We're born with a power.

Mine is shadows

I should tell you how the Corrupted works...

When we're born, we're tested for powers, if we have these powers, they send us off, before we even meet our family, they send us to dorms depending on our powers and there we get an identification number, mine being number nine. Our real names are never said out loud, some of us even forget it. Around age 10, we are sent to a new, larger dorm where we learn to fight, this is optional but I took this extra step. I have the ability to make any shadow a real object that can actually touch things.

Once we are around 17 and we know how to fight well, we're brought to a team, our team then shares their identification number and we come up with names for ourselves.

Our team then choses eachother's fate, weather they help fight those who are truly evil or they are those wicked ones.
