The armrest is green, patterned like an abstract alligator
The cloth has blue snowflakes, and opens at the front
It's easier that way
The curtain is pale, orange and blue and green with leaves over squares
And each piece was made somewhere by some machine
And it's been here
In use for a long time
The bathroom tiles are small and square and easy to clean
The lines have several connections
Some blue and intentional, others clear and unremarkable
The woman has many rings, but her wedding ring has a diamond that stands proudly away from the band
It smells like sterilizer
A man on the other side of the curtain had his foot crushed by a horse
His suffering is a curtain away
And I'm grateful because it's that time of year and because we have people who khair

But I enjoyed the cranberry sauce most
And the fresh buns
