Adrian POV:

It was another day at Yokai Academy. But I feel that something big will be coming our way soon. We were handing out our Newspaper covering the Ishigami incident to the other students. Males practically flocked to get newspapers that were handed out by Moka and Kurumu. Yukari had a bunch of disturbing fans, so I had to remind them to just grab a newspaper and leave. As usual, Gin did nothing to help and just stayed back before appearing.

Gin: How's it going? Are you giving out lots of copies?

Moka; Oh, Gin.

Gin: Huh. It looks like it's a pretty big hit. We're gonna need to start charging for these.

Moka: We've already passed out half of them.

Tsukune: Speaking of which, why don't you help us out?

Gin: Yeah right. Don't ya know boring work like this is the job of the underlings.

Adrian: How the hell were you made club leader if you're completely worthless?

Yukari: Seriously. The only thing he's interested in is perverted stuff. Just like a stray dog during the mating season.

Gin: Hey, as if a flat chested girl like you was good for anything other than badmouthing people.

Adrian: At least she puts in the hard work, unlike you.

We hear the students being surprised by something and look to see several people in black uniforms making their way through them. The students apparently know them as the Academy Public Safety Commission. The so called Safety Comission makes their way to the Newspaper Club's stand.

Kuyou: Saluations. I am Kuyou, the manager of the Public Safety Commission. Pleased to make your acquaintance.

Moka: Public Safety? So you're the ones mantaining the peace of the academy?

Gin moves in front of Moka and puts lifts his arm to signal to her be quiet.

Kuyuo: So you're the newspaper club. Well your work is quite good. However. Who gave the permission to hand out a newspaper with these contents. We don't recall having inspected this..

Kuyou and the rest of the commission start dumping out the newspapers and wrecking the stand.

Kuyou: Do you understand the it can cause problems for us!? When a gang like you selfishly does whatever it wants and disturbs the peace and order of this academy. Do you understand!? We're the ones protecting tge peace at this academy. If you're going to do anything inside these school grounds, you need to get permission from us without fail! We will continue to severely crack down on any unapproved activity in the future.

Kurumu: Hey stop it!! All were doing was just passing out newspaper!

Gin: It's no use. You'll only provoke those guys.

A PSC member shoots a web thread at Kurumu, but use my chains and flames to burn in before it hits her.

Adrian: I don't see anything about this that implies you lot are protecting this academy.

Keito: Tch! I see the newspaper club is still filled with lowlifes just like always. I've heard about you Wake. You keep challenging the way things are at this place. Don't think that you can keep disturbing the peace at this academy!

Adrian: You want to throw down? I'll glady take you on.

Gin: Adrian, shut up!

Kuyou: Keep this in mind, if you ever do anything without our permission again, we're not going to let you off so easily.

The Public Safety Comission walks away and we look at the mess they caused to our booth. Public safety. They're just a gang of thugs.

Yukari: How could they? Those guys just came out of nowhere.

Gin: Those guys are the Public Safety Comission. To put it simply, they're like a more aggressive version of the student police. In order to protect the peace of this academy, a militant group was established in order to control evil by force. They're the academy guardians

Tsukune: Seriously? Today's the first time I've seen those guys!

Gin: Because they don't actually do anything.

Adrian: Let me guess, they became corrupt.

Gin: Yep. Today they're just a gang making their force do the taking while they collect money and tributes. They said that if we're going to hand out the paper we have to get their permission, right? That means they were asking us to pay them off.

Moka: I can't believe they're getting away with something so messed up at the academy!

Gin: Nothing we can do no. We've got to just give in! Burn all the newspapers and just show them we're not going to stand up against them. That's the only way we'll be abe to appeal to them

Adrian: Are you serious!?

Tsukune: We've already handed out a bunch of them.

Gin: I don't care, just get rid of them! Nothing good is going to come from picking a fight with those guys. It's best if you don't get involved in old fights. And keep Adrian on a short leash.

Adrian: Fuck you, Gin.

Gin just walks away. Everyone goes to discuss what happend, but I refuse to take this. I don't care what Gin says. I'm not going to just lie down and roll over to these bastards. I stop time to clean up everything and I put them in the dimensional room the Key O.o.P leads to. I do keep a box and walk to find Kurumu holding another one.

Adrian: Hi Kurumu.

Kurumu: Hi.

Adrian: You going to hand those out?

Kurumu: Yes. And there's nothing anyone can say to make me change my mind. These newspapers... they're like a treasure to me. I made these with you, Tsukune, Moka, and everyone. It's the first thing I've ever made by cooperating with other people. And to have these tramples underfoot for no good reason. I can't back down like this! I can never forgive those public safety people.

