Stage 1- Elementary- stage to temper the body and get ready for Qi/energy power (search up Qi I'd you would like to understand it more but realize this is fantasy and it is much more exaggerated)

Stage 2- beginner- Basics of Qi and slight learning of the five elements which is described below.

Stage 3- medium- from now on breaking through will be separated into 3 stages (starting, medium, and peak)

Stage 4- Ruler- if you are on this stage you are considered a genius in eyes of people

Stage 5- emperor- like it states only people like headmasters of prestigious academies are even close to this stage

Stage 6- elite- dragon amongst people, you have the right to enter one of the 10 clans on the upper land

5 Elements

Water, fire, earth, metal and wood

(Air)

Water- can also be known as ice, water itself manifest itself in people with calmer and gentle minds

Fire- separated into tiers, manifests itself in people with a chaotic and destructive mind set

Earth- acts more like a protective barrier therefore manifests itself in vanguards and people who have something or someone to protect

Metal- an attribute that smiths need to smith weapons, shields and armours also appears in most people who enjoy being carefree

Wood- it is known for its healing powers, appears on gentle and kind people

Air- not labeled because it is so rare people who have it is also likely to enjoy being separated  from the world
