Chapter 6 - "Everything will be okay."

Bendy's POV:

As I watched (Y/n) run away from me, I felt a pang of dread in my stomach. I didn't understand why, but I knew I shouldn't be feeling this... sensation! I sighed and decided to go after her, I had nothing better to do.

I walked down the winding hallways, making sure to change into an ink puddle every now and then. I couldn't risk being caught, even though (Y/n) had already seen me. I just didn't want any other ink creatures to follow me around. Ugh, so annoying!

I heard a voice and followed it, soon recognizing it as Sammy's. I knew I had found him, and stayed hidden, peeking around the corner.

He was staring at (Y/n)'s body, which was bound tightly to a wooden pole. There was a pentagram with candles lit under her, and I could just make out the smile that signified this slave of mine was happy.

I felt my fists tighten at the sight of (Y/n). The back of her head was gushing red blood, although she didn't know it. It added highlights to her (h/c) locks, which wasn't attractive to me in any way. I watched as she slowly opened her eyes, looking around worriedly. She tried moving her arms, but they were restrained. She eventually exchanged a glance with Sammy, and she looked absolutely terrified.

"Ah, you're up. Thank goodness, I was worried the fun had ended as soon as it had begun," Sammy said, still grinning idiotically. It was taking all of my willpower to restrain myself from slapping it off of him.

"How can you see through that thing?" (Y/n) noticed Sammy's mask, cocking her head curiously. She didn't know she was doing it, which made it even more amusing than it already was.

"Hm?" Sammy pondered this. "Oh, the mask. I don't need to."

"What? But-" (Y/n) tried asking something else, but she was interrupted by Sammy.

"You asked a question. Now it's my turn," Sammy's lip curled. "How are you so close to my lord?"

CLOSE.

HA.

As if I would let a human get close to me! Their kind is what betrayed us after all...

"Close? What do you mean? And who is your lord?" (Y/n) seemed to be as bewildered as I predicted she would be.

"Bendy. HOW did you get him to spare your life?" Sammy seethed.

"I honestly don't know," (Y/n) said truthfully. "I pleaded for him to spare my life and he did."

"Really?" Sammy didn't buy this. "He doesn't do that for anyone, my lord. What kind of sorcery are you using on him!?"

Sorcery? Wow, Sammy really is an idiot. I held back my chuckles and watched this next scene unfold.

"Sorcery? What sorcery? I'm a human!" (Y/n) was laughing too. At least she shared some of the same humor I did.

"This is not a joke. WHAT have you done to MY LORD!?" Sammy hissed, sounding like a teenage girl at the end of his sentence. I turned away, covering the huge smirk on my face.

"Geez, I'm sorry, uh..." (Y/n) searched for words. "Ink blob obsessed with Bendy?"

This only added to my giggles. It was true. Annoying, but true.

"The name is Sammy. Sammy Lawrence,"  Sammy barked.

"Oh. My bad," (Y/n) rolled her eyes, which I couldn't help but find entertaining. Perhaps she wasn't irritating after all.

"THIS IS NO TIME FOR BEING SARCASTIC LITTLE SHEEP!" Sammy suddenly yelled. My smile instantly faded as I shot a death glare at the panting ink blob. Sheep? (Y/n) is not that innocent.

"Just answer the damn question, and we'll be good for a while..." Sammy then continued.

"I told you my answer!" (Y/n) insisted. "I just pleaded and Bendy decided to spare me! Not without vain though, he also HURT ME WITH A FREAKING AXE!"

I nodded thoughtfully. It was all true, and Sammy seemed to buy it as he examined (Y/n)'s wounds.

"Okay, I believe you," Sammy finally said.

"About time!" (Y/n) snapped.

"Well, aren't you hot headed?" Sammy grinned.

"WHAT!?" (Y/n) got even more agitated by this.

"No matter. Thanks for answering my questions, I guess," Sammy started checking out (Y/n), which surprisingly made me angry.

"What's your gender?" (Y/n) suddenly asked. I snorted, amused.

"Um, Sammy is a boy's name," Sammy said snootily. "I would think you would know that by now."

"Sorry, I know a Samara, so I didn't want to get your gender wrong," (Y/n) apologized. It made sense that she knew someone female that would want to be called Sammy.

