"So you're saying that you, my mum, is the leader of a hybrid pack?" Ethan asks surprised. "Yes hon." "So you're a hybrid and dad was human and we're the outcome of it?" I ask. My mum nods.

"Why did the bracelet burn my skin?" Megan asks pointing to the bracelet. "Well that bracelet was supposed to contain your powers. Since you guys didn't know how to control your powers or knew about your powers, I didn't want you taking that off."

"Why did you leave us at The Elevated?" I ask. "I left you there for a reason, one that I knew you guys could handle and you did. I knew once you found out what they wanted from us, that you would find any way possible to get out of there. You didn't prove me wrong. Your dad and I made sure to stay close to The Elevated for when you guys escaped." Well they planned this out well.

"Ok one more question. How long did it take to build this place?" Ethan asks. My mum chuckles, "fourty years." "Before you were born?!" Megan says. "Yes darling."

"How did you become leader?" I ask. "Heritage. Your grandpa was leader and grandma was co-leader." "Is co-leader the same thing?" I ask. "Well since I had no siblings there was a fight that was held. Xelena had won and she is also my friend so it all worked out. But if there weren't people up for the fight I would have had to choose. The next leader will be you Natasha, you're the oldest. And you Ethan will be co-leader. That is if you guys are up for it." "Of course" Ethan and I say.

"Oh one last thing, how did grandma and grandpa become hybrid?" "Well they were out in the woods and they came across hybrid territory. They were scared and so they started running away. They weren't fast enough and the hybrids got them. They bit them and the bite was deep enough that it went into their blood. If the bite wasn't deep enough, they would've died." "So if we bite someone deep enough they become hybrid?" Ethan asks and mum nods.

"So Xelena shared the information you guys shared with her and now we have to introduce you to everyone." "Uhhh" was all I could say. I don't like attention and my mum knows it. She assures me that it'll all be fine that we'll do it tomorrow at breakfast. Mum tells us that we'll be trained on how to use our powers starting tomorrow. We say goodnight and head back to the room.

Once we get to the room everyone is already asleep so I decided to take a shower. I take a quick shower and throw on some sweats and a hoodie. I say goodnight to Megan and Ethan and go to sleep.

Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god! I'm so nervous, why do we have to do this. I was going crazy. Today at breakfast mum is introducing us to everyone and I hate attention!

I pick out black joggers, a black sports bra, and black Nikes. I go to the bathroom, brush my teeth, put my outfit on, and quickly put my hair in two french braids. I get out and everyone is almost ready. I get a black zip up hoodie, put it on, and leave it open. "Meg, come here" I say. She comes and I put her hair in two braids.

"Ok, everyone ready?" Xavier asks. We nod and head out. "I don't want to do this" I say to Bryan. "You'll be fine." "Do you see how many people there are?" I say shocked how he said that I was going to be fine. "You're fine" he says putting an arm around my shoulder. "I hate you" I say hitting his stomach. "Hey!" he says hitting me back. I chuckle and roll my eyes.

We get to the mess hall and get our food. I don't see my mum here yet so I sit down and start eating. Emma had just came in too. "Damn my sis showing off them abs already" Ethan says wiggling his eyebrows. "Shut up dickhead" I said smacking his head. "I'm just playing... not" he says with a smirk. Dear lord, this boy won't shut his mouth. "Just you wait" I say smiling. He knows he's gonna get it because one I said that his smirk faded.

I eat as much as I could of my oatmeal until my mum came in. Here goes nothing except everything. My mum comes to our table and says hi to everyone. "Come with me" she says. Ethan, Megan, and I get up and follow her to the front of the mess hall. We stop and I gulp as I see all the people. "Can I get everyone's attention please" mum says and everyone immediately obeys. "I want to introduce you to my children, Natasha, Ethan, and Megan. They've just recently joined us and discovered their powers so they'll need help training. Feel free to come up." Oh mum what are you doing. She walks us back to the table and I sit down. Well at least we didn't have to talk. "See not so bad" Bryan says. I glare at him and he laughs. My mum sits with us and we finish eating.

My mum leads Ethan, Megan, Xavier, Xander, Emma, and I to a different training room while everyone else went to the one from yesterday. It's also pretty big and there's many people there. Some in their hybrid forms, others in their vampire forms.

"Hey guys" Cameron says coming up to us. "Hey" I say smiling. She pulls me in for a hug and at first I'm surprised but I hug her back. "I see you've already met my daughter" mum says. "Yes Andrea, she's very nice." "Do you mind helping me out by training them?" "Of course!" "Malcom, Jack come here and help" mum says. "So how do we even start?" Ethan asks.

My mum tells us to close our eyes and focus on something that we want to protect or are mad at. Once we do open our eyes my mom says that we did a good job cause our eyes we're glowing red. I could see normal except there was a rim of golden since my eyes we're golden. I felt my two canines turn into fangs? I could hear clattering and a lot of other noises.

"Why am I the only one with golden eyes?" "Why can I hear stuff and why do I have fangs?" Megan asks. "Since you're hybrid your senses are stronger, so you can hear things from far away. And you have fangs because we turn into vampires if you're not in your werewolf form. You can control your powers though. You don't have to fully turn, you can have certain powers while still human." I hadn't even realized I had claws. I look down at my hands and see claws, they looked like vampire claws. Well that makes sense since we turned into vampires. She never answered my question.

