Your mind went blank. You never told anyone about escaping with Eremius. There should of been no way for him to find out. 

"What are you talking about?" You feign ignorance. You wanted to try and steer Rhys from doing any harm to Eremius.

"F/n. I am not stupid." Rhys smiles at you. "That bastard loves Sola too much. He wouldn't leave without reason."

"Maybe he decided to go somewhere safer." You spit out.

"Maybe indeed, but why wait so long? Besides I saw him on the way here."

You straighten up immediately. "I swear, if you dare to do any-"

"I can't touch him F/n. If I tried to harm him, I would be breaking  a law." In Isawol, it is illegal for non citizens to commit acts of violence unless in self-defense. You breathed a sigh of relief and looked down. Eremius can't be touched. You were grateful for that. 

Suddenly your chin was roughly grabbed. You were faced with an angry Rhys.  

"You know F/n dear, it really angers me that your heart belongs to someone else when you are married to me. I tried so hard to be nice. I tried my best to make you happy. Really I tried."

"Rhys, if you really wanted to make me happy, you would of let me go."

"Now, now you know I can't do that. You want to leave me. I need you to love me first before I can even consider letting you roam freely in the castle."

You stare at Rhys. Just as you were about to say something, the carriage stopped. You have arrived at Sola. When the carriage door opened, Rhys grabbed your arm and dragged you out. You tried to break free, but it was useless. You were dragged up several flights of stairs before Rhys shoved you into a room. The amount of force he used was so much, that you fell on your knees.

When you got up, you turned around to see Rhys close the door. You immediately tried to open it, but it wouldn't budge. It was locked. You called out to Rhys, but you got no reply. You then turned around to see where you were. The window was barred and there was nothing else in the room except a bed. You ran to the window. You tried to shake the bars loose, but then you stopped. It wouldn't have matter if you got the bars removed, you were in a tower. There was no safe way to get out. You sink to the floor. You feel something slide down your cheeks. You were crying. You were trapped and you didn't know when or if you were getting out.