"Hmph. Oh well, I'll get my revenge soon enough," Sammy looked up, smiling at the ceiling.

"H-how so?" (Y/n) was stuttering, so she was scared again. Boo, it was sure an interesting show when she was putting up a fight. Sure, it's no longer entertaining when she's doing it to me, but I don't care if it happens to anyone else.

"Oh, just sacrificing you to my lord. He'll thank me later, and finally he'll notice me!" Sammy looked (Y/n) dead in the eye. I got an unsettling feeling from this.

"Um... dead or alive?" (Y/n) asked.

"Preferably DEAD," Sammy's eye twitched behind his mask. "But I might have some fun first~"

The first part didn't disturb me as much as the last part. What was this 'fun' Sammy was talking about? Apparently (Y/n) had the same question.

"F-fun?" She asked timidly.

"Yes, FUN," Sammy snatched her chin and started yanking her face towards his. He pursed his lips from behind the mask, adding to both (Y/n)'s fears and my rage. He tried to kiss her, but the mask blocked the way.

Sammy growled and let go of (Y/n)'s chin, turning away to try and remove the mask. Unfortunately for him, he couldn't, as his ink had dried and kept it stuck to his face. Sammy was outraged by this, and whirled back to (Y/n). He lunged for her viciously, than stopped himself. He put a finger on his chin, thinking about something. His smile then returned and he started fiddling with the straps of his overalls. (Y/n) watched this all, unsure of what to do.

I waited to see if the overalls were stuck to his skin as well, which I hoped they were. Fortunately for Sammy, they weren't. He unbuttoned the clips and started pulling them down, but it was still hard for him to do so. He had only gotten one of his straps out of his arms when I decided I should interfere.

I ran into the room, sheilding (Y/n) with my small body and glaring at Sammy. He soon noticed me and his cool composure instantly faded.

"M-my lord! I have this tender sheep for--"

"I don't care!" I snarled, my tail swishing angrily. I could feel (Y/n)'s eyes on my back, but I ignored them. "You just don't capture random people! That's not right!"

"Says you," Sammy said quietly.

"WHAT was that!?" I seethed, slowly moving the tip of my tail through the ropes.

"N-nothing!" Sammy stammered. "But if you'll just give me a chance, I--"

"It's too late for that, Sammy!" I snapped.

"What makes this sheep so special anyways!?" Sammy yelled back.

"She's my slave," I had cut through half of the ropes without Sammy knowing. "And I intend to finish her transformation, just as I did for you."

"But I'm supposed to be the only one!" Sammy protested. "My lord, you promised--"

"You should know never to trust the word of a demon," I had finished cutting through (Y/n)'s ropes. She got down and prepared to run, but I grabbed her hand and kept her behind me so she would be safe.

"M... my lord, show me this human in which you want to waste your ink on," Sammy said quietly.

I shot him a glare before slowly revealing (Y/n), still holding her hand reassuringly. Sammy stared at her as a smile slowly appearing on his face again. I tried pulling (Y/n) toward me, but Sammy had already managed to create another gash to add to her collection.

"What was that for!?" I hissed at Sammy, pulling (Y/n) into a hug (although I don't know why).

"My lord, once this girl is out of your way, you'll realize that you made a big mistake in trusting her. Then we can finally have the relationship we once had, possibly even more..."

"That will never happen, Sammy!" I growled.

Sammy lurched back, a frown spread on his face. He looked at how close I was to (Y/n), then grit his sharp teeth. "My lord, just trust me this one time..."

"No!" I protested, guiding (Y/n) to the door. I still covered her with my body and whispered, "Run. Everything will be okay."

She stared at me for a long moment before running off, wiping at the tears in her eyes. I then turned and faced Sammy. "YOU."

Sammy wasn't acting like a coward anymore, so I started advancing on him. Ink dripped from my horns, falling onto the rest of my body. I eventually cornered Sammy in a corner, a pointed grin plastered onto my face. Something black covered my right eye, but I didn't care. Instead, I took off my gloves, raising my sharp claws above Sammy. I looked at him through my good eye before bringing the weapons down on him, not hesitating to do so.
