~Full Name~

Her full name is Flame Scarlett Quinn, but she usually gets nicknames from the gang. In example, Dally likes to call her lighter since to him "it's basically the same thing." Johnny calls her tiny, since she's even smaller than he is. The Socs call her a broad since she only hangs out with the boys.

~Age and Birthdate~
Flame was born on October 31st. She's younger than Ponyboy but barely, only by 5 months or so.

~Sex, Gender Identity, and Sexual Preference~
Flame was born female and goes by she and her pronouns. Although being anything other than straight, was against the law, she's always thought girls were pretty and is a closeted bisexual. Most people say she's gay (or a f-slur) because she doesn't dress in the normal feminine attire.

~Overall Looks~
Flame has long hair that goes to her Ribcage, which is naturally white but is dyed black. Her eyes are dark green with golden flakes. She is pretty pale, due to wearing a jacket and jeans most of the time and is thinner than most, not having many curves like other girls. She's short, only about 5'1 in height. Her face Claim is India Eisley with black hair.

~Scars and other Body Modifications~
Flame has many scars on her body, due to getting into brawls and being risky with her Knives. She has a large scar under her hair on her neck, due to her older brother throwing a vase at her head when she was younger. She also has scars from cigarette burns along her wrists and legs, from both her and her male family members. Flame has her ears pierced but she wishes for tattoos and other piercings.

~Personality~
Flame is a very hard-shelled person due to the people she's around. She tries to block out being a "girl" so that she doesn't seem weak or powerless. She plays tough so that she fits in with the gang and so that others don't target her. She pretends to be emotionless, unless she's goofing off with the gang or unless she's around Ponyboy and Johnny; who allow her to let her guard down. When her shell breaks, her insecurities show and she hates it. Although, the guys do stand up for her, she tries to fight for herself.

~Physical and Mental Disorders~
Flame suffers from Anxiety, depression, and PTSD due to the abuse she has to go through on a daily basis. Physically, Flame usually has bruises and cuts, but she's become used to them. The gang doesn't know much, except for Dally, who once cornered her and made her tell him about why she always has the wounds and Dally treats her like a sister. The gang thinks Flame just likes to fight with the wrong people, but Dally knows that its her own blood giving her the marks on her skin.

~Summarized Background/Life Story~
Flame was born to two loving parents and an older brother, or so it seemed. Her family was just about perfect, until her mother passed away unexpectedly from a car accident on her way home from the grocery store when Flame was seven years old. This caused Flame's fairy tale life to quickly turn to a nightmare. Before her mother's death, she was a happy child who loved to sing and read along with her mother. After her mother's death, her father and brother, James, who's 10 years older than her, became sour. They quickly began abusing Flame. It wasn't normal for her not to have a wound or two, especially not cigarette burns or lashes from her father's belt. Flame began smoking cigarettes at the age of twelve, and started using her body to get what she wanted; not sleeping with anyone but showing just enough cleavage to be able to steal a pop or pack of smokes.

~Love Interest~

Flame and Ponyboy became friends in school, having to work on a project together. As they were working at the Curtis household, Flame was introduced to the other members of the gang and even though Dally wasn't happy with having a girl in the group, the others loved Flame and decided to have her join. Pony is just happy he isn't the youngest anymore.