Adrian: Well I'm going to help you.

Kurumu looks at me and starts tearing up what I said.

Adrian: There's no way in hell I'm going to let this happen to what we worked hard for. And I'm not going to just listen to the demands of these arrogant pieces of crap.

Kurumu: Then let's do this!

Suddenly, a web thread hits the box Kurumu was holding and it gets pulled out of her hands. We look to see Keito standing on a web above us.

Keito: Don't make me laugh. You really are too stupid. It appears you have in interested in being a good student and obeying us... Foolish Newspaper Club. As I thought, I should crush you once and for all right here!

Kurumu: What... Give us back our newspapers!

Adrian: What the hell did we did to make you see us as enemies?!

Keito: Oh, you don't know? We've been looking at the newspaper club since last year and long before. As a group threatening the Public Safety Commission. The Newspaper Club last year was full of fools who had delusions that they could change the academy by themselves. And for whatever reason, they used their published articles as a means to criticize us. That's why we purged the members of the club and drove it to the brink of folding!

Adrian: You bastards! You're just a bunch of dictators!

Keito: This academy is a hodgepodge of mosnters and it only remains safe because it is under the control of the Public Safety Commission! The Newspaper Club which doesn't even understand that yet opposes us deserves to be destroyed!

Keito attempts to throw the box into the furnace, but I you my chains to knock them out of her hands.

Adrian: Ever since I came to this academy, every person that tried to mess with me, my friends, and my girl all turned out to be a bunch of scumbags. And to top it all off, you fuckfaces seem to believe your own lies about protecting this place. From what I've seen, it'd be better off without you and the so-called Safety Comission.

Keito: How dare you!

Keito spits webbing and Kurumu and I, covering us in them. She shows her true form and clearly is about to say a bullshit previlage she and the Safety Comission have.

Keito: By the way, the Public Safety Commission is allowed to publicly use supernatural powers in order to protect the safety of this academy. That means we exist on a different plane than you!!!

Adrian: Not that different.

I unleash my flames and burn the webbing off of me. Keito is clearly angered that I was able to get rid of them.

Adrian: You've got three seconds to leave.

Keito: Or what?

Adrian: Or you're going to see what we did to the last people who thought they can just fuck with us.

Keito: I'D LIKE TO SEE YOU TRY!!!!!

Keito jumps and I dodge to avoid her from pouncing me. I pull out my pen and press a button which causes it to transform into a longsword.

Keito: You scum! We are this academy's order and justice! Attacking us means a death sentence now! Now die and think about what you've done in Hell!!!

Keito throws down one of her legs, but I dodge and strike her leg with my sword. It's obvious that Keito felt the pain of that. What being outside of the paranatural couldn't feel pain.

Keito: AAAAHHHH!!!!

I run up to her and hit her in the face with the hilt of my sword. I "Jumped" behind her and slash her back before kicking her in the side. Keito limps over from the attacks. I bet she never once gotten hit by anyone.

Adrian: You should be lucky I didn't decide to sever your spine. Stay down and no more harm will come.

I go to Kurumu to cut her out of the webs, but Keito clearly refuses to bakc down.

Keito: You think you can just cut me and get away with it!? No way in Hell I'll tolerate this!!!!

Keito shoots another thread and I get ready to fight again, but someone gets in front of me and takes the thread. It was Moka who's true self awakend.

Kurumu: How'd you get here?

Inner Moka: Tsukune had a feeling you two were in trouble. So he and the other Moka decided to help

Kurumu: I'm gratedul you came, but Adrian had it pretty well.

Inner Moka: Consider this payback for being there my other self when she needed it and giving Tsukune a nudge in the right direction. As for you, Spider. Since you're in more pain than you look, I'll be merciful and simply knock you out.

Moka pulls on the thread and kicks Keito, knocking her unconscious. Tsukune arrives with the rosary in his hands.

Tsukune: Adrian, Kurumu, are you two alright?

Adrian: Yes. Although I fear I may have started a war with the so-called Public Safety Commission.

Kurumu: Hey, everything you did was in self-defense.

Inner Moka: Maybe taking the fight to them is something this academy needs. But then again, the choice is yours.

I look at Kurumu and the others, and we all nod in agreement of one thing: To expose the corruption of the Public Safety Comission. Even though the stakes will be higher than usual, we fight them just as we have for anyone that thought they could get away with whatever they want.
