I sat in the limo with my head against his chest, listening to him talk to his mother about his corronation.
"I know mom...yeah only she van make yhe food...okay bye, we will be there soon." He hangs up and sighs, running his fingers through his hair.
"Everything okay?" I ask, stretching slightly to kiss his neck.
"Yeah, just the menu for the party is takig for ever to decide and we need people who we can trust to cook."
I nodd and snuggle closer to him, my thoghts goig to the last party where his father had been poisoned.
"It'll be fine." I reassure, smiling when he kisses the top of my head.
"I know Song Bird."
The car was silent for a while and I close my eyes lost in thought. I was happy for once.
I must have dozed off because I felt my eyes open slightly when the familiar strong arms picked me up and carried me quietly
"Your highne-"
"Shhh, I don't want to wake her up." I snuggle closer to Kai and groan slightly from the noise, getting a chuckle from him.
"Go back to sleep Lyra, I'll wake you up when its time for dinner."
I heard the door open and felt our familiar bed as I was layed ontop of it, his hands placig something gently around my neck the last thing I felt as I fell back to sleep.

"Is she awake M'Lady?"
"Shut up you idiot, I watched as he carried her in here." The voices were quiet but harsh and I instantly went on alert as I turned on the light in my dark bed room only to come face to face with Linnate.
"Hello Bitch." She sneers at me and I just stare at her.
"Shouldn't I be calling you that?" I ask boredly. That remark earned me a slap to the face and I glared at her as I held a hand to my throbbing cheek.
"Thats no way to speak to your future queen." She huff out with anger.
"Again, shouldn't I be the one saying that." She was about to hit me when a man steps in and stops her.
"Stop that, her necklace is on and it records everything she hears and sees." He warns and I smirk.
My hand going to play with the charm, placig my other hand on the bed, feelig a piece of paper that I quickly grab and stuff in my pocket.
"Then we do what we have to do now." I was a little to focused on the safety the charm brought me and didn't notice the prick of a needle as the world fades back into darkness.
What ever the bitch had planned for me was not going to be good.
