Problem

~Jack

I felt someone shake my shoulder as I curled up in a tighter ball, not wanting to leave the comfort of my warm bed. "Go away." I mumbled wearily. Arubptly, something pulled the covers off of me, exposing my bare arms to the cold morning air. "What?" I reluctantly opened my eyes slowly to reveal Mark dressed in a dark purple t-shirt and jeans. "The animatronics are gone." He stated with a hint of worry in his voice. That woke me up faster. I quickly scrambled off of the bed, threw on the closest t-shirt which was my light gray one that read "Berlin" on the front, and changed from my light green plaid pajama pants into a pair of jeans that happened to be strewn across the floor. Mark was polite and had his back turned. "Do you have any idea on where they could be?" I asked as I slid my shoes on and jogged out with Mark out the door. "I wish I knew." He sighed. I looked across the street, but I couldn't see any signs of any of the animatronics. "They're probably long gone from here." I guessed. "They could be back at the restaurant." I said doubtfully. "Might as well look." Mark shrugged as we began running in the direction of the pizzeria. Once we got about a block away from the restaurant, I could hear someone talking inside, and it wasn't one of the animatronics. I signaled for Mark to wait and be silent. I pressed my ear closer to the brick wall in hopes to hear the person better. "...remember me?" I recognized the deep raspy voice instantly. "It's Vincent." I hissed to Mark. His face paled a little as he peered through the glass doors for a brief moment, then nodded to confirm my suspicions. I curled my fingers into a tight fist at my sides. Suddenly, I heard screaming coming from inside. Without even pausing to decide my options, I zoomed inside the building with Mark close behind me. "Ah, hello. Welcome to the party." Vincent chuckled menacingly as he twirled a silver dagger in his fingers. He was still wearing his purple sweatpants and hoodie, but the hood was down, showing his greasy, short, unkempt raven black hair pulled back into a ponytail.  The blade he had was caked in dried blood. Freddy, Bonnie and Foxy were gathered around Chica, who had a long gash running across her left cheek. Sparks flew from the severed red and blue wires that dangled in front of her face. She gently put a feathered wing against the cut and winced as a spark leaped towards her feathers. "You'll pay for that purple man!" Foxy snarled as he charged at Vincent, bloodied hook extended and jaw opened wide to show his bloodstained razor sharp teeth. "Oh please." Vincent rolled his eyes as he pointed the knife towards Foxy, causing him to run his chest through the blade. "Felix!" Freddy cried. The blade had punctured all the way through his exoskeleton. Sparks flew everywhere like a firework from Foxy's chest. Vincent smirked as he retracted the dagger from where it was embedded. Foxy stumbled back a couple of steps, then fell onto his back, eyes wide in shock. Bonnie carefully dragged Foxy by the arms further away from Vincent. "Who's next?" Vincent asked casually like we were getting ready to go down a slide, not battle a crazy murderer with a knife. Bonnie and Freddy stepped forward, their arms raised to prevent their face from getting scratched. "Is this supposed to be a challenge?" Vincent scoffed. He swung the knife towards Freddy, but he dodged it by sliding to the side. Bonnie lashed out with his feet, hitting Vincent hard in the ribs. I could hear the snapping of bones as he went down to the ground. He chuckled quietly, then paused to cough out a thick stream of blood. He used the sleeve of his hoodie to wipe the blood off of his face. "Nice move." He remarked as he slowly got back onto his feet. "But broken ribs won't stop me." He lunged towards Bonnie with the knife raised. Bonnie side stepped his attack and punched him in the back, causing Vincent to fly towards Freddy, who hit him in the face. Vincent snorted in amusement and spat out a tooth. "Is that all you got?" Without warning, he suddenly ran out of the pizzeria while hysterically laughing.

I bent down by Foxy and examined the damage done. "I can fix this." I murmured. "What?" Jack inquired as he knelt down by me. Bonnie, Chica and Freddy were gathered a few feet away from me. "I think I can fix him!" I exclaimed. I sprung up off of the floor and ran to the back of the pizzeria to look for spare parts. Luckily, I found a room filled with them and a toolbox close to storage. I snatched a roll of duct tape and a welder from the box and jogged back over to the others. "Back up." I ordered. They complied and went to stand by the door. After about twenty minutes, I had managed to reconnect most of the wires with the duct tape and weld back together Foxy's exoskeleton. I even was able to get some of the rust off as well. "Thanks matey." Foxy nodded in appreciation as I helped him up. "We need to find Vincent. He has to pay for what he's done." Jack stated. "But where could he be?" Freddy asked. I froze for a minute as I racked my memory for where the brick building I found earlier was located. "Why can't I remember?!?" I growled in frustration as I beat my fist against a wall. I had to think fast, every second passing by was another second that Vincent could escape from the justice that he deserved. "What're you even talking about?" Jack inquired in concern as I lowered my bruised fist. "Whenever I...left, I found this place. It had an office like the one here and even an animatronic rabbit called Springtrap. I don't remember where I went." I shouted the last part of the sentence angrily and beat my hand against the wall once more. "Run." Jack put a hand on my shoulder. "Maybe that'll jog your memory." Jack joked with a snicker. I rolled my eyes at his pun as I ran out of the building.

Sorry I haven't updated in so long (I know I've said that a lot lately, but I really mean it) so I'm going to try and update this book and some of my other ones. Thank you to those who have been patient, and for those who weren't...*shrugs* what can I say, I'm an extremely busy girl, specially with the end of the year approaching.
