~Full Name~

-Born as Flame Utonium, she gets the last name from her mother's father, The Professor. She gets her first name since her mother assumed she would have a fiery attitude like she's always had. 

-Born as Axel Copular, his father gave him a first name close to his and he was obviously given his last name as well. 

~Age and Bithdate~

-Flame was born on October 31st and she is fifteen years old. 

-Axel was born on April 1st and he is eighteen years old. 

~Sex, Gender Identity, and Sexual Preference~

-Flame was born female and goes by she and her pronouns. She is bisexual, but she is sorta closeted, only being out to those she trusts. 

-Axel was born male and goes by he and him pronouns. He is pansexual, not really caring about gender. 

~Overall Looks~

-Flame has long black hair with green. Her eyes are dark green and she has a very grunge style, wearing black and dark green. She has pale skin and has her lip pierced and nose.  She's short and thin, being around 5'2. 

-Axel has light green skin, but it's more pale than anything. He has darker eyes and dark green hair with strands of black mixed in, so it looks like a murky green.  He's tall, around 6'4, and has a thinner frame but he's still muscular.  He has his lip pierced in two places, like snakebites. 

~Personality~

-Flame has a fiery attitude like her mother, usually playing rough and getting along with boys better than girls. Although her job is to follow in her mother's footsteps and save the city from time to time, she enjoys hanging with the villains and usually gets into trouble. She loves teasing her cousins, but when it comes down to it she can be a complete bitch. 

-Axel is a very perverted and flirty person, making dirty jokes or flirting with whoever he can as long as it's human. He's a massive troublemaker like his dad, getting into trouble and being thrown into jail. He tries his best to get his way although, whether by trying to seduce the Powerpuff Girls Next Gen, or stealing the keys to his jail cell from a busy cop. 

~Superpowers or Tactics~

-Flame has most of the superpowers that her aunts and mother have, since it's all genetic but she also has a super scream that could destroy buildings and villains that lay in the way. It's louder than a siren and she isn't allowed to use it unless it's a clear emergency. 

-Axel doesn't have any superpowers but he does have a few tactics to try to overpower the Powerpuff Girls Next Gen, including Seduction and his amazing flirting skills. He's sneaky, so he's used to being able to steal or cause trouble without getting caught unless his gang fucks up. 

~Summarized Background/Life Story~

-Flame was born to Buttercup and as soon as she could crawl, her mother began teaching her what she would need to protect the city of Townsville against her worst enemies. The young girl quickly learned what her mother was teaching her, including her mother's sassy attitude and of course her skills in hand-to-hand combat. She can kick someone's ass in platforms boots and usually carries a couple of knives with her, even though she has super powers. 

-Axel's father is Ace from Gang Greengang, and he quickly learned his skills in villainy. He began stealing candy from stores or drawing on a property with sharpies, but as he got older his crimes began to get larger and more mature. He took his father's techniques and perfected them into his own. 

~Love Interests~

These two OCs are love interests to each other, although they are enemies. Axel loves Flame's fiery attitude and Flame thinks that Axel is quite charming, even when she's kicking his ass.
