"Hi! You're looking beautiful..." Mohit Said as Ruhi sat at the passenger seat with Ansh on her lap.

"Hey!!" Came two cheerful voices from behind.

Ruhi turned around to see Anusha and Siddharth sitting at the backseat of the car.

"Hello..." Ruhi smiled at them.

"Uh...Ruhi, you've met Anusha....and this is Siddharth, my friend aaannddd her boyfriend." Mohit Said and Anu scoffed on this.

"Please bhai, atleast stop teasing me now. It's very long you've known about us. This is getting on my nerves." Anu whined.

"Hello Siddharth." Ruhi Said.

Ansh too wished everyone.

Soon the car moved to its destination. Mohit had planned a simple lunch for all of them in a family lounge.

After reaching, they all sat on the table. They ordered their food and soon got engrossed in chats.

Ansh was the happiest one among them...may be because for the first time the kid was experiencing the real meaning of family. Everything which he has missed till now, was in front of him now. And Ruhi was as ecstatic as him seeing her apple of eye so happy.

And it was all because of Mohit.

After around two hours, they were all set to leave.

Ansh was walking with Anu, grabbing her hand. Seemed like they both bonded really well in this short span of time.

Mohit and Ruhi were walking behind the trio with a respectable distance between them.

When Mohit turned to her and said, "Sorry Ruhi. I should have asked you before inviting them." He gestured towards Sid-Anu.

"Oh no!! In fact it was really nice that you asked both of them to come. Otherwise I don't think Ansh would have enjoyed so much..." she said and smiled seeing his overjoyed son.

"Yeah...he seems to be too much excited today..."

"Hmm..."

They both continued to walk for a bit as the car was parked far away.

"Thank you Mohit." Ruhi Said.

"For what?"

"For coming in his life."

"If we're going there...then I think I should thank both of you...for coming in my life." He smiled but there was something different in his eyes which made her mesmerised.

But he was quick to cover his emotions as he slides his sunglasses.

It's been a week till today. And He hadn't seen Ruhi and Ansh since that day.

He tried calling her but her number was switched off. He tried sending messages, but haven't got any reply till now.

Mohit even went to Ansh's school, but his teachers informed that he's been not coming to school for a week now.

Did He do something wrong that day??

Did she get offended by his behaviour??

Did he breach some boundary??

He can't seem to remember what wrong he did...

Was she angry with him for something??

His mind was clouded with all the unnecessary thoughts.

No, it was enough now...He couldn't handle this madness anymore. He have to find out what happened to both of them.

Mohit's pov

What if they are in some kind of danger??

What if they need me now.....no no no...I have to get to them.

Without wasting any second I picked up my car keys and drove off to her house.

I knocked on the door but got no response. I tried ringing the bell, but still nothing.....

What the f#*k is this?? Why isn't she opening the damn door...

"Excuse me...who are you??" I turned to the female voice.

The girl didn't look more than 20 years old.

"Uhm...Ruhi??" I Said.

"Yes, it is her house, but who are you? Do you need something??" She asked.

"I..I am her friend. Uh..I came to meet her. Actually her phone is not reachable, and I had some important work so......... do you know where she is??" I Said trying to sound calm.

She kept on staring me, I think she didn't believe me.

"Look...I am not lying...." I Said But she interrupted me in middle.

"I am not saying that you are lying...the thing is that even I don't know about her. I just know one thing that around 5-6 days back she and her son went somewhere. She was really tensed and nervous that day and was crying too. I tried asking her but she didn't say anything." The girl said.

"5-6 days back??" I murmured and continued, "do you have any other contact number of her or of her relative or someone where she could have gone."

"No.......okay..uh..listen..I have to go now." She said as someone called her.

"Uh Yeah...Sorry for troubling you. And thanks for the help." I Said and she went away.

She was crying??
God!!! She was crying......

Where are you Ruhi??
