(Don't worry. They don't die... maybe... the truth will be revealed in the next chapter.)

Jonathan's POV-

I was in a coma for some time so I didn't have as many powers as everyone else so I was fucked. I only have mind reading powers and water powers. Plus, if everyone loses control then we will end up destroying everything in our path until we get too tired and die.

My parents and Evan's parents were looking at us waiting for us to respond. They asked us to either join or die but they clearly know our answer. "We won't join but we won't die either. We will fight." Evan yelled as he walked in front of us. "With who?" The four of them said at the same time. I was scared shitless but that didn't mean I wouldn't fight so I stood next to Evan. "With me," I said. Our parents laughed at us and then looked at us with huge smiles. "Trying to act brave. You will all die easily." They said. "They won't be alone because I will fight too," Tyler said. I looked to my left and saw Tyler stand next to me. "Me too," Craig said and stood next to Tyler. "Me too," Brian said and stood next to Evan. "Count me in," Brock said as he stood next to Brian. The rest moved next to us but didn't have to say anything since we all knew they were in too. Our parents nodded slowly and closed their eyes. "Very well. All of you shall die." They said at the same time and when they opened their eyes it was all white and they had very angry expressions.

The four of them raised their hands and flames appeared in their hands. "SCATTER!" Evan yelled and everyone ran away. Evan and Brock flew away since both of the were birds and Mini had super speed and Droidd could fly without wings so lucky for the four of them except for the rest. The flames didn't hit us or anything but the problem was that when it hit the ground an explosion happened and we all got pushed to the ground. We all stood up quickly and then ran around so the four adults couldn't reach us. Evan's parents had fire powers while my parents had water powers. The flames obviously burn you but the water was worse because with water they try to drown you and if you get too wet you get more tired of running making you an easy target. When one of us got too wet Evan, with his fire powers, dried us without making us burn. Marcel had super strength, obviously, since he opened up the doors, so he grabbed some huge boulders and threw them to my parents and Evan's parents. Sometimes they got hit by the boulders but they only flinched a bit. Mini has super speed so he tries to trick my parents into hitting Evan's parents with water since Evan's parents are fire. It worked sometimes and Mini also tricked Evan's parents into hitting my parents. Brian was hitting the four adults with his laser eye and dodging everything at the same time. I was shooting water out of my hands and hitting Evan's parents since they were fire. Evan was hitting my parents with fire since mine were water. Tyler helped by biting the shit out of them whenever he could with his massive sharp Albino-Tiger teeth making them slow on trying to kill them. Droidd flew into them and punched their faces and kicked them since he could fly without wings. Nogla had invisibility so he could sneak up on my parents or Evan's parents and mess with them. I think I don't know since he was invisible. Lui had telekinesis so he could levitate anything and throw the items.Everyone was helping out and we thought we could win. Let me repeat myself: We thought we could win.

There is something called getting tired and that's what we were all feeling after fighting for more than 30 minutes, tired. The first person to get really tired was Mini because he became a lot slower than usual until he just stopped running and got hit with water by my mother. She didn't stop spraying Mini in the face with water so he was drowning. When Tyler turned to look at Mini he quickly ran to my mother and started attacking her. Evan was even more tired than us since he's been drying us up so we don't get slow and he's been fighting my parents so I wasn't surprised when he sat behind a tree sweating and breathing really fast. I quickly ran towards him and started making sure he was fine. He waved me off without saying anything and then coughed. "Go... I-I'll be f-fine..." He said and started breathing faster than before. "Y-You're not fine. We're all tired so rest for a bit and we'll deal with it." I said and ran towards the side of Evan's parents and throwing water at them. Mini wasn't in the same spot as before and when I was trying not to get killed I was looking around so I could spot him and I found him behind a tree and Tyler was in human form checking his pulse. "Is he okay?" I said and Tyler nodded. "He just passed out of exhaustion. I don't want him to move from here but I can't just stay here and wait until he wakes up or else I'll look suspicious and they will kill both me and Craig." He said and I turned to look at my parents. They were focused on the others so I turned to look at Tyler and Craig. "I'll stay with him since I can shoot from a distance. Go and help the others." I said and he nodded, thanking me and then left in his Tiger form.

I shot Evan's parents with my water for a distance and then I felt my arms go numb. I couldn't shoot water anymore or else I might pass out. I hid behind the tree with Craig and then I saw his shift a bit then he opened his eyes. "A-Are we still f-fighting?" He said sleepily. "Yes. You need to rest stay still." I said and closed my eyes tight since my arms were burning like hell. "T-Tyler... Tyler!" Craig said and tried to stand up but failed since he couldn't move his legs that well. "M-My legs... they feel numb. Jonathan, what happened to me?" Craig said and had wide eyes. "You passed out since you got tired. Maybe your legs will feel better later. You are not going to help because Tyler told me you can't leave this spot." I told him and he leaned to the side spotting my parents and Evan's parents fighting the guys. I saw Evan stand up and fight my parents which is brave of him to do but I was going to kill him for not resting more. I had my arms extended a bit so when I turned to look at them I couldn't put them to my side or feel them at all. Out of nowhere, my hands started shooting water uncontrollably and then I was panicking. I have to go to Evan because I'm losing control. I looked at Craig and he started crawling on the floor away from me. I looked down at my arm and saw my veins pop out more but my skin was turning a blue-ish color and it didn't look healthy. I ran towards the closest tree to Evan and started pointing my arms to Evan's parents. The closer I was to Evan the moreI could control the water but my arms were burning like crazy so I stopped immediately when I had the chance.

