I found this poor kitten, it brakes my heart to see what his owner did to him. Yes I can talk and understand my little feline friends. He and I talked and I decided to keep him as my own. His name is "Tiny Rick", I got the name from my grandpa who apparently was a teenager. Also Destiny tought me how to speak and talk to cats.
