Karnon sat in his study, staring down at the papers in front of him. Ever since Dorothea spoke back to him and disowned him as her father, he's felt resentment towards himself, a feeling he'd never thought he'd end up feeling for that child. It made him furious when she had came into his study that day and told him off, but the expressions she made towards him as she spoke made him feel helpless for once. When he invited her to the tea party, he just wanted to bargain with her in order for her to stop this foolishness and even apologized when he went to see her in her room, but even then Dorothea refused to forgive him. To be honest, she had a right to hate him, after everything he's done and her snapping at him would come.

"What do little girls like?" The man beside him perked up, looking at the Emperor. "They like dolls right"Karnon asks. It might be too late to apologize to her, but he could at least be there for her until she became an adult. He sighed, that being something he never thought he'd end up thinking or doing. "You talking about Dorothea...I think she'd prefer to have books rather than a doll"The man replied thoughtfully. "Have a library built for her then, ask her what her favorite books are and fill it with those"Karnon orders waving the man away. "Right." Karnon looked down wondering what else he could do to at least ease Dorothea enough for him to try and start getting close with her. He covered his mouth, and sighed wondering why her words seemed to affect him this much, when nothing she's done really bothered him before and he'd ignore it even when the girl tried to get his attention more often. "How long was she waiting to snap for"Karnon mutters looking towards the window.

Dorothea sat by the fountain, reading a book as Raymond played with Theon and Julia. She had met some of the main characters the last person left was that one guy she forgot the name of. She rackled her brain for the name and perked up. Ethan Bronte was the males name. She liked him to be honest, he was a good actor and she liked those types of people, not to mention that he did seem to genuinely care about Dorothea to some extent. "Hello." She looked up, finding Julia sitting beside her. She stared at her startled, since she didn't know too much about Julia to really get close to the girl. "H-Hi"Dorothea greets closing her book and setting it down. "Raymond and Theon are playing a little too rough, I hope you don't mind if I join you"Julia smiled. Dorothea stared, feeling uncomfortable with this girl. She'd like to be friends with Julia, but she could feel some resentment towards her. "I'm gonna go over here, sorry"Dorothea says getting to her feet.

She hurried away, taking her book with her, leaving Julia alone by the fountain. She stopped and sighed looking down, a sullen expression now on her face. "Are you alright?" She looked up surprised, looking around curiously, wondering who that was. "I uh....I wanna be friends with Julia...but I don't know what's the matter with me"Dorothea responds. "Perhaps It's because the old Dorothea still resents her for taking Theon's heart." Dorothea looked down, having wished that wasn't it. Of course the old Dorothea would dislike Julia for that, but she wasn't the old Dorothea nor was she planning to follow the original plot line. "Then what should I do.... she's the reason Theon killed himself before"Dorothea asks. "Perhaps all she needs is a second chance." She looked up surprised, her eyes widening.

"You can be like true sisters." Dorothea looked down at her book, looking thoughtful. "Sisters...."Dorothea mutters a smile appearing on her face. "Just make amends...become true, true sisters." Dorothea smiled and turned, hurrying away. "And ever after friends." Julia kicked her feet, watching Theon and Raymond run around. "Hi Julia." Dorothea smiled at her, sitting beside her. "Sorry for leaving, I wasn't feeling too good, I never really had a kid my age talk to me besides my brother"Dorothea says. "It's alright"Julia smiled. The two watched Theon and Raymond, smiles on their faces. "You're really pretty"Dorothea comments looking at Julia. "Thank you, So are you princess"Julia smiled looking back at her. "Just call me Dorothy, I don't wish to be called princess"Dorothy insists setting her book down between them. Julia smiled at her and nodded, Dorothea giggling in amusement finding her adorable.

"Dorothy! Show them the song you sang me!"Raymond beamed running over to her. "Raymond"Dorothea scolded. "Please!!"Raymond smiles. She patted his head, smiling at him in amusement. "You're my bro, I'm your sis, so we stick together through thick and thin"Dorothea smiled getting up and grabbing Raymond's hands. "And no matter what I do, I know I'm stuck with you!"Dorothea laughed spinning around with Raymond. "But when trouble comes out way, we know we'll stand up together..and save the day!"Dorothea finishes. She fell to the ground, Raymond laughing as he fell with her. "Nice song"Theon compliments Julia nodding in agreement. "Again please!"Raymond beamed kicking his feet. Dorothea chuckled, knowing she'd never get tired of singing this song for him. She cleared her throat, starting to sing again, the others listening with smiles on their faces. "I love this song!"Raymond announces when she finished. "It's all for you, Ray, I'll sing it whenever you want"Dorothea chuckled. "Yay!"Raymond cheered.

Dorothea sighed as she returned to her room, Stephan carrying her since she was too tired to walk after playing with Raymond, Theon and Julia. She flopped down on her bed, Clara taking her shoes off. She knew she was gonna have to meet Ethan at some point during this, it was either meet him now or meet him never and to do that she had to go to the vacation house. Just cause she wasn't following the original plot line, doesn't mean she couldn't do the same things the original Dorothea did in the manhwa she saw. She frowned, wondering how on earth she was gonna get the dumb Emperor to let her go even thought she was definitely not allowing herself to get kidnapped by those morons. She tapped her chin, then perked up when her room doors open and the Emperor marched in. "Ugh not you"Dorothea mutters, the man flinching visibly, making her perk up in surprise.

"I....would like it if you join me for tea tomorrow, please"Karnon says. She stared at him stunned by how nice he was being and the expression on his face. WHAT?! WHAT WAS GOING ON?!!! THIS ISN'T THE SAME EMPEROR SHE SAW IN THE MANHWA!! THIS HAS AN IMPOSTER, AN IMPOSTER, IT HAS TO BE. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HATING HER AND STAYING AWAY SINCE SHE MADE HIS WISH COME TRUE. AHHHHHH!! SHE DID SOMETHING BAD DIDN'T SHE!! PLEASE DON'T TELL HER SHE WAS GONNA HAVE TO ACT LIKE ATHANASIA FROM WHO MADE ME A PRINCESS JUST TO PLEASE THIS MAN. "Dorothea, are you okay"Karnon says.  She stared blankly at him, mentally panicking from what was happening. This couldn't be the same cold-hearted father she told off, he wasn't supposed to be nice to her like this. She touched her head feeling dizzy and fell forward, falling unconscious shocking the man in front of her when she hit the ground. "Dorothea?!"