I grunted and started breathing heavily and shakily. While I was behind the tree I looked to my left and saw Brian sitting down behind a tree with his head to the side. I saw smoke coming out of his robot eye and Brock was next to him in human form but with his wings. He was blowing Brians face since he was heating up fast and I turned around to see the rest. Nogla was caring Lui's unconscious body to a tree and checked his pulse. A sign of relief showed in his face so that made me calm down. Droidd was a champ since he didn't stop punching but then he got hit to the ground. His body jumped a bit when he hit the floor and Marcel stopped throwing boulders and ran to Droidd. That was their strategy; hit one person and the other partner will go towards him. I was going to scream out don't go towards him but I was too late. My parents threw water at both of them and they were drowning. My arms were burning like hell but I couldn't just let them drown. I threw some water to my parents which is just pushing them and not hurting them. They turned towards me and their faces were so full of rage I was afraid they might've exploded. I kneeled down to the ground with my arms burning and tears in my eyes. I looked at my shaky and blue-ish hands with fear and then I looked in front of me to see Evan's parents and my parents. My parents turned to Evan's parents and nodded. Both of Evan's parents started creating small balls of fire in their hands and it grew bigger and bigger. I looked to my right and saw Evan on the floor barely moving. I faced in front of me and saw that Evan's parents had joined their fireballs and now had a huge ball the size of a 3-year-old. I was frozen with fear and I closed my eyes.

I waited for the impact and then I heard the boom. I was sure I was gone but the explosion happened about 3 meters away from me. I opened my eyes and when I looked to my left I saw my parents and Evan's parents on the floor with angry faces looking at my right. When I turned to look at the opposite direction my eyes widened. I expected it to be the guys but turns out to be Jack, Mark, Krism, and another girl with a scar on her face and purple highlights on her hair (It's Minx. Remember the first chapter when I wrote down that Delirious's mother gave her a scar just like Delirious? I think it was the first chapter. Not sure.). "It looks like we have traitors here." Evan's parents and my parents said at the same time like always. "We're tired! You have obligated us to stay and do sick experiments on the first people here. Then, you make us create Hybrids? You killed our family and everyone we loved." Jack, our teacher, said. "But now, we will have our revenge and we won't let you destroy their lives," Krism said and the four of them created different types of energy balls in their hands. My parents and Evan's parents flew up at the same time just 3 inches from the floor and created their own different energy balls. I was so scared at what might happen and then I feel someone place their hand on my shoulder. I flinch and when I turned to see who it was I quickly hugged the person. "Are you okay, Evan?" I said quickly. He nodded and turned to look at our parent's. "Our parent's are too strong. If the other four want to kill our parents they might die in the process. We need to help." He said. I looked at my arms and saw them still a blue-ish color but not shaky.

"It is worth the risk. Let's help." I said and faced Evan. He looked at me for a moment and nodded. We heard a huge explosion behind us and we saw both of our parent's fly back a good yard away. The other four were successful and then Evan told us the little plan he had. I nodded and he flew away to the other side. I hid behind a tree and looked around to spot the guys and saw Tyler with Mini. Brock was still fanning Brian's face and it seemed like Brian was passed out. Nogla was talking to Lui since Lui barely woke up. Droidd and Marcel were both on the floor soaking wet and exhausted. They were in no good shape to fight. I sighed and drew in a shaky breath. It will all be over soon. Just a bit more time. I looked at Jack, Mark, Krism, and Minx making the same energy balls but this times the four of them joined their balls and created a multi-coloured ball full of deadly energy (Well, that sounded wrong.). My parents made a huge ball made out of water and Evan's parents made another huge ball out of fire. I took in a deep breath and started creating a water ball. I had to be quick but it was hard. I was so scared so I couldn't make the water ball but then anger washed over me like the memories. All of the shit I had to go through with the guys. That won't happen ever again. Without even noticing, I created a huge water ball and then looked across from me towards Evan. He created one himself out of fire and then he looked at our parents and then at me. We waited for about a second before we saw that Evan's and my parents threw their fire and water balls at the other four and the other four threw their mixed ball at our parents at the same exact time. The power of the 8 people was so strong that they just merged together and it was like watching them push the ball at each other but the 8 of them were strong enough to keep it at the center. Evan was sweating like crazy and then I realized I was sweating too because our energy was being taken away by our fire/ water ball.

Evan and I created a huge ball and when I felt like passing out Evan nodded at me and we both stopped hiding from a tree and threw our fire/water ball towards our parents. I threw mine to Evan's parents and Evan threw his ball at my parents. Let me tell you, it worked amazingly but the sad part was that when me and Evan hit our parents they got knocked out or something but we both fell to our knees and my arms were dark blue and the veins were popping out like crazy and same with Evan except that hit arms were hot red. The last this we both saw was each other until we both saw darkness.

Sorry, not sorry, for that Cliffhanger. There will be another chapter since I will probably make them die or not. The decision isn't made yet 'cause I'm having a hard time thinking about it. Anyways, thank you sooooooo much for the support with this book. It really keeps my mood up and motivates me into making more chapters. Anyways, I was going to upload this chapter about 12 hours ago but then Markiplier had a live stream that took 10 hours long and then I checked my notifications and someone asked for a video link of a joke I made that only some people will get and when I checked the link I told him or her, in a comment, the title and then I got distracted and watched Vanoss's old old videos and then I remembered about the book and started working on it and then when I was rechecking it quickly I saw a mistake and when I fixed it I had to redo all of the other paragraphs I already typed (which were about 1000 words) and then I finally finished.