"Now we want to work on your hunting skills. Cameron, Malcom, and Jack are going to go somewhere outside this room and your going to have to use your sense of smell and hearing to find her" mum says. Mum puts a blindfold on us and they go out. After a while mum takes them off and she tells me to find Cameron, Megan to find Malcom, and Ethan to find Jack. Jack was Malcolm's brother who looked almost identical to him.

I close my eyes and focus on the scent. It took me a while to pick up Cameron's scent, but once I did I started following it. I also focused on my hearing. I heard light pants in the direction I was going in, so I assume it's Cameron's. I walked for a bit and got to some hallway further down from everyone else. I looked around and saw Cameron. "You found me!" "It's like hide and seek hybrid edition" I say laughing. "You could put it that way."

We walked back to where my mum was and I was the first one. A few minutes later Ethan and Megan came in with Malcom and Jack. "Well done. Pretty impressive for your first time" mum says. "You'll be working more on that later but today were are just running through your powers. Now you'll practice fighting. Natasha you'll fight against Cameron first. Step on the mats and get ready." We did as she says and Cameron turns into a vampire, like me. "Just fight like how you normally would, just don't hurt yourselves that much" mum says.

Cameron starts off by kicking me in the stomach and I growl. I punch her in the side and she grabs my shoulders and knees me in the stomach. Her nails slightly dig into my skin and I growled. While she was still holding my shoulders she climbed on top of me. I gripped her legs and threw her off. She fell on her back and I strattled her. I wrapped my hands around her neck and she did the same to me. I pushed my knee on her stomach and I growled showing my fangs. She turned back to her normal form and gave up. I let go and also went back to my normal form. I helped her up and Ethan and Malcom went at it and then Megan and Isaiah, Cameron's little brother, went at it. Malcom beat Ethan and surprisingly Megan beat Isaiah. Mum was impressed by our performance.

She then took us to another training room that was empty. We were going to work on turning into our werewolf from. We had to focus once again and see ourselves turning.

I pictured another hybrid staring straight at me, showing his fangs, ready to fight. I hear and feel my bones cracking and twisting. I growl and fall to the ground fully transformed. I shook my head and snarled looking at my mum. Mum's eyes glowed red and I calmed down a bit.

I turned to my siblings to see them also as werewolves. I really took it in. Their fur was a beautiful jet black and blazing red parts of fur. Megan was a bit smaller than Ethan and I. Their eyes were glowing red. It wasn't weird, it was beautiful. I touch my forehead to Megan's and her breathing slowed down.

"Very well kids. We'll work on your hunting skills." Mum leads us out a door and we end up outside. "Go look for an animal, something to eat. Use your sense of smell and hearing. I expect you come back with something." We all go out seperate ways.

I hear leaves crunching, birds chirping, the scent of a deer. I follow the scent of the deer and focus on the noise it's making. I hear it munching on some leafs. I started running towards it. It felt so swift running and I was running so fast. The air flowing through my fur, blowing it in all directions. Once I got closer to the deer I slowed down. I slowly walked closer to it and hid behind a bush. Once it started eating again I jumped at it and caught it. I wrapped my mouth around it's stomach and ran back to my mum. I drop it at my mum's feet and she tells me that I can eat it. I tilted my head and looked at it. I nudged it with my paw to make sure it was dead and it was. I took a small bite of it and it was delicious. As I was eating it Ethan came back and not long after Megan too. Ethan and Megan also came back with deers. They also were cautious of eating it at first, but they still ate it.

Mum said we were going to work on fighting as hybrids. She quickly turned into one her self and I was left speechless. She had the same colored fur as us but she was big. To reach her I needed like another half the size of me. She was stunning. "This is just like a normal fight but you're a hybrid" my mum's voice rang through my head. I shake my head thinking I'm going crazy. "Don't worry, you can still communicate with others. The only difference is that you don't actually talk, it's all in your head. You can also do it in your normal form." "Well that's super cool. One thing less to do" Ethan says. "Ok I want you and Ethan to fight" mum says. We nod and Megan and mum clear out.

I growl and Ethan growls back. We both jump up on our hind legs and push each other. His head goes under me and flips me over. I growl and run at him. I grab him with my teeth by the neck and drag him but he scratches my sideside and I let go. We circle around each other and I finally jump on him. He lands on his back with me on top. We growl at each other and I hold him down with my paws. He tries pushing me off with his own paws but doesn't succeed. He gives up and I get off of him. Mum nods and we sit next to her. Mum tells me to fight with Megan but to take it easy on her since she's little. I obeyed and still won.

After that we changed back to our normal form. "Well that was awesome" Megan says. "Yes it was" Ethan says as we walk into the training room. "Go get some lunch with your friends, I'll have them train you some more after" mum says. We nod and head to the mess hall.

We get some lunch and go to sit with our friends. "How was training?" Xander asks. "Pretty cool" I say. "Now you know how we look and all that shit I told you" Xander chuckles. "I still wanna see you though" I say with a smirk. "You will" he says with a smirk. This'll be interesting.
