Raghav's POV

When I was about to answer Sia's question she herself answered it. And gave me the shock of my life.

Amyra?? My wife??
Like really??
Unbelievable.

She is a friend and Sia is thinking that she is.........but what gave her this impression.

Stupid!
You forgot that yesterday only you slammed the missile on her of you being married and today you got Amyra's call. And on top of that you spoke with her for almost 30 minutes, obviously she will think that she is your wife.
(My mind gave me a long explanation.)

I have to clear this misunderstanding otherwise this will lead to more distance between us.

No no, wait, just think Raghav, that why was Sia so concerned about your wife huh?
Continuously she is asking you about her.
(Again my stupid brain mocked me.)

May be she just wants to know about her (shrugging).

Oh really!!
How stupid you can be.
Duffer, she is jealous. She is not able to digest the image of you with someone else.

So what should I do now?
Should I clear the air or be it like this only?

"Hellooo? Raghav?" My trance broke when Sia waved her hands in front of my face.

"Oh yeah? You were saying something?" I asked her.

"Hmm...Amyra? Your wife?" She said.

"What about her?" I asked wondering what to answer her.
And just then my saviour entered.

"Raghav...Sia? What happened?" Dad asked as he took a seat at the chair.

"Nothing dad....Raghav was telling about her lovely WIFE." Sia said to her dad, while forcing on wife.

Oohhhh!!!
Someone is JEALOUS.

"Amyra right." Dad said casually.

Did I regarded him as my saviour, please scratch that and call him the devil.

I looked at him and gave a are-you-serious look.
He's gonna blow all my chances with Sia.

"You know her dad?
You didn't tell me ever." Sia said in a little louder tone. It was clear that she was really pissed at him.

"Oh dear! There was nothing like telling.
Uh Raghav....come to my office. I need to discuss something with you." Dad said and gestured me to follow him.

After glancing at Sia once, I followed him to his cabin.

"What was that dad??? Why did you lie to her." I asked in a slight louder voice.

He glared at me and took a seat on his chair and gestured me to sit.

"Raghav.....from today onwards, Amyra is your wife in front of Sia." He said rather ordered me.

"You are kidding right?
No no no, not possible." I said while running hands through my hair in frustration and continued "dad did you not notice, she was damn angry after listening about her, and here you are telling me literally to introduce her as my wife in front of Sia, my real wife."

"This is the point son, she was jealous. Can't you see. She was JEALOUS. And this is what we want. This will help us a lot." Dad said taking a sip from his coffee mug.

"Dad are you sure......I mean what if she stresses herself too much? I don't want to lose her again."

"Relax son, everything will be fine. Just trust god." Dad patted my shoulder.

At the airport

It's been 1 hour since the flight landed, and still Amyra is nowhere to be seen. Where this girl has gone.

I was hell frustrated waiting for her. As I picked up my phone to call her, somebody covered my eyes and everything got black.

I fidgeted for a minute and then i realised .....Amyra.

"Amyra, I know it's you, now unhand me." I said and as on que she removed her hands from my eyes.

"How every time you got to know it's me. Is there another pair of eyes behind your head." She said while checking for it at the back of my head.

I rolled my eyes on this comment and shook my head. Amyra......Amyra.

"Hey!!! Don't be annoyed. You know I love you my cutie pie......." she said in child like voice while pinching my cheeks.

I chuckled and embraced her in a friendly hug.

I dumped her luggage in the dicky of the car and we made our way to my house.

When we reached our home, Amyra ran towards the gate and started shouting like a little kid "Sia.....Sia......where are you????
Look, your partner in crime is here."

Yeah!!! You got it right .
They both are besties.....like soul sisters.

After confessing my feelings for Sia, I introduced her to Amyra and they just hit it off instantly.
They used to annoy me, irritate me, played pranks at me and what not.

It was their favourite time-pass.......'how to irritate Raghav' .

"Raghav....is Sia not at home?" She asked while going in the kitchen to get herself a glass of water.

And then it occurred to me, she doesn't know the truth yet. I sighed and gestured her to take a seat on the couch.

"What happened?? You are looking tense." Amyra asked and forwarded me the glass of water.

"Amy, its....it's about sia. She...she doesn't live with me anymore. She is at her maternal house." I said while trying to gather up courage to continue the story.

She furrowed her eyebrows in confusion and I continued "Sia is suffering from amnesia Amy. She has forgot the time she spent with me, she forgot me, our relationship, our marriage, everything." I chocked on my voice and held my head in my hands.

"What??? But how? When? Why? I mean how did it happen?" She was on the verge of crying.

And then I narrated the story to her.

"It was the day when Sia and me were discussing about the baby shower function........

Flashback...

"No Raghav, it's final, we are going to have a grand function. After all it's our first baby." Sia said while gulping her medicines which Raghav gave her.

"Sia baby, I know but you are not well. Doctor has recommended you to take complete rest and not to overstress  yourself but still I am giving you full freedom but not this time. We are only going to host a small family gathering with your parents and some of our close friends." Raghav said taking a seat beside Sia.

"But...."

