Next morning, Police came to take Nandini's statement about the accident as Fab4 has filed a case against Nyonika and Harshad. Also, Aryaman told about their plan.

Manik was still silent which was hurting Nandini. He was lying beside her. Everyone thought that he's sleeping so they didn't disturb him when the police arrived.

"Miss Murthy! Hope you're doing well.!", The inspector asked.

Smiling Nandini answered, "Yes, sir! Thank you!"

"We have taken your doctor's permission for the interrogation! Hope it's okay for you!"

"When we told you it's Nyonika and Harshad then why don't you send them behind the bars! Aryaman gave his statement then why do you want to interrogate her!", Cabir said in between as they're not ready to catch them without any proof.

"Mr. Dhawan! As I said earlier, we do not have enough proof to catch them! Aryaman is your friend and he could lie! Court will ask for proof! So, please cooperate!",the inspector answered Cabir and continued to Nandini, "So, Miss Murthy! Was it an accident or someone tried to kill you?? Did you see anything? What exactly happened that day?"

Nandini looked at sleeping Manik whose hold tightens on her waist as if he was having nightmare about her accident. She sighed and said to the inspector, "It wasn't a murder, inspector! It was an accident! My car broke down! It can happen to anyone! Please shut the case!!"

"What the fuck!", Cabir shouted.

"You sure, ma'am? I mean we can investigate further if you suspect anyone!", Inspector insisted but she nodded in no and said, "I'm sure, sir! It's better if you shut the case!"

Inspector nodded and taking her signatures, he left. Cabir looked at Nandini and shouted, "Have you lost your mind? You think your life is a joke? Are you fucking crazy?", He turned his back towards her and took a deep breath. Calming himself, he turned to her and said, "Nandini! Please ek baari thande dimag sey socho! You know we are all here with you! You know it's Nyonika and Harshad!"

Nandini sighed and said, "Cabir! I know but Manik!", She looked at sleepy Manik and said, "Jitni yeh case badega utna Manik ko sab yaad aayega! He needs to forget everything. Aur agar main case shut karne nhi bolti toh court mey case jati and batein badti jaati! You know it's Nyonika! She'll do anything to win! And Manik k liye better hai ki wo dur rhe inn sabsey!"

"You're talking shit!", Cabir said and left the room.

It was Manik and Nandini as she had ordered to sleep in their house because she knew everyone was messed up since her accident. Manan was sleeping when Nyonika silently entered.

"You thought I'll let you love peacefully, Nandini! No! Because of you Manik 's dad has cancelled all my cards. You tamed the monster I had created. I won't let you live.!", She said and injected her.

She turned to go but unfortunately the stool fell down which woke Manik up. He looked at her and shouted, "You!"

. Nyonika smirked and said, "Save her if you can, Manik!"

Manik looked at Nandini who was taking deep breath.
"What did you do to her?", He shouted and rubbed Nandini's palms. Nyonika left without answering while Manik shouted for the doctor.

"1 min, life! Hang around! I'll get the doctor!" , He said and ran outside to get the doctor.
It was midnight so the corridors were empty. He ran to the doctor's cabin and shouted, "Nandini! Sh.. she.. needs!"

Doctor followed him. He started checking her and asked Manik, "She was perfectly fine! What happened here?"

"I… I don't know.. Nyonika injected something!", Manik answered while the doctor did his best to save her.

Her breathing accelerated and suddenly everything went silent. All the machines went silent. The nurse who had followed them with the doctor covered Nandini's face.

Manik looked at them and shouted, "What the fuck are you doing? Why are you covering her? Check her damn it! She's not well!"

Doctor looked at him and said, "We're sorry, Manik! We couldn't save her!"

"Couldn't save her? What shit are talking about? Meri Nandini thik hai! Sun na apney!  She's fucking alright!"

"Manik! Sambhalo khud ko! She's no more!", The doctor said and left the room.

Manik shouted at them to stop but they left him alone. He looked at Nandini and shook her but got no response.

"Nandini! Nandini wake up! Wake up! Nandini! Nandini!"

"Nandiniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii", he screamed.
