Today was the day you were going to escape. Everything was prepared for you and Rhys. Eremius wasn't there, but you were going to see him soon. You tried your best, but you couldn't keep that smile off your face.

You and Rhys entered the carriage. Rhys tried conversing with you and figuring you won't see him anymore decided to humor him with a conversation. You talked about many things, but it always wound up with him saying how he will forgive your wrongdoings.

You eventually make it to Isawol and arrive at the Kesmur estate. You see Aileen outsode waiting to greet you. Before anyone can even open the door, you jump out and run to her arms and give her a hug.

"Is everything ready?" You ask.

"Yes." She replies. You pull away and turn towards Rhys. He is slowly walking up towards you two before bowing to Aileen.

"Hello Lady Aileen. I would like to congratulate you on your engagement. We really are sorry for not being able to attend." Rhys smiles.

"No worries." She replies. "You two were having your special day too. Now come in. You two must be tired."

You and Rhys made your way through. Now Rhys was talking to Aileen's father for political reasons as Aileen was about to join your family soon. During that time, Aileen explained what was to happen. She hired a doctor to "diagnose" your illness and state that you needed bedrest for a few days. She also explained how there is carriage going to be used for the accident.

"Aileen. This all well thought out, but one problem. We need a body."

"I know. I went to the mortuary. You would be surprised at how many women look a lot like you."

"But won't Rhys inspect the body."

"The carriage with the body will be sent through the drier parts of the forest. I will claim that you died in a carriage crash and the crash caused a fire which will severely burned you."

"Fantastic." The two of you go on chatting about your plans and about how happy Aileen is with your brother. Soon it was evening.

"F/n. I believe you would look stunning in this necklace." Rhys says holding up a large and gaudy necklace.

"I'm sure too." You smiled. You decided to stay nice to him as his "beloved" was to perish soon.

"Well you get dressed. I have a few words to speak to Aileen."

"Why?"

"Well should I not speak to my in-laws?"

"Oh. I understand." Rhys walks away and you continue gettong dressed.

Soon you join everyone in the dining hall. It may have been you imagination but Aileen seemed more on edge. Soon your meals were brought. Secretly you slip in the contents of the vile before eating. About 10 minutes in, you began to throw up badly. Rhys immediately comes to your side yelling for a doctor. That was the last thing you heard before blacking out.
