max asked

Everybody laughed and birch tossed out three Pokeballs. Treecko Torchic and Mudkip came out.

Max began,"I choose......"
