Guys! I have important news! This story is going to be ending soon, oh no! Am i right? There's a few more chapters before it's going to stop, sadly there isn't going to be another one after this, it's the last of the Vampire Knight series i'm going to write, tragic, i know XD. But don't worry it's not ending just yet, but pretty soon, the reason i haven't updated in a while is because i've been thinking it over, whether to keep on writing but the chapters will be boring or to end it with excitement and i've chosen the latter, you can try to convince me otherwise but i don't think i'm going to be changing my mind, i'm sorry, but read this chapter for now, go ahead!

*(Y/N)'s P.O.V*

I was back in my room now, thinking over what has been happening, Senri the guy who seems to distant and unsocial clearly wants to be closer which is odd. I sighed before flopping back onto the bed and that room, the girl died in...my sister? The blood on the floo- at the mention of blood my eyes flashed red and my throat went dry. I sat up quickly as my fangs grew in once again, my chest burned and my stomach pained for blood. The crimson in my eyes growing stronger, i ran towards my dresser pulling open the draw and taking the pack of blood tablets.

With a glass of water conventiently placed on my nightstand i dropped the pill in watching as the water tinted red, like watered down paint. I cringed as i remembered the taste when i had first tried it, raising the glass to my lips i took a sip as soon as it hit my tongue the glass dropped from my hand and i fell to my knees. Spitting and coughing i grasped my through, drier than before, i was hungrier.

There was a knock on my door, i smelt them, a human "g-go away" i choked out not wanting to hurt whoever was on the other side "(Y/N) dear we heard glass breaking are you alright?" Kaien's familiar voice could be heard from the other side. Against the protests the man entered "oh my!" he gasped shutting the door behind him and helping me up. Weak in the knees i fell forward onto him, his heart was beating under my ear, i could hear the blood moving through his veins.

The red in my eyes flashed brighter once again as my face inched towards his neck "(Y/N)?" he questioned, snapping out of my trance like state i pushed the man away staggering towards my bed "your blood deprived" he sighed taking my arm "the blood tablets don't work for you i see" he mumbled tugging me towards him.

The unexpected force (Even though he was gentle) caused me to fall against him again, surprised he fell over himself. His back was against the wall and i was safely nestled in his chest "you need to drink (Y/N)" "no" i replied trying to fight the urge to suck him dry of blood "that wasn't a suggestion, now drink" he ordered tugging down his collar. I gulped pulling the scarf from his neck and discarding it on the floor next to us, inching towards his flesh i took in his scent. Running my tongue up his neck to moisten the area and make it more comfortable for him i sunk my fangs in, he grunted in pain but relaxed.

I removed my fangs from the wound so they wouldn't be in the way and proceeded to drink, it was definitely more satisfying then the blood tablets not to mention it tasted much better. It had a hint of sweetness to it (vampires don't taste blood the way humans do, it tastes metallic to us but the taste varies for them). As my hunger slowly died i could hear his heart beat slowing down, a sign i needed to stop, pulling away my lips fell from his neck and now my forehead rested on his shoulder.

Blood dripped from my mouth onto his trousers "are you satisfied?" he asked, i shook my head "then drink more" he replied "no, i can't take too much you'll die" i refused. Kaien sighed with a hand upon my head he pet me "still so kind and you hardly remember me" he mumbled. The door was opened once again but this time in stepped none other then the only male pureblood on campus, Kaname.

Kaien stood careful not to drop my head and waited until i supported myself before turning to Kaname "i'm going to clean up, tend to her okay?" he asked, the brunette nodded. A pale hand was extended in front of my face, taking it i was pulled up and towards the bathroom, Kaname sat me down on the closed toilet seat (the lid was closed don't worry) and grabbed a cloth before dampenining it.

Kuran knelt in front of me and proceeded to dab the blood from my lips and around it, i watched as he concentrated "Yuki is your sister right?" i asked surprising him by talking so suddenly "mhm" he hummed "then why do you guys seem so in love with each other?" i asked, he chuckled "it's common in the pureblood system for siblings to marry etc. because the bloodline continues, if you had a brother then that most likely would be the case for you. It's not exactly necessary but it's preferred as purebloods are in low numbers these days" he informed.

I nodded in understanding as he pulled his hands away and reached for the paper tissue, dabbign my face once again to dry he threw the tissue into the bin and the cloth into the dirty clothes basket. I stood muttering a thank you before stalking back to my room "(Y/N) may i have a word?" he asked, i plopped onto my bed with a nod, smiling in gratitude he sat down next to me "purebloods don't have to 'date' their family, they could go out with other purebloods or aristocrats, or even humans! Possibly normal ranking vampires but both that and humans engagement is frowned upon in our society".

He sighed "my point is, you're free to love who you choose do you understand? It can be whoever as long as you're happy" smiling he pat my knee before standing and going to exit my room "just take my words into consideration okay?" and with that he left shutting the door behind him. I fell backwards onto the bed 'love whoever i chose? What on earth does he mean by that?'.

Not wanting to dwell on it too long i shut off the lamp by my bedside and curled up under the covers ready to fall asleep.
