In front of you, you see Rhys blocking Jarta and Eremius with his sword. Even though it is two against one, both Jarta and Eremius are struggling. You want to step in to try and stop it, but you stop when you see the look in Rhys' eyes. His eyes were more vivid looking. The eyes of a psychopath.   

  Soon he starts screaming. "F/N IS MINE! YOU CAN'T TAKE HER FROM ME!" At this point Rhys just starts swinging randomly. At this point you scream. You didn't want to see your loved ones get hurt. All three turn to you. Eremius is the first to look away and plunges his sword into Rhys. Rhys falters for a moment before falling to the ground. You hear him calling your name before he gurgles out blood. There was a moment of silence. You knew Rhys had died. You were free. You smiled and started crying tears of joy. You ran to your brother and Eremius hugging them. 

"Thank you!" you cried. "I'm free!" You all smiled and talked but then it occured to you. Eremius had killed the current king of Sola. Your brother picking up on your emotions chimed in.

"F/n, has Rhys ever let you out of the castle?"

"No, not since I came back."

"That explains it." You gave a questioning look at your brother. "You see, on our way here, the people have been suffering quite a bit. The people will be glad to hear that their tyrant is gone. Well for now, I better explain the situation to the people and fix this country. you two should probably get freshened up."

Jarta had explained to the people that their king was dead and that Sola would be under the ruling of Aux until further notice. It was also explained that you were being held captive and had no way of knowing the situation. Because of this, you weren't held liable for what happened to the country. 

Aileen also decided to break off the engagement saying it wasn't right for her to marry into your family, when she caused so much damage to you. You hadn't completely forgiven Aileen after learning the whole truth, but insisted she still keep the engagement so that your brother won't die single. After coming to an agreement, Aileen and Jarta decided to postpone the wedding until all the problems in Sola have been resolved.

Rhys' body was buried next to his father and mother. You attended along with everyone else who had involvement with you and Rhys' situation. As for succession in Sola, Eremius is now first in line for the throne. 

You saw Eremius staring outside. "Hey." You call out.

"Hey." He responds. You stand next to him and intertwine your hands together and leaned your head against his shoulder. It was silent, but it was a comfortable one. You felt relaxed. You didn't have to worry about being seen. You were in bliss. "F/n," he says breaking the silence. "What do you intend on doing?"

"Exploring."

Eremius lets out a small laugh. "Not surprised."

"What about you?"

"I don't know." You turn to face him. "F/n, I am given two options. Stay in the country I love and know and rule over it or give it all up for the woman I love." You understood the situation Eremius was in. If you had to rule over Aux, you would give up exploring without a doubt. It scared you. If Eremius chose to rule, it would be a matter of time before you left.

"So what are you going to do?" You ask.

time skip several years into the future.

You wake to see a little boy and girl jumping up down on top of you. Your children. Eremius had decided to leave Sola to the person after him, his reason being that he doesn't know how to rule a country. He decided to follow you on your adventures and along the way you had settled down in a small town in Aux as you were pregnant with your first child. You decided to be a teacher for the local school and as for Eremius, he had found employment under one of the more richer people in the town. You had soon given birth to a son you named Clovis. Two years later you had a girl named Carolyn. It had been three years since.

"Mommy wake up." Clovis cries jumping even harder. Carolyn follows suit crying for you wake up

"Clovis, let your mother sleep." Eremius says picking Carolyn up.

"But she promised we get to go today!" You groggily get up. You stare at your two children and husband. The kids took after him in terms of looks, but in personality, they were very much like you at their young age.

"Alright." You yawn. "Let me eat first and get ready then we can head out." Every morning was pleasant. Your family would settle down for breakfast. Clovis saying what he was going to do and Carolyn laughing along with him. Soon you were ready and so was everyone else. 

"I can't wait to see Grandfather and Grandmother! I wonder what they are like?" Clovis jumps up and down holding both your's and Eremius' hands. Carolyn starts clapping her hands and trying to say the same thing as Clovis. You smile at your family. You haven't traveled in a while since your first pregnancy, but you didn't care. You were able to make your own decisions and you were able to have a family in your own time. You were happy. Happy and free.
