Camilla Benthamy, previous Wampus student, is the current Ilvermorny Headmistress. Chosen by the Parental Board, she had proven her abilities as a professor in Arithmancy and Medicinal Magic. During her career as a professor she was known for being strict, reliable and extremely practical. 

Date of birth: August 8th, 1926

Sign: Leo 

Appearance: Camilla Benthamy is a tall woman with a bunch of dark grey curls that capture the attention. She's dressed very simply. She doesn't wear any jewels. Headmistress Benthamy's style mostly consists of long, simple dresses and robes in rich fabrics and dark colors. In winter, she prefers velvet. She has a straight and proud posture. 

Personality traits: reserved, loyal, strict, reliable, functional, brave, impatient, responsible, natural leader, ambitious, composed, independent, disciplined 

Career: After graduating as a Wampus student, Benthamy first travelled to Alaska to focus on her education in Medicinal Magic. After a few years, she returned to the wizard society in Massachusetts where she opted for a job as a professor at Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She began as a professor solely in Arithmancy and only later on took a swing at the seat of professor in Medicinal Magic. After years of teaching, she became the first Headmistress that had never been a Head of House since the beginning of Ilvermorny. 

Family: Camilla Benthamy's family was a no-maj based family. Her great-great grandfather, Archer Benthamy, discovered his magical abilities at the early age of eight years old. He married his girl next door, who was a No-Maj born as well, Leah Berrycloth. Since then, the Benthamy offspring all went to Ilvermorny and found a magical companion turning the Benthamy's into one of the most respected wizarding families in the South. Although a far cousin was believed to be a Scourer, the reputation of the Benthamy's is until this day undamaged. Camilla's own relationship status is unknown.
