I looked at Lucy and Cana in fear and confusion.

"Levy, just tell him you're not interested. It's not that hard," Cana said casually.

"That's easier said than done..." I pouted.

Lucy placed her hand on my shoulder, "Don't worry Levy, we'll be there with you...just in a faraway place so Gajeel won't see us..."

I sweat dropped, "Thanks..."

Cana then slapped my back making me gasp in pain. "What're you waiting for lover girl? You have a man waiting for your answer," she replied with an excited cheerful smile.

I breathed in and looked at the letter as I exhaled. I looked back at them in the most innocent way possible, "Do I really have to do this?"

"You bet you do," said Cana with a sparkle in her eye.

Crap... she has a sparkle...

I looked over to the hallway that lead to the stairs to the roof. I looked over at them and said, "Let's go..."

As I stood behind the door that might lead me to my future, I looked back at them. "I'm really going to do this..."

I looked at them, hoping they would stop me.

"Once it's done I can't go back..."

They stared at me with a face that said, 'aren't you going to go now?' I looked back at the door in pain. You cold hearted people!

I looked out the window to see Gajeel sitting on the floor with a bored expression. I slowly took the doorknob in my hand and slowly opened the door to see his gang members and the school newspaper, ran by Mirjana Senpai.

I looked at the Newspaper crew in horror. Why are they here?!

"GUYS! She's here!!" yelled Mirajane Senpai at her camera crew. "We need to record everything so we can write an accurate story! Jellal, get out there and take those pictures!"

I then looked behind me to see my friends hiding behind the door, while smiling at me. You cowards!!

I then looked forward to see Gajeel, starting to stand up. I took a deep breath and waited for him to talk or even look at me, but he kept his head down, as if he were embarrassed. I then felt my face become hot.

He placed his hand on his neck and began to rub it in nervousness. "Uh...I have something to tell you...I uh...Love you, Juvi--What the hell, you're the nerd!"

"Huh?" everyone around us said, including me.

Gajeel walked over to one of his gang members and punched him. "You idiot! I thought I told you to put that letter in the locker of the girl with the blue hair."

"But Gajeel, she does have blue hair!" he said in fear.

"You idiot, why would you put it in the nerd's locker?! You know I don't like nerds!"

I stood, there, dumbfounded and not knowing what to do. Mirajane Senpai looked over at me and said, "That's gotta hurt..."

The door quickly opened and Cana and Lucy came running over to my rescue. "No pictures please!" said Cana at Jellal Senpai as he tried to get my shocked expression.

Lucy quickly opened the door and tried to hide me as good as she possibly could. We then ran out from there as if I were a celebrity and they were the paparazzi.

We finally reached safe ground and I immediately collapsed from exhaustion and embarrassment. "Levy, are you okay?!" they asked in unison.

"Hmm...I don't know, it's not like I was embarrassed in front of the whole school or anything."

"Levy, stop being sarcastic and exaggerant, it was not the whole school."

I looked over at her with a dull face, "Newspaper club president Mirajane Senpai was there."

"Oh...you're screwed," Cana retorted.

"Cana, don't be so negative. I know Mirajane Senpai would never post this in the Mira Mira News column or in the Mira Mira Love Guru news report."

The next day while in homeroom, the usual went on: Announcements followed by the school's personal news report station they play on T.V.

I was reading a book while Cana fixed her nails and while Lucy quickly wrote in her journal before the good story idea left. While the T.V played, it was finally time for the Mira Mira Love Guru.

All three of us quickly dropped what we were doing and we fearfully stared at the T.V.

I felt my heart stop and I forgot how to breath. I looked at the TV and waited for Mirajane Senpai to speak.

"Ohayōgozaimasu! Welcome to another episode of Mira Mira love~! I'm your reporter Mirajane and I'm here to give you your daily news on Love~!"

She looked at us with a great smile and said, "Today's love report is on...Our very own school's delinquent, Gajeel Redfox! Along with the school's stellar student, Levy McGarden!" As she said our names, photos of us appeared on the screen, making sure that EVERYONE knew who we were.

"Yesterday, The love struck boy, Gajeel Redfox, finally had the courage to tell his feeling for the girl he loved. Sadly, the one who came was another and not the one he wanted. The love-struck girl, Levy McGarden came instead because she loved him and she did not want to give him up to our school's Mascot, Juvia Lockser!"

Oh hell no, did she call me love struck?!

"Oooh! But it gets better~ We caught the whole thing on tape!" The tape of the confession played on the T.V. and I slid down to the bottom of the seat in embarrassment.

Mirajane senpai then wiped a fake tear from her eye, "How very sad. Levy had her heart broken and Gajeel did too. It turns out, Juvia does not like Gajeel. He got FRIEND ZONED!!!"

I slammed my head on the desk, wanting to die so this could be over with.

"Well, that's it for Mira Mira Love Guru News report. This is Mirajane, signing off."

Once the T.V turned off, everyone in the class looked over at me.

"Fuck my life."

"Levy!"