"No more ifs and buts, this is final and we are not gonna have another discussion over it." Raghav said in a higher tone with finality in his voice.

"Raghav what is the problem with you? Why are you always like this nowadays? You just have kept me on a house arrest, I am not even allowed to do anything without your permission." Sia stood up and started shouting at Raghav.

"Sia....."

"NO...now you listen to me. It's been like this only since past 5 months. You are interfering in each and everything of mine. Don't eat this , don't eat that, don't do this, don't do that, sleep like this, sit like this. I am just fed up. I need a break from all this." Sia was yelling on Raghav.

Listening her all the servants of the house came outside and when Raghav signalled them, they all went outside the house, giving the couple some privacy.

"Sia, it's not like this, this is not you speaking, this is your restlessness. Please calm down, I am just worried about your health." Raghav tried to explain but Sia was in no mood to understand.

"No....you have changed Raghav. You don't love me anymore. You are doing all this intentionally na so that you can get rid of me." Sia said and tears started rolling down her cheeks.

"Sia, what are you saying? Are you out of your mind?? How could you think so low of me??
Do you even listening to the words you are saying????" Raghav shouted at sia.

"I am telling the truth Raghav. I am seeing how you and Vidhi are spending time with each other nowadays." Sia again yelled at him.

"Vidhi??? Now from where Vidhi came into all this huh??" Raghav asked sia with a glint of confusion in his eyes.

"Wait wait wait......now who is this Vidhi?" Amyra interrupted Raghav in between.

"Vidhi is....uhm...was my PA. She joined my office just after my marriage. Actually she was one of my classmates in class tenth in school. But she was... uh.....you know......uh.....how to put this......somewhat....." Raghav was trying to say when Amyra said "desperate?"

"No, not desperate, but.......more money minded......gold digger kind of. I don't like giving names to her but she was like this. In school also she was always behind those boys who were rich. Always try to be clingy on them for expensive gifts and all but I used to stay far away from her. You know how I am..." Raghav trailed as Amyra said "yeah yeah....I know......don't touch me kind of, the brahmchari guy."

"Exactly. I did not like her then also. But when she came for the post of my PA, she really gave me a shock with her degrees and qualifications. You know I never thought that she could be this much talented but hiring her was the biggest mistake of my life.
She always used to come closer to me, even one day she proposed me and said that she liked me since school but when I told her that i am married, she understood. But since then, something changed........you know.....like Sia and me were not like before and then Sia gave me the best news of my life. Her pregnancy. We were very happy, I was on cloud nine just thinking about my little baby in my arms. But when I shared this news with Vidhi, she again started her things with me. I was getting furious with her behaviour and on the top of it , I was unable to share it with Sia because of her pregnancy. I didn't want to give any kind of stress to her.
But this proved to be against me as Sia started to doubt on me.
The intensity of our fights kept on increasing. Both her doubts on me and her pregnancy hormones were adding more fuel to the fire.

I was fed up Amyra. I...i wanted to protect her from the stress but in turn it caused misunderstandings between us."

Flashback cont. .........

"Don't try to be innocent Raghav. I know what's going on between you two. You're having an extra marital affair with Vidhi. YOU ARE SLEEPING WITH HER." Sia spatted and hearing this Raghav lost his control and slapped Sia.

"SHUT UP......just shut your fucking mouth up. I can't believe this.........you are blaming me for infidelity. Like really???
I thought you love me, you trust me. I thought........I thought these silly fights may create little space between us but never ever they can tear us apart but you proved me wrong. I....i.....I don't know what to say to you. Yes...yes i Accept that I hid the truth about Vidhi from you.
She was the one who was desperately trying to stick to me but I never paid heed to her advances. Even I once tried to discuss this with you but when you told me about your pregnancy, I thought not to stress you with all this drama.
I even transferred her to different branch so that I could maintain a distance with her but you.......you could think like this of me, I never dreamt of this Sia." Raghav shouted at Sia.

He was devastated hearing Sia's thoughts about him. The one and only woman in her life was thinking so low of him. This was beyond his imagination.

Raghav did not notice when Sia disappeared in their room and came back with a bunch of pictures and threw them right on his face.

"You are blaming me of doubting you. Fine, then answer me......what are these?" She yelled pointing at the pictures which were scattered all over the floor.

Raghav bent down and started collecting the photographs, when his eyes caught the glimpse of one of them.

It was the photo of him and Vidhi hugging each other.
He started seeing the others and all were like this.
Some with both of them hugging, some while kissing and in one of the picture Raghav was lying beside Vidhi on a bed half naked.

He was shocked was an understatement. This was unbelievable for him to understand what's going on. These pictures........he could not deny that it was indeed him in those pics but this was also true that he never had such kind of relationship with Vidhi. So how could someone snap these pictures.

He turned towards Sia to gave her the explanation but it was too late because before that Sia barged out of the house with her car keys.

I know it's been too long since I last updated but was caught up in certain things.

Finally, the past is out.
I know I already gave some hints in previous chapters about this but the cause of their fight was yet to be discovered. And now it's all out in front.
