PERSONALITY
Confidence is the main trait of Linet's that catches people's attention. She knows who she is and what she wants, and is known for being authentically herself. Linet also can be very self-centered—she tries not to hurt others, but thinks of herself first. She's also rather set in her ways, determined to stick by her beliefs unless given very compelling evidence to the contrary.

BACKGROUND

Linet is the second child and only daughter of a well-known Korean-American actor, Dasom Yun, and his second wife, a photographer named Lisabelle. Linet grew up in LA, surrounded by fame and beauty. As a kid, she often felt lesser than—everyone around her was so lovely, so talented, that young Linet felt as though she could never match up.
She was never a very studious kid, being far more creative than even an LA school system preferred of its students, and she never got great grades. Her parents divorced when she was eight, but it never really affected Linet—she was used to seeing divorced couples all around her; it seemed normal.
At fifteen, she met Oh Ryusang. His father was her father's new agent, and Linet was asked to keep an eye on the kid—a better choice than her older brother, for sure, but she wasn't thrilled about the idea of babysitting. In Ryusang, though, Linet found someone who would become her closest friend, as those couple of years that Ryu spent in America brought them close despite the age difference, and Ryu became one of Linet's biggest supporters.
Linet didn't go to college right after finishing high school, instead choosing to freelance as a video editor for various youtubers for a while. After a few years, she got tired of this, mostly due to the youtubers themselves being pains in the ass, and attended a university in London for a double degree in Language and Video Production—Linet focused on Spanish, a language she'd heard a lot as a kid and already spoke some of. Also in university, she reconnected with Ryusang, who was attending the same university for fashion. They stayed in contact after that, remaining incredibly close friends as they both began their careers.
Linet moved to South Korea two years ago, and worked as an on-site translator for JYP Entertainment, only to lose her job recently. On Ryu's recommendation, she applied for HQ Entertainment.
